I dropped my car off to them they misdiagnosed the problem, so I had to bring it back to the dealer for more service. So far it has been in the shop for two weeks now.

Car vibrates, between 27-33 mph 55-63 mph. Going uphill is terrible. Never expected this performance from a vehicle after. Delivery. One day after pickup! No one could see the problem until the sales manager took a test drive. As of 6/12/23 the problem still exists. Car will get picked up again for service 6/14/23 the same vibrating problem!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I will never bring any vehicle to this service center again. I am totally dissatisfied with the service that I have received. 3 months ago I tool my vehicle there for a problem that I knew I had ( a coolant leak) They said that I was wrong charged me 200.00 and sent me away me not knowing that a diagnostic was never done. Fast forward 3 months the problem continues again and I have to take my vehicle right back for the same problem that they said I did not have. This time they actually decided to do the diagnostic which should have been done on my first visit and discovered that I really am loosing coolant and why. This has costs me so much wasted time. I wrote the service manager and I'm sure it went know further. Darren was my service clerk....DO NOT GO TO HIM EITHER!! Now in addition when I look under my hood I discover that they forgot to replace my engine cover after I went to retrieve my vehicle from that incompetent place. How lousy can you be?! Now I to find time from my crazy work schedule to call and go back if they can even find my engine cover to put it back on. I'm so disappointed with the service I have received do not take you vehicle there.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Wayne is an amazing salesman. Even after the sale is complete the personalization continues even after a year of my purchase. Over charged, changed their story about what was needing to be performed, never returned phone calls, failed to disclose that when they said "would be needing tires" they really meant will be failing your vehicle for inspection unless you spend $1400 on tires with us. I wish I could post with no stars as a rating but the app won't let me.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

I had my car inspected there. The workers were cordial and the place is very clean. The waiting room was comfortable, clean, with free coffee, so I had no complaints.

Service has progressively gotten worse over the years, I wouldn t recommend anyone getting a Lincoln. Everything on the cars cost an arm and a leg, the service is terrible! Recently called for a service quote, never heard anything about it.

They didn't do the repair correctly and I had to go back to get it fixed. They said they had washed my car and they hadn't. When I went back for the repair I had to ask again for the car wash and it took over 45 minutes to just wash the car. I was very disappointed.
