Very clean, very professional automotive repair shop. They provide vehicle fleet service and regular personal vehicle repairs. The waiting room is conducive for families and personal comfort. I would go as far as to say Rochesters great kept secret.

My recent experience at Complete Automotive Solutions was one for the ages. For (1) service was delivered timely, expeditiously but thoroughly, (2) personnel was welcoming, friendly and courteous, (3) I trusted the ethics with which they rendered service. Thus, you can t lose with the approach they use.

I've been here several times the place is great. Great customer service they goe through your car or see what you need not push you to buy what you need and they tell you what could be possible later down the road. A homey waiting room..I recommended this place to a few people.

When I took my car in for the annual inspection, they found an oil leak and broken tag light. Then I asked them to check the suspension since the car was making squeaking noises. They repaired everything for a very reasonable cost and did an excellent job. My car is quite old, so it's important to me to have good auto service, and Complete Automotive Solutions is exactly that!

I drive for a living that's why I trust my car here. Most recently my transmission was acting up and was expecting a $4,000 plus repair bill. They solved the problem I was having for just over $200.00. I'm not saying this will be everybody's out come but thank God it was mine. You can tell the place was founded by women; impeccable waiting room, a window straight to the action, really clean bathrooms and amazing quality of service. They are straightforward with costs and even go the extra mile to recommend the best and most cost effective course of action.

I took my 15 Ford in for 80 k maintenance and they had everything ready for me in 1.5 hours. They advised on engine compartment conditions and I was then pleased to be able to quickly on my own eliminate some pest nests too . That time of year. Always fast courteous, informative and friendly with no pressure to do anything they suggested or advised. It was less than I expected too, and that helped. Another nice job CAS!Service: Oil change

My wife and I recently had both of our vehicles detailed at Complete Automotive Solutions. My wife was very pleased on how her Hyundai Tucson turned out, and my 2014 Chevy Silverado looks like a new truck, both inside and out. Based on the final results, I think the price for detailing both of our vehicles was very reasonable. The shop is very clean, with a nice waiting area and friendly employees. First visit today......Over the years I have purchased three new Express work vans from a local Chevrolet dealer and have experienced a continuous drop in the overall quality and reliability of their service department.Complete Auto Solutions was recommended to me by a local HVAC/R parts and equipment supplier. When I called to discuss my needs the phone was answered promptly by Nicole who scheduled service in a few days! I dropped the van off and left with a really good vibe or a confidence in their intent to help me out. Nick phoned me later to discuss today's service and other recommendations. When I returned to pick up the vehicle I was presented with written estimates should I wish to complete the discussed jobs. In today's day and age the cost of automotive maintenance and repair comes at a regrettable new all time high. At Complete Automotive Solutions your vehicle is in good hands with certified technicians and professional office members who make dealing with your vehicle a cost effective and seamless process. I've had all my vehicles serviced and repaired with them since I was 18 years old and am now 32. Great people!

My husband reccomended Complete Auto Solutions, since his company uses them. They did a great job from scheduling, communication and cost! They fixed one part without charging me and asked if they could try a repair instead of replace to save me money if it worked. Because I purchased a new car in 2020 and all service was provided by the dealer, I hadn't been to Complete Automotive for several years. Back for my inspection last week, and this is still a great place to take your vehicle. The staff are efficient, kind, polite and informative and the waiting area is beyond expectation. I had been told several times at the dealers beginning when I only had about 11,000 miles on the car that my tires were wearing quickly and I would be needing new tires in the near future. I was baffled by this but told that the manufacturer puts tires on new cars that don't last long. At 19,000 miles oil change all tires were listed in the caution category and when I questioned that was told again, you will need new tires before winter. So I asked at my inspection this week (21,900 miles on vehicle) to especially check the tires, as I was prepared to purchase new ones. They took the time to check all four and said I definitely don't need new tires now. All are at 6/32nds and in good condition. Never got that precise information before and was relieved that my confusion was now settled. On top of that, I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Great place. I'm glad to be back there after a 2 year hiatus.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

I started having my Jeep Cherokee serviced at Complete Automotive Solutions about two years ago and have always been more than satisfied with their great work and attention to detail. As a truly customer-centric operation, they are responsive, flexible, honest, fair and very professional. The crew saved my business on this one, I was down on Uber with both vehicles, one a longer term problem that Jack helped me figure out the best solution for, and they got my backup vehicle back on the road within a day, so that we didn't get any further behind financially. I'm grateful for everything they do for our personal and business use of our vehicles.

My daughter gave me a Groupon deal for an auto detailing but when I went to make the appt I was told the Groupon had been used. Thankfully their mgr Nick took the time to clear things up and I was able to make an appt. The detailing was thorough and my car looks great. Their wait room is comfortable. I'll definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them.

This is my first choice for automotive care. They are reliable, honest and the price is always reasonable. Waiting room very comfortable with free coffee as I wait and it's never too long. Sometimes I receive a discount which is a nice surprise. Excellent work on my car, I have always been very satisfied. Thank you Complete Automotive Services, you're the best!
