Anyone looking for a new car I would recommend Cortese Lincoln. When I arrived at the dealer I didn t even have to go inside. I was greeted by Rico Anderson. He knows his stuff an it s good to see another young person doing well in their field. My experience there was smooth from start to finish thanks to Rico. I can honestly say it was my best car buying experience. I look forward to us doing business again an I have no doubt he s making other customers happy with his knowledge an expertise.

I have been a customer of Cortese Lincoln since 2008 when I bought my first MKZ. It saved my life, but was totaled bought a two year old 2016 (great cars). After a big crash, Cortese repaired it. All work done A plus. They have excellent customer service. I feel they are always looking out for me . I even had a service at home this winter . I just think they are THE BEST. I recently moved from Delaware to Canandaigua. I have always used my Lincoln dealer for service. Everyone at Cortese Lincoln was welcoming, friendly and professional. I will return for all my auto needs without hesitation.No one tried to "sell" me extra services and the prices were competitive and fair.

I feel that communication could have been better I had to reach out to them for updates om my vehicle. and it took way to long to complete a job that was supposed to take 8hrs for some resoon it took them 10 days to complete the work on my vehicle after the received all the parts.. which leads me to believe my vehicle was not a priority. The had my car for almost a month. so far it's running well

On 02/29/24, in freezing temperatures, Jordan from Cortese Lincoln arrived at my home to perform an oil and filter change, and a tire rotation. He was courteous and professional, and completed the work in 30 minutes. Kudos to Cortese Lincoln for providing this innovative, remote service gratis! Thank you!

The team was great and communicated well. The biggest concern i have is that they don't provide shuttle service and didn't have a loaner. I was very thankful they did get me a ride home after dropping the car but I had to get an Uber back. They were very friendly and thorough otherwise

First time service customer. I had a recall for my Lincoln MKC and it was well taken care of. I brought my wiper blade for my hatch back door and without any questions they replaced it for free, thanks ! On time and earlier than expected. My suv was washed and presented to me near client door. I'm very appreciative and will return with any other needs. Thank you so very much!!

I had a battery issue recall for my 2017 MKC. I called Cortese and spoke with our service consultant, Ed. He informed us of a new process where a service person comes to our house and performs the service right at our home. We thought this was a great idea and agreed to it setting up an appointment with Ed. The serviceman arrived, calling us before he came to let us know he was on the way. He arrived and completed the service in under 30 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I loved the fact I didn t have to make a trip to the dealership and drop my car off then return to the dealership to pick it up. This service offer to come directly to the house and service the vehicle by Cortese saved me time and money. It s a wonderful perk offered by Cortese and I will definitely use it again for oil changes and tire rotations. A synthetic oil change and tire rotation is only 100 dollars which is a deal no shop could ever touch.Thanks Cortese and all your staff for making this service so convenient and transparent.

Is it acceptable to have to wait one full month for a service appointment?Appointment scheduled requesting a loaner vehicle while my vehicle is serviced/fixed, apparently they are in very short supply at this dealership. Received a call rescheduling for 2 1/2 weeks out Then, I received another call they were too busy and need to reschedule again, almost 2 more weeks from now Hopefully, the service will be good, and it will happen before my warranty runs out.

Even though they were not able to help me with an obsolete part Jordan was more than helpful to put me on the right path to try and get my car fixed. The sales person was Wayne his customer service is superb !! Enjoyed the entire experience. Was able to find my dream car. Questions were answered. No pressue. Constant communication .The entire process was done and I was in my new car with in hours. I m thankful for there re help!.

I am leasing a new Corsair. It was an awesome experience. Wayne Rainey helped to fit me to the right car wirh an affordable payment. Chris Whaling put the paperwork together and was wonderful to work. I especially want to give a shout out to Samantha Cortese. I have not met her personally but in the three years I have been a Lincoln customer she has contacted me several times to follow up on my experiences. Samantha is hands on in the business. The mobile oil change was amazing!! Jordan was great, explained everything he was going to do. Love this service, I m not quite sure why everyone is not doing this. Will definitely use this service again.

Thanks go out to Rico in Sales, and Chris in Finance for a pleasant SUV buying experience. - In December 2023 our Corsair was serviced for the auto stop start function not working consistantly. Jordan, and another Associate at the Cortese Lincoln Auto Service Department kept us updated and clearly explained the issue and the fix. We appreciate and are happy with the excellent customer service and information provided. The Corsair is a pleasure to drive.

I always enjoy doing my business with Cortese Lincoln. They are nice and respectful to their customers. My car gets what is needed and I feel good about the experience when it s all done. I especially enjoyed the at home service for a routine oil change. Also , they don t try to sell me things I don t need.

I have had the same issues serviced many times since purchasing my MKZ and none of them have been fixed properly to date. When the wipers were repaired and the car was returned 4 months ago the cruise control and lane departure system didn t work and they haven t fixed it yet. Apparently there is an issue getting Lincoln parts. Have never had problems like this with other vehicles or dealerships.

I would never recommend this place to anyone that is looking to get service on your Lincoln with and extended warranty. They treat you like second class citizens. For one repair my car has been there three times then on a recall I just had them to do while they had my car in the shop my car now has to go back for a fifth time. Very unprofessional and their communication skills are low. If you can find another local shop that services Lincoln's I recommend you try them first. Very unsatisfied!
