A store that sells tires, balances them, and installs them. If you buy a tire from them, they will repair it if it goes flat for free. I have been buying tires from them for years, and I am very happy with the service.

Good service, good prices. Came in to replace a leaky tire that Mavis plugged TWICE at $25 each time. gave up on Mavis after tire started leaking again for the third time . decided to purchase replacement tire from Costco. After inspecting it the staff said they could fix it. I was skeptical but went with it anyway. Over a year later it still performs well and only cost $12 dollars. I recently hit a nail in another tire. Goodbye Mavis...Going back to Costco for a quick fix was a no brainier!

What an excellent experience! Tina is an expert in tires and scheduling. My vehicle was ready in less than an hour. You would have to be crazy not to buy tires here.

Tina is was absolutely amazing! She juggled 3 customers with aplomb and got my flat tire taken care of in 20 minutes. Costco is great with warranties if you bought your tires there.

Positives:- They offer instant rebates for brands like Bridgestone and Michelin, so you don t have to mail stuff in to get your rebate.- Utilizing the road hazard warranty was relatively easyCons:- Tires only delivered once a week, so chances are you ll be waiting for the tires- Use some lubricating goop when mounting tires. This center does a terrible job of removing it.- Overinflated tires by almost double after installation. Caught it a few blocks away, had to go back. The guy explained they sometimes overinflate the new tires to allow them to "pop", but forgot to readjust.- The next day, drove on the highway, getting major vibration coming through the steering. Shocked to find no weights on the wheels! They removed the old ones but didn t put any new ones on! Had to go back first thing Monday morning to have them balance all the wheels. Supervisor admitted that these are all messed up after inspecting, but didn t seem appropriately apologetic.- When we had to go back for a road hazard situation some 10 months later, we found the tire must be replaced. Only had to pay about 10% of the price of the tire, but had to pay $20 for mounting plus a tire disposal fee, so bill of over $50 to replace a tire that had 7,500 miles on it. Again, had to wait a week for the replacement. (In fairness, they did mount our spare for us at no charge)- When my wife took the car back for the replacement, she asked if they can rotate the 3 other tires, as they were due per Costco s own recommended timeframe. They refused! Necessitated an extra visit a month later for a rotation, when again, the guy initially balked at rotating the tires when I mentioned we d replaced 1 tire recently. I had to push him to agree, and even then they didn t do what I asked which was to leave the new tire on the back axle.Overall, not worth it to get your tires here. Inferior service for not a lot of savings.

I ordered tires, waited a week and half and they still didn't come in. Four phone calls and no one knew where they were. Five phone calls later and I was told the order was cancelled because the tires weren't in stock. However, the same tires are still being advertised as on sale and people are being urged to order them. The run around here was a little ridiculous. I wound up going to Mavis and getting tires for another $150 cheaper than what I was going to pay at Costco.

I can t even begin the describe how awesome my experience was. I ordered two tires and made an appointment to have them put on. The day of my appointment, I was done within 40 minutes - mounted, balanced, rotated. The employees were even more amazing! Thank you guys

I've been meaning to write this for two months - I must say that contrary to what I expected, our experience at the Port Chester location was excellent. We called ahead, and spoke with a woman named Tina whom I'm assuming runs that department, and what a nice, tight ship she runs! All the employees were in a good mood and extremely helpful and we were in and out of there in I think less than an hour. The car was done by the time we finished shopping the rest of Costco. She even remembered to deduct the amount we paid for an attempted and failed flat fix which we completely forgot about by the time we were ready to leave. She actually ran after us. Very rare to find an honest anyone these days. The only person who had anything to say was the guy who fixed the tire because he felt we should replace the others as they didn't have the exact same model and took the time to explain how that can ultimately end up costing us more because it can effect gas mileage and the natural wear and tear on the other tires not to mention our safety considering the out of the ordinary even more awful than normal state of the roads, highways and parkways around this area. (he was 100% right we just couldn't afford it at the moment and have since replaced them all). Anyway, we will be back there again.

I made an appointment and I was in and out super quick, faster than they told me they would take! I'd give them 5 stars if they did wheel alignments... Apparently you should get an alignment if you get new tires and I didn't know this, they don't do it here either which I think is kinda silly. I also wish they let me know what else needs to bedone to protect my tires. Anyhow the customer service was excellent and everyone was very helpful helping me pick new tires.

I purchased tires with a warranty. Within a month of driving on these tires one was punctured. The warranty was honored and the tire replaced. Tina provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend the Port Chester Tire Center to anyone.

Great tire technicians; very polite and patient. The service was not as efficient as it can be, however this was probably more of a management problems. During the time I was there, they were definitely under staffed.

They take good care of you if you've bought your tires there. I bought mine about 3 years ago. They rotate them as needed.

Not impressed. Bought tires. Had to return them because they could not get my lug nuts off. You have got to be kidding me. What a waste of my Thursday afternoon. Selecting tires, walking around waiting to find out they can not take the nuts off. Well, another tire store was able to. They got my business.

Came from Norwalk at 5 clock but they said to come back tomorrow for 5 minute tire change , they don t care about the customers very bad and I was so confused I just went the next tire shop 0.4 miles away and got it from 5 minutes

Service is terrible they take your phone number but they won't call you, so what's the point? they don't answer the phone either so you might as well bring a tent and camp out waiting for them to maybe do the job, or maybe not. I can't believe they can stay in business with such bad service.
