My hand me down car had a few minor issues but another shop didn't find them all and told me other items needed repairs(NOT NEEDED).Im recovering from an accident so I m knowledgeable but unable to perform repairs. Courtesy showed me the problems with the car while it was on the lift. They received the parts yesterday and told me they will call when repairs are completed .I have full confidence in them after pricing and their communications with me. More to come after work is complete . THAT WAS BEFORE REPAIRS. AFTER REPAIRS were done I picked up the car and my bill was 75 bucks less than the quote. I recommend them if you need honest reliable mechanics. With costs of cars going crazy keeping your old one going makes more and more sense.

Give a one star. I stop by as thought I give another chance as local shop. Turn out they can't help me today and ask me make appointment and not able to give me straight answer question. I feel they are afraid to work with Deaf client. Not first time that they willing help.

These guys fully disclosed everything they were doing to my vehicle. (They were the 3rd shop I was going to for this issue) they communicated with me beautifully and when I ran into an issue after the fix they brought me back in immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Kind and courteous people both in person and on the phone.Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto emissions testingServices: Auto exhaust system repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto emissions testing

Best full service gas station, I know. They are always on the ball and the prices are the same or better than for it yourself places.

Looking for honesty from your automobile service then this is the place for you. They have serviced my vehicles for decade because I can trust them. They also go above and beyond with little things like vacuuming the car and fitting you in when you really need it!

Not real happy. Thought I would get good service here from what I've heard from others but I've been disappointed twice. Had a front end alignment done and shortly after I found that both front wheel hubs were shot. This should have been found prior to doing the alignment because it's useless to do the alignment with bad front end parts. And now more recently the whole front end was rebuilt with all new parts and after getting the vehicle back from a front end alignment because the tires were wearing so poorly, The truck pulls to the right going down the road at about 55 mph on a variety of different streets so I know it's not the crown of the road. I called them to tell them I had an issue right after having the work done and Dan was not available because of the holidays. The other gentleman I spoke to tried to blame it on my new tires. Saying that tires can cause a problem. So you're telling me that if I rotate my tires I have to have a front end alignment? That's not true. And also tires would not make the steering wheel need to be held slightly to the left because it wasn't indexed properly. Trying to make excuses for poor workmanship. Price went from about $75 2 years ago to $115 this year. So now before my brand new tires get damaged I have to go pay somebody else to get it corrected so they don't wear unevenly and I don't have to fight the steering wheel because they didn't index it properly.

This place is awesome. Dan has been there as long as I can remember and his son is now wrenching there... you cant beat the service and quality. They have always taken care of my family and I and have gone above and beyond numerous times. My go to shop for all repairs! Jimmy is the nicest gas attendant, and Netsins is right next door... you cant beat it!

I have gone a couple of times over the years, for small things like a new battery or inspection. The customer service has been subpar. Most recently, I was quoted a large amount of money for extensive work, including a new catalytic converter, even though it was made clear my current one was fine, they just needed a new one because there was nothing to attach the current one to anymore. (??) I went elsewhere and got the work done for half the price, without the catalytic converter being an issue. Last straw for me with them. (Additionally, every time I've gone to pick up my car from them, it has been left unlocked.)

I am a strong supported of suppprt-local. I fill my car here each week despite their gas being a bit more expensive, however after this morning I think they have lost perspective on what customer service means. I spend 50$ for gas here once a week and this morning I asked I'd they would put some air in my tires. The repair bay had techs in it. They refused, told me that they can't assist and told me I could buy air on the side of their building for 8 quarters. That's not how you retain customers. 8 quarters just lost you $200 a week, $2700 a year.

Love going to this full service, locally owned gas and service station. People are so friendly. They also have an ethanol-free pump for boats, etc.

Had 2 vehicles that needed service work done in a pinch. Gave a call & Christian was able to accommodate both vehicles in a timely fashion. The work was done quickly& professionally at a fair rate. 100% recommend checking them out as I will be back. Their honesty and due diligence to vehicle safety was amazing!

I went to Courtesy Auto today for a routine oil change and fluid check. They were very accommodating fitting me in first thing in the morning so I could get to work on time. Dan and the guys were very welcoming and polite. Always upbeat and easy to deal with. They were able to quickly take care of me and get me off to work. I'll definitely continue to visit Courtesy Auto and I certainly will recommend them to my friends!

