Had an amazing experience with dialed in they were incredible. Ashley up front is awesome friendly and super knowledgeable. Ian did the work on my Subaru wrx and he killed it getting it diagnosed with every little thing that could give me issues and getting it running beautifully. Mike the owner is incredibly knowledgeable and down to earth and Jordan is a g. Truly a legendary shop.

Brought my wife s car here which needed some substantial work done to it, she is the best but drives like a nascar racer. Dialed in couldn t have been more responsive and professional when dealing with us. The boys at dialed in took in my VW Golf R which they didn't specialize in and fixed a burning oil and camshaft issue I had been dealing with since having work done from another shop. I also had some carbon fiber installed and some fueling upgrades with no problems at all. Professional service and great communication throughout the entire process. My car was parked on the 3rd floor of the parking garage at the Rochester Airport. When I got in my car and started it I noticed a ton of smoke, my serpentine belt had broken due to a bad altenator. Not only did Dial In fix my car they fixed it at the parking garage. They made quick work of the repair, Ashley provided excellent customer service, and Jordan was a very knowledgeable tech. Dial in came in clutch and I would 100% recommend them in the future!

These guys were recommended to me on a Facebook group. I went to them with an armful of work both engine and suspension and I feel they gave me a fair price on all of it. Tyler kept me updated on the progress the whole time and was professional and personable and gave solid recommendations. I know this place is good for subarus mostly but they did a very good job with tuning my Mazdaspeed6 and do look forward to working with these guys in the future.

Best auto shop for Subarus and any performance needs. Very informative whilst dealing with customers and all your questions or worries will be answered. Be it you need to slap a bigger turbo or just want new brakes, they can do it. They have certified techs with a wide range of knowledge from domestic to foreign, and even bikes! It's been a pleasure dealing with these guys. I'll never go anywhere else for any of my car issues in the future, and I have a rotary engine.. Thanks Dialed in team!

I recently had my wrx in for service and I couldn t be happier with it. I wasn t getting any transmission work done, but the tech noticed my clutch felt funny and then proceeded to fix it without being ask to or paid! The guys at Dialed In are simply the best. Dialed In Performance diagnosed and repaired an issue with my turbo (2014 WRX) in a timely manner. Tyler was very descriptive when explaining the issues found after diagnosis; He kept me informed and updated every step of the way. The guys at Dialed In are top notch! My BMW 335i broke down at the race track, lucky for me Mike happened to have an extra spot in his trailer and was able to tow my broken car to his shop, and had it fixed within a few days. My WRX was tuned here last winter. Got updates and answers to all my questions, including follow ups, and about a year later the car is running strong with zero problems! Everyone here is friendly. Clean environment, really knowledgeable staff. Don't be mislead thinking this is a Subaru stop. My LS turbo car was tuned by them very happy with it. Always anwser phone. The guys at Dialed In are hands down the best place to bring your project in. They're mainly known to work on subarus, but they have done plenty of work on other makes such as corvettes, evos, jeeps, and miatas just to name a few! Mike and staff truly demonstrate quality over quantity. Best performance shop for subarus in the northeast, hands down. Mike is very personable and down to earth. The technicians, Ian and Kiddany are extremely knowledgeable and are passionate about what they do. Tyler kept me updated every step of the way.. if I could give 10 stars I would. Probably one of the best tuner performance shops in the Rochester area. Mike, kidanny, and Ian always go above and beyond whenever it comes down to getting things done and done right, no sugar coating like other shops, they told me everything upfront and has kept their promise. I have taken my car several times to get their tune fix on my car and every time the issue is still there.
