Bought a new ranger in 2022 when new car pricing exploded and stock was limited , overall a mostly positive experience, but w any big purchase, make sure to read your paperwork closely. Paid full sticker but didn't have any dealer markups. Had a recall performed recently (march '24) through their service department and their sub had an issue. Cortese went out of their way to accommodate me and I'm pleased with the level of service given.

Purchased my second vehicle at Cortese and had another wonderful experience. Test drove a couple vehicles, completed paperwork, and walked out with a Lincoln vehicle within a few hours. Great experience working with Olivia Daniels and Chris Whaling. Awesome team.Timothy Patrick

An amazing truck buying experience.I just had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Cortese Auto, andI must say that it was an absolutely fantastic experience frombeginning to end. This dealership has set high standards for customerservice, transparency, and overall satisfaction.I drove from Connecticut to Rochester, NY. It was about a 6-hourtrip, and I would do it all again. I rented a car to drive up, andthe salesperson David Vito met me there to pick me up. Davidcommunicated clearly throughout the entire process, sending mepictures and videos and answering all of my queries. The entireprocess was quick and simple. When I arrived, all of the documentationwas ready. David was exceptional and I appreciate him and hisattention to detail throughout the process.One thing that really jumped out was the honesty throughout the entireprocess. David gave clear and extensive information about the vehicle,including its history, features, and quote. Everything was clearly putout, which made the purchasing process less stressful.

I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Raptor from Cortese Ford in Rochester, NY and I have to say, it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I live in Georgia and was initially hesitant about buying a vehicle from out of state especially one up far up North, but after speaking with David Vito, I knew I had found the right dealership.David was incredibly honest and transparent throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. He was not pushy or trying to upsell me on anything, which made the experience even better. I appreciated his professionalism and genuine care for his customers.A month later the truck I bought runs great and I couldn't be happier with my decision. It was exactly as described and there were no hidden fees or surprises. David made sure to go through all of the paperwork and explain everything in detail, making the process easy and stress-free.If I see another great deal on a vehicle I would definitely make the trip up to NY again to buy another vehicle from David Vito and Cortese Ford I know I can trust David to provide exceptional service. Horrible service! I do not recommend buying a vehicle from here. I just purchased my truck 3 weeks ago and it has a rear pinion leak I have tried contacting my salesman, a manger, and the service manager and never get a response back!! Like i said horrible service. Wish I could give it a negative 5 stars!

Glenn did a terrific job in getting me close to my asking price for trade in and was able to get me a lower interest rate. Overall, I never felt pushed or pressured to make a purchase with the dealership which I appreciate! I am very satisfied with my purchase and would get another vehicle from the dealership and from Glenn specifically.

For the experiences I have had so far with Cortese, I have to say they have been quite pleasant. The service advisor who atteneded to my vehicle's service was very polite, attentive to my imput and treated me with respect. I take value in that. When an issue did arise, my advisor was quick to address it and resolved it to my satisfaction. I also am very appreciative of the vehicle pick-up/drop off service they provide. Homeschooling 5 children, and having a husband who runs a roofing company does not provide me much opportunity to be able to drop off my vehicle at a dealer to be worked on. This service allows me a stress-free experience. The gentleman who picks up and drops off my vehicle is very polite. I have no qualms leaving my vehicle in his hands. Thank you Cortese for your service.

Had a 2023 Ford Maverick towed in for service as of 11/29/2023. First diagnosed with a bad neutral safety, wrong. Second diagnosis a bad battery, wrong. Third diagnosis was a bad transaxle. Uncertain if that is what wrong. Excuse after excuse, why it's not completed, from the part is on backorder to waiting for a Ford engineer, to we can't drop the smaller jobs. For the last 4 weeks, I've been getting a few more days. As of today 4/4/2024 still waiting to get a 2023 Ford Maverick back with 3,500 miles. I would recommend trying elsewhere if it is Ford warranty work. Could not get a loaner, to cover the inconvenience either. I will stick with West-Herr in the future, I also advise anybody else to go elsewhere.

