I've been a parts guy for all of 2 years now and Cook Bros has really done more to help me than I could thank them for. A fantastic place to find parts, service, help, and answers. All around a great group

This is honestly the worst shop ive ever been to.couldnt get the job right after bringing it back 3 times .guy on the phone was rude and unprofessional pls dont waste your time and money

Had a driveshaft shortened and balanced. Excellent workmanship. Aluminum is difficult to weld. Price on labor was exceptional.

I brought in a 2 piece driveshaft that had vibration/runout issues for repair that another shop was not able to get right after 2 tries, all of the problems with it were fixed and the vibration is totally gone.The staff was friendly and professional.It was a pleasure doing business with them and will again in the future.

Joe is amazing with his knowledge oh, and these guys can always get every truck part we ever need. Delivery is an option if along the Route. Nevertheless always the go-to place for our brake drums, pads, Hardware, brake chambers, and so on.

Multiple times I have brought complete carnage into the Rochester store for Tyler in the drive line shop to try to make sense of and every time he's been able to reserect a repair or completely build a new one in a very timely manner. Going out of his way to stay late to finish a job or even delivering a driveshaft to a field after hours for me.

Cook's has the best staff around. That's the bottom line. Their selection is top notch. They prioritise the customer and work hard to get you the right equipment to upkeep your equipment.
