Our car was so dirty on outside after a long ride. So we went here to quickly get the exterior cleaned, and it was actually very quick. Just took a couple of minutes and it was totally fun too with all the music and lights! We paid 25$ for the wash, and they gave 2 free car wash coupons, which have to be used in the next 2 weeks.

We received excellent customer service from the staff. I was very happy with how they all had a smile and a great deal of knowledge. One employee in particular, Miguel, was exceptional and really took an ear to what we wanted done inside our vehicle. Everybody did a wonderful job cleaning our vehicle as a team! Thanks Delta Sonic. :)

I had mike do my car with the 6 month ceramic coating,this guy did an awesome job,car came out gleaming,very satisfied with the out come,I didn't have any cash to tip him,his boss said if I write a review about Mike that he would be rewarded,I had the Chrysler convertible,name is John....thanks again Mike and crew!!

Delta sonic never disappoints! Everyone is always so friendly and my car always comes out looking perfectly clean. On my last trip there, a manager named Jake was especially helpful. I really appreciated the time he took to explain the different services they offer and what would be best for me. It s nice when employees take the time to answer questions without feeling like you are pestering them. I ll definitely be back again.

For the first sunny day in weeks I would have thought it would have been even busier. A little expensive for a one time wash, the unlimited is definitely worth the money, I just don't go by there that much. Merging 4 or more lanes into two tunnels is challenging, especially for those who are aggressive or perhaps time constrained. I mean, chill out. When I went to get it hand dried the employee said it wasn't that clean and I should go back through - which I did without issues. He is the one who got it really clean with towel drying. Well worth the tip if you ask me.

I dropped in to have my interior vehicle detailed.I am not a member, neither did I have an appointment.They all worked hard to get my vehicle clean, however, the remainder of the detailing was performed by Rich E who not only took his time to clean my Highlander, but demonstrated additional products that are offered at Delta Sonic to make my vehicle looking and smelling new.I did purchase additional services, which Rich E performed with a smile.I watched him detail my vehicle as if it were his own.Thank you for the great experience Rich E!!!!

I paid $20 for a basic car wash, which was not worth it at all. With a tip for the kids who cleaned it, it cost me $25. Plus, I ended up with so many scratches on my car. I definitely won't be going back.I don t see the option to reply to your reply but here it is: I asked the lady for the cheapest car wash, and she said the cheapest option was $20, without mentioning the Super Kiss or any other plans available. While I understand the tactic to upsell, honesty is key. It would be appreciated if the company could inform customers about all the available options. It was my first and last car wash at Delta Sonic!

Exceptional service from Henry at the automotive/oil change department in Henrietta. His friendly demeanor and approachable attitude made the entire experience a breeze. All maintenance was done swiftly and with precision. I highly recommend delta sonic to anyone in need of an oil change/ maintenance

First time visiting since the remodel. Having used your detail services before (about 2 yrs ago) I was most impressed then and today was no disappointment. Waited less than 15 mins, Miguel came to "check my needs", very clear pricing and description of the work to be done. Management must be very happy with this outstanding employee! Brandon detailed and performed the services quickly, afterward - my 'white glove test', he did a very thorough job. Excellent experience today! Will recommend to all my family and friends.Joe (Henrietta)

I have to share this amazing experience from today!!! Went to have my car detailed, didn t expect that the kid doing the work Cody who was a young man who worked with impeccable detail on my Lexus RX350 was going to restore my faith in humanity too. He found $180 (all in fresh twenty dollar bills) then placed it on the dashboard in front of my multimedia screen without saying a word to us. We got inside and noticed it. I then asked him where that came from and he said it was under the passenger seat. Two days ago my friend who is in from out of town lost it after we had just gone to the bank the same day. We wrote it off after looking around (apparently not well). We couldn t thank the kid enough for not only doing a stellar job on my car, but for the display of honesty and integrity. Bravo to Cody! We gave him his tip for the vehicle service as well as some more for the added act of kindness. We then called the acting manager Nick to tell him what this kid did. This is the type of thing you don t see much of anymore. Thanks Cody . You have a bright future ahead of you. Keep doing the right things and stay true to yourself. You re amazing!

