Always excellent service. We take our heavy duty trucks for inspection. The staff is friendly, they typically get us an appt right away- and are very efficient. They have been in business a while and get the job done!!

Absolutely the best!we are traveling from Arkansas and our van broke down.. these amazing guys opened early and ordered the part had it within the hour and us back on the road! Hands down the best I've ever seen ANYWHERE!

My bucket truck had an electrical issue at 1 pm today. I called Mark and he took my truck in and had me back on the road at 3 to keep me working. These guys are the best mechanics I have ever met.

I was so happy and impressed with the quality of service i received from this company, i bought a reefer box truck from Diesel Haus, and the crew went above and beyond to make sure my truck was ready, by replacing all the brake shoes and drums for me and made the necessary adjustment to my unit before i made my trip to Miami. A special thanks to Mark for his excellent customer service. , I would definitely do business with this company again. ( Irie)

I have been working with Diesel Haus for over a year now. I started with 1 diesel and now have 3. The entire time I have had my trucks moderate to major problems repaired by Mark and his business.I have never run into a problem because of negligence or mistakes on their part. The prices they charge are fair and the time frames they provide have always been reasonable.I normally purchase a used truck then bring it to Diesel Haus, they in turn provide me with the bad news and not once have I felt like they are fishing for work. In fact they will list the problems they find then send me on my merry way with a list of stuff to fix on my own with a smile, if that is what I want.I do fluid changes, brake changes, minor electrical repairs, filter changes and other basic maintenance. The entire time I know Mark and his shop are there to help if I bury myself. They have sold me small parts in an emergency, an occasional filter or fluid and even suggested other places I might want to check out to save money in other ways. These actions have made me come back again and again as my first choice for Diesel repair in Rochester, NYI do, have and will pay for Diesel Haus's services again, gladly, they have made my business possible and for this I am grateful to have such a dedicated personable service at my disposal.You cannot go wrong giving Diesel Haus a chance with your business, I sure didn't.

Was really disappointed in there work and shady way of doing things. Brought truck in for simple inspection just days after DOT did a 45 minute road side inspection and said everything was fine except headlight. We told them to go ahead and do head light and to adjust clutch . Next day we pick up truck and were handed a bill for almost $1000. Says we needed slack adjusters and other things that we did not give ok to do. Most places call and say that you need this or that and you give ok to do work, not just do work and surprise you with crazy bill. This place shouldn't be in business . Also truck went in with box lights working and now after fixing head light none of the box or running lights work. Just a warning so you don't get ripped off, many other honest companies out there. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but you have to give at least 1.

Just had some work done at diesel Haus, never had work done on my truck the way they did. Great job !! If u ever need work done that s the place. Thanks guys !!!!
