I went in today to get an oil change on my 2011 Toyota Rav 4 sport, and they are ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY and welcoming. I never feel ripped off cause I m a female. They explain everything and I will always trust them to make repairs to my car. I tell all my friends who feel taken advantage of at other shops to go to Cole s. I give them 5stars and definitely recommend their services. Prices are very reasonable and affordable. Thanks again for such great service.!!!

They were great. I brought my car in for a tire that was losing air. They did all the work checking the tire but didn't find any leaks so they took it apart, cleaned everything and put it back together. Despite doing all the work on that tire, they went ahead and checked all four tires and ended up finding a nail in a different tire. They fixed that one and only charged me for one tire. Basically they did all the work to fix two tires and only charged me for one since they didn't find anything wrong with one of them.

The boys at Cole muffler took excellent care of me, broke down every cost in detail, so I knew what I was getting into and was able to make the right decision. They even discounted the final price which made it better. I have more work to do on my vehicle, I definitely will be back in two weeks. Excellent customer service!

Great experience! Went in because the muffler was hanging low. They got us right in on a very busy day; did a full check and quickly resolved the problem. Great value and outstanding customer service. Thank you!!!

I came in a fast in jiffy and my car was making noises at the bottom of my 2016 Honda Civic . The men were very nice and helpful . Gave me the honest truth and worked with me on pricing ! A Must go if you want fast and friendly service !

I ve had Nothn but excellent experience with the staff at Cole muffler,they don t tell you Nothn extra that don t need to be done to collect extra money like other Machanic!!! They are very professional and respectful and they are on point with timing if they say your vehicle done @5 it will be done@5 I will recommend them to anyone at anytime I will always use them when my vehicle needs attention.

The store manager, Aaron, and his staff were amazing, and by far the best treatment and customer support you could receive in an auto repair center. If you need any suto service related work done to your vehicle, I highly recommend the Lake Ave., Mavis tire I ve taken my vehicles there for the last 17 years and have received phenomenal service.

Aaron is the man when it comes to tires.Let me explain. We got stranded on st Paul closer to main street. Damn city or rochester potholes. After realizing we had a flat, changed to a donut, which didn't hold air either. We ditched the car for the night. Better to deal woth the issue next day.Aaron greeted us at the shop, and I had the bad tire in hand. They had it in stock, and said he could repair the rim and tire in 20 minutes. I told him take an hour and went to lunch.When we got back, they loaded up the tire and we were on our way. Seemless transaction, good service, and a decent price to boot.10/10 recommend

Aran is so nice and friendly. He is the man at the front desk. He always makes me laugh n puts a smile on my face when the day is not going well. The team make sure the work is done good. The only thing is it's a lil too pricey. But Aran helps out people he know it's hard times.

There was a slow leak in one of the tires on my car. When we called to make an appointment they suggested if it was repairable they would repair it instead of having to buy a new tire. Well, they repaired it and the price was way better than we ever imagined!!! Totally truthful and trustworthy!! You definitely have a customer for life!! Thank you again!!!