If you value your time and money, do not go to Delta Sonic. I was in the area and my car needed a wash. I have been to Delta Sonic many times over the years, and it has always been great, until today. I pulled up to the entrance and was greeted by a friendly staff member who told me I could use the wash for $7, but I would have to sign up for a monthly plan that I could then easily cancel from a customer portal. At this point I had already spent more time on this venture than I originally thought possible, I didn t want to come away with nothing and completely waste my time, so I signed up as quickly as I could hoping to get a wash and leave, and cancel later. That was a mistake. They did a poor job washing my car, but I was already late for work thanks to the ridiculous sign up process, so I didn t have time to go back around. I went to the customer portal to cancel once I had a free moment later that day, and there was no way to cancel. So I called Delta Sonic, waited about ten minutes on hold, then was guilt tripped about cancelling. The person on the phone told me you can t actually cancel until your first monthly payment goes through, but they would cancel it for me as a courtesy because the people at the wash lied to me. I guess I have an outdated sense of what it means to serve customers, but this whole situation, to me, is completely unacceptable. I will never use a Delta Sonic again. The first place I went when I was 16 and had just bought my first car was this Delta Sonic location, and instead of continuing to be a good place for a car wash, and serving their customers, they are using cheap sales tactics, lying to customers hoping they ll be too frustrated by the bureaucracy to cancel their mandatory monthly subscription.

I was having a problem out in the parking lot and Alex came out to see me. Not only did he help me deal with a malfunctioning vacuum, he also showed me the plus area. Turns out I ve been paying for access to that indoor area all along, just never knew. Alex showed me how to use all the equipment and was there when I had a problem again. Great customer service! Timely also. I was seriously considering dropping my membership but Alex help me find new value for what I was paying. Many thanks.

Alex and Desmond were extremely helpful today, thank you so much. There was an issue with my Tesla that the windows stayed open during the car wash and it caused a huge mess inside the car, and both Alex and Desmond helped dry up the car interior while I was calling roadside assistance to fix the glitch that happened with the navigation screen. Honestly if it wasn t for their help I wouldn t have been able to clam down. Great employees, and I will forever be grateful to them and Delta Sonic, and I will recommend your location to everyone I know. Alex and Desmond deserve to be rewarded and I hope they are.

This was my first car wash ever. Carly was very thorough in explaining the options and differences between the packages. She had a bright personality and was very friendly. The spraying staff were really nice and understanding. I had a bit of trouble getting my car on the belt but they were really patient and helpful. I enjoyed my experience a lot and plan on bringing my car back for more washes here.

I went to get my car cleaned on a Saturday morning, it was in desperate need of an interior cleaning. I visited the Henrietta location store 1816 where I was met by Sophia. Delta Sonic is consistent with doing a good job but my customer experience with Sophia on a cold Saturday morning was better than good, it was pleasant too. Thanks for starting my morning off right!

Such a wonderful experience. So professional, very efficient, very comfortable waiting room while they take care of the cars, and really great opportunity to check out your car at the end to make sure everything is to your liking. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

I was rushing and accidentally vacuumed up my house keys. Miguel came over with no hesitation to assist. He took apart the vacuum and retrieved my keys in no time! I really appreciate the amazing costumer service and knowledge that Miguel provided .

I went to get an oil change, which was over due! Delta sonic had some deals going on(which i didnt know about). Henry was working that day and helped me out and even suggested to do a little more work. By getting my differentials done based on the miles of my car(also a deal!). Taj was the one who did my oil change and helped check my lights. These gentlemen are the reason why I go to this specific delta sonic in Henrietta N.Y. Wonderful and outstanding customer service! Henry was super helpful and gave me a brochure with things I needed to do for my car in the future. It s nice to have someone give you an idea of what maintenance my car needs since I don t know much about my car except for when my car and car app tells me what I need maintenance on. Yet I can't drive yet... I went here with my dad and we went through the car wash and it was so freaking huge!! You might be thinking that it's just a gas station but I really enjoyed it and it was very clean and well kept... Free vacuums, amazing car wash, shinny and smelling good after... I suggest on a nice sunny day please go here lol!!

Really disappointed with the interior detailing. Asked them to get rid of the cigarette smell in the car. I wasn t anticipating it to be perfect but they didn t even clean the ashtray of ashes. Needless to say the car still reaks of smoke. Charged $84 dollars to detail the car. What a joke. Never use this company to detail your car. If there was a 0 star it would be zero or negative.Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

The setup honestly seems very attractive and enjoyable, however the operation side of matters are quite the contrary.I had purchased the following services:SERVICE INCLUDES:Steam clean door jambs, frames & panels Vacuum carpets & seats Steam clean & polish glass insideErrors: 1. Disregarded areas around the seats (vacuum), 2. Certain areas of the panels were left unaddressed, 3. Center and dashboard-area residue was not completely cleaned, 4. Seats were not steam cleaned thoroughly as described, 5. Streaks and smudges were left behind throughout.Additional Comments and thoughts: overall, high quantity/traffic and less 25% quality.Not Deemed worthy of the total $39.95 price. BONUS! Apply Sonic High-Tech hand wax? It is contingent of purchasing a carwash.Note: Third row is extra.

Really unhappy with the car wash here for two reasons- the blower does not completely dry the car, and there s soapy water on the car after the was and soap stains all over the car. It was doing a good job on my sedan previously, but for a SUV, it doesn t completely dry. Staffs are friendly and the place us great.