Working with Anna was a great experience I have worked with her in the past. This is mine and my husbands 3rd purchase from this dealer. The process is quick and easy from when u apply to signing papers and walking out with your new vehicle. If you ever have an issue with anything I do recommend reaching out to John Sr he is also great and has helped me and my husband out in the past which I appreciated so much. Good place to purchase a vehicle from.

I had a flat tire over the weekend, had to work Monday morning, and was flying out of town Tuesday morning. These guys were awesome enough to take in my care after work on Monday and get a new tire in to put on my car. Even stayed a little late after hours to get it done for me. I really appreciate them going above and beyond to help me out last minute.

Brought my 2011 ford focus in to be looked at.Jack was my go to guy. Just two days went by and I received a call back from him. He thoroughly went through all the issues I was having with the car. He also took the time to separate each issue and price accordingly. In a nutshell I strongly recommend this establishment for any issues with your vehicle. Very kind and honest people. I came to Cortese with my mother to look for a new vehicle for her. She was very nervous about all the new technology on the cars now. Her salesman, Jason Vogler, was very patient and understanding and put her at ease. She is now driving a new Ford Escape thanks to him! Highly recommend him. Excellent salesperson!

Zach was very helpful, and respectful. I was on a severe time crunch because of kids, and school, and over an hour away. He accommodated we very well, and really impressed me tremendously. The 1 star was taken off due to their pricing model. They "offered" a $1,000 trade in bonus, and a $500 financing bonus, but raised the vehicles price, then added those bonuses to make it seem like a fair price. But really, it was overpriced by about $2,500 to make bartering seem like an amazing deal. Just kind of sneaky, but I don't like negotiating so I just accepted the offer we agreed on. Also, like I said, Zach were great, so I didn't totally paying a little more.

I had routine maintenance performed on my Edge. As usual, the service visit was superb, which is also a routine experience at Cortese Ford. Jack the service writer was also very friendly and helpful, reducing the amount of my service bill by using my Ford rewards points. All things considered, an excellent visit.

My wife and I had a great experience with Cortese. My wife test drove a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium and she loved it. She had her 2018 Jeep Compass Latitude as a trade in. They held the vehicle for us until we were able to get up there the following week to do all the paperwork. They meet us with a set payment we could manage and we left with the vehicle that same day. Very professional and a wonderful experience.

Bob Harmor and the finance team were fantastic to work with. This was by far the best car buying experience that I ever had in my 45 years of car buying. I will never work with any other company. I will definitely recommend Cortese to my friends.

Tried out their valet service for my oil change for the first time, and it worked out great! They sent out a driver tracking site to know when the mechanic would come and pick it up at my house, and one for when they would return it. Everything was smooth going :)

Second time taking a different car within a year difference or more for work or diagnosis. They fixed something that had nothing to do why I brought the car in. I took my car in for a couple things. All of the things that I mentioned weren't even diagnosed nor fixed. I didn't have an answer for what was going on with the car after "diagnosis". They had my car in their control for 12 days. I had to pay for a rental(which they covered for half the time thankfully) which the first one was a complete dud. The hud, the cluster and none of the buttons worked. Not including the injectable 'medicine" I found in the glove box along with the full beer cans. The second rental had a horrible dangerous alignment, and has trash in every crevice. I'm not happy about the situation and I have loved ones in my vehicle day after day. I hope they resolve this before it turns into something worse.

A pleasant experience. Rick Riola was very personable and gets right to the point. Does not waste your time with a lot of extraneous facts you do not even want to know. He listens to you and your needs and concerns. Does not try to talk you into extras you do not need or want. Liked doing business with him.

They took my car on the 18 of December and I got it back a month later, I faced many problems trying to communicate with my mechanic who didn t seem to have any info on my car to the point that it seemed like he hadn t looked at it. After calling every other day for a month I got my car back with bill that was over estimation and they tried to charge me on work for a recall part. After I got my car there I ve received a text message asking me to review the service three days in row! After reading other reviews it is clear that no one should go to the auto shop under any circumstances. They will up charge you lose your car and try to swindle you as much as they can, I mean they are a dealership that s what they do especially ford. Honestly which they d stop servicing cars, no one should step foot in there.