I have a very special car to me. That requires to be jacked up before being put on a lift. Forged aluminum lug nuts. Forged aluminum rims. Very high hp with a very temperamental idle. gave them a list of becareful points. And I didn't even need to. They took the utmost care of my toy and figured it out in minutes. Labor rate is cheap compared to some of the stealerships. Christian did a great job fixing my baby up. Entire permiter is under surveillance so I felt safe leaving it there over night. Will 100% be returning I thought I was stuck bringing my car to specialty shops only. And they took better care of it then the speed shops and performance shops. Hats off to these guys. Don't let the small store front fool you. There are some serious wizards in there. They know there stuff.

Requested an oil change and tire plug and inquired about having my tire pressures reset on my Silverado,I was aware of the the higher oil price because of my truck they did not tell me the price of resetting the tire pressure was $50 and plugging my tire(patch) was $35 for a grand total of $180 if I knew it was $50 to reset my tire pressure I would have dealt with the issue until I got to the dealer(which really wasn t a serious issue) I would have had my son patch my tire(which slow leaked over the course of 8 months for a minimum of 2 times filling with air) for the cost of the kit which I believe is less than $10. In the future they have to inform the customer of these charges before service is performed nobody plans to pay $180 for a routine service especially when this is the firs, and last time I will go there and I will not recommend them to family and friendsServices: Tires, Oil change

They inspected my dad's car and are about inspect mine. My dad had a good experience but they are very busy sometimes and could not take his car in one day. That's the only hiccup. I hope I have a good experience as he did when he took his car here.

I've had poor experiences here with customer service a few times. I want to use them because they're local and conveniently close to our house, but I will never go back there. They should not be named "Courtesy" Auto Repair.

They offer normal gas prices, but with FULL service. I've always had an excellent experience with Courtesy Auto. I've never been given BS or absurd repair quotes either. High quality, very trusted. They're my go-to guys for gas & repairs!

My wife loves going there so she doesn't have to pump the gas herself.I like them because they are trustworthy and you don't get the feeling you are getting ripped off like at some other shops. I took my truck there twice to get the instrument panel lights replaced when I couldn't get it done anywhere else. I will be going there again to get my poor old truck back on the road again! It's in rough shape now so I am looking forward to seeing what they can do for me this time!

Poor service, not very neighborly, definitely not courteous. There was one nice guy here and it seems like he is no longer there. The new guys are rude. With so many options for shops within five miles, I can't see why anyone would go here.

Took my son's car in to get the brakes checked. They advised front needs new pads, rotors, calipers, and bleeding the brakes. Total over $850. Called two other places and the advised $550-$575 + taxes including labor. I don't mind supporting small businesses but we will never bring our cars back.

First time going here as we moved right around the corner. They were great! Only did the work I asked to be done and didn't bombard me with other things they thought I should do. Was very refreshing. The pricing was right in the area I expected so no complaints there either. Overall good first experience.

I have been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. Any work I've had to have done to my cars has been explained to me in detail and I haven't ever felt like I was ripped off or taken advantage of and that's a wonderful feeling.

Took my car in to switch my summer to winter tires and had a great experience. My wheels had corrosion locked onto the hubs so I wasn't able to do the job myself but they went the extra mile for me, removing the corrosion and refinishing my hubs. Great job!

I went to a chain garage for inspection and they gave me a list of repairs necessary to meet inspection. I could complete all the necessary repairs but one myself. I took the car to Courtesy to have the last repair completed. They examined the car and said that the repair was not necessary (45,000 miles later and it's still fine). Never saw a garage do that before!! Every bit of work that I've had done has been skillfully completed at the estimated cost or less. I couldn't be more satisfied.

About a month ago, I brought my 20 year old work vehicle to be repair. Courtesy Auto Repair correctly diagnosed the issue, found the needed part and installed it at a reasonable price. Dan is very knowledgeable and had to use all of that accumulated knowledge to find the needed part in order to correctly repair such and an old vehicle.

My car needed a timing belt job replaced that was screwed up big time at another unmentionable shop. Dan took great care of making sure it was fixed and went beyond that to get my car in good shape. Very happy with the work and his knowledge of the situation. Thank you!

Had my vehicle inspected in a timely fasion and they didn't try to upsell me anything. Very friendly staff. The only thing I wish they had was an area to tip on the receipt because I don't carry cash!
