Lee,Alex and the team at CCM have always been helpful from the smallest to the most complicated jobs. Very straightforward, trustworthy, don't cut any corners, amazing quality work. Have been taking all my cars to them for years, like my bmw 328 , Volvo Polestar and Toyota supra. Will keep being my #1 shop.

These guys are the real deal. I went to repair the cooling system (new lines, radiator, & water pump) on a BMW 335i. At first it, I will admit, it was very pricey, but Lee & Alex are very reasonable guys that are willing to work with you and give fair pricing & plans for your budget. They do fantastic work and I recommend anyone to use their services - even over your local dealer.

Anything from bodywork, brakes, tires, etc. All have been completed on a first class basis, with very fair pricing. They have dealt with me with high integrity and I recommend this shop for anything you may need for your vehicles.

I was driving on the highway in the pouring rain when suddenly our windshield wipers stopped working. They had become misaligned and the wiper socket was loose. We pulled off the next exit and came into CCM 10 minutes before they were closing and explained our situation. The team fixed the issue immediately and we were back on our way. All of the staff were friendly and courteous and helped us out of a tough spot. A+ service.

I ran into some car trouble on a road trip, and the fine folks at CCM Auto Repairs were able to fit me into their schedule the very next day. I was extremely stressed out over my car, but they really put my mind at ease. It's rare to find an establishment that friendly and professional. I almost wish I was a local so that I could always take my car there.

I have been twice for their Inspection Services (for my insurance and then my registration), and Lee has gone the extra mile! Always ready to answer questions and provide advice... highly recommended. Also, I saw the interaction between employees, and it was respectful; everybody was on their duties. I will come back when needed!

Great mechanic. Lee knows his BMW's inside and out and has done some great work on my M4. I have also used them on my other cars for routine maintenance and everything was done transparently, quickly and for the right price.

I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND CCM. Alex is a God send. He got my hard to order part ordered and delivered same day and had me back on the road in no time. Thank you so much I wish I could bag him up and take him on the road with me. I never want to lose him.

The depth they go on diagnostics and getting to the real root of the issue without throwing random parts at your car goes to show how well they know what they are doing. Nothing but good things to say about the owners and employees. My car has 199k miles on the dash and I was losing hope on how much I ve spent dumping random parts in this car over the years and having it misdiagnosed left and right. I bring it CCM 1 time and my car is riding smoother than ever before and I ve owned the car for 5 years. Amazing !!!!!!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Great family run business. Lee and Alex will always steer you in the right direction and never try to over sell you for a service. Honest and professional people. They also do fantastic body and paintwork and will make your car look better than factory. I highly recommend them for whatever your car needs may be. As a woman going alone to an Auto Shop it has been extremely rare I have a positive experience. I have had many disturbing experiences that make me put off doing anything with my car. However, I had the most pleasant, easy and efficient experience I have ever had at CCM. I needed regular inspection, photo inspection, an oil change and a headlight. All got done super fast and the guys were very respectful and nice. This will likely become my regular place now. Thank you for giving me an experience that changed my view of going to the shop.

Been here countless of times Lee and the team always make time for me to come in if it is really urgent and get things done as quick as possible. We have done a full change of look and feel on my Audi S5 B9 tuned my whole car, put new HREs on them, a new exhaust system, and countless of other mods. Always easy to reach out to and really cares about your car, you can text him at anytime and he will respond and recommend you the most affordable things that look and sound amazing for your car. I can not say enough positive things about my experience with CCM in servicing my car. CCM truly values their customers and treats them like family. The whole entire business is extremely professionally run; Lee in particular is the most accessible, understanding, accommodating and trustworthy individual who is extremely friendly as well as an overall joy to work with. I can not articulate enough how much I have appreciated all of the time they have spent in addressing my car needs- whether it's an oil change or complete body repair. In every experience I have had with CCM, they have returned my car back to me in better condition than even upon first purchasing the vehicle out of the dealership. If you are looking for a mechanic who is reliable, efficient, and considerate of costs, do not look any further than CCM. I had a very positive experience with CCM Auto Repairs and it was a pleasure. They are very knowledgeable and highly skilled and repaired my car very quickly. Lee is very attentive in keeping you informed and Alex is very efficient and skillful. I had a coolant leak and they also replaced the valve cover seals for the oil oozing out from sides of valve cover as coolant leak made it hot. They fixed the issues in quick time and also did oil change at very reasonable cost. Alex even mentioned not to spend too much on old car to do any unnecessary repairs. They are very honest and fair pricing. I am glad to have discovered the place closeby for future needs and highly recommend the place. It's a very friendly auto garage and treat customers like family. My car is running smoothly after the repairs, I use car only for occasional light errands between stamford and portchester and not for daily commute so am happy at CCM they helped me repair my car efficiently at a reasonable cost and got it functioning again.A few months later I visited again not sure whether I needed to replace the transmission fluid, because some some time has elapsed since I last changed transmission fluid but also I dont drive car many miles, Alex stopped his lunch to take look and advised not to as he said it's very clean as you can see right through the oil. I really appreciate it for Alex to take look even though he was in middle of having lunch. They are very customer friendly and I highly recommend them for their services. They seem to have a very big garage with many good auto technicians - BB

I got my car inspected after moving here. I had a weird situation with the DMV messing up what plate number was on my registration and the guys at CCM answered my questions and were super nice!!They even put my new plates on for me and fixed my tire sensor light which constantly goes off despite my tires being fine! i didn t even ask them to do this, they just did it for me which was awesome. inspection was very fast and they gave some info on how new york registration and inspection works since i m from out of state.thanks for a great experience :)))

CCM was recommended to me a friend who told me they were the best in the area when it comes to BMWs . After my visit today, I don't doubt it. Alex got me in and out quick just like he told me he would. Went and got a cup of coffee, and when I came back they were already done. I spoke with Lee for a good 15 minutes just about BMWs and he made it very obvious that he doesn't just work on cars, but he is truly an enthusiast. Needless to say, this will be my go to shop,Service: Oil change

If you are looking for a honest mechanic who gets the work done for a fair price, come to this place. If you looking to get screwed over by a smiling service guy, go to your local dealership. Definitely will come back for more work done. Came in because my longtime Audi dealership told me that I needed engine mounts replaced. Guess what? They were perfectly fine. Thanks again!

It was the end of the month and my NYS inspection needed to be performed. I pulled up and asked the owner?(not sure, but a very friendly and professional gent) how long it would take. He apparently had a string of other cars with the same need(people, don't wait til the very last minute to do your inspection, it adds to everyone's stress, yours included. I'm in that rebuke as well); the difference is, I wasn't a drop and go. He said "give me 15 minutes and I'll get you taken care of". Less than 15 minutes later, I'm pulling in the car and now my inspection is current. Who doesn't like a happy ending? I' d definitely give this shop my business again based off of my treatment. Excellent customer service CCM Auto Repair. Thank you.

Have been a customer for 8 years now. The prices are great and staff are always friendly and honest. The new location is great too. You can walk over to the kneaded bread for a nice treat while you wait.

I absolutely love this place!!! By far the best mechanic and auto repair place I have ever been to, EVER. I am a young woman and I constantly feel talked down to and taken advantage of when getting my car fixed, BUT NOT HERE. I recommend this place to everyone. They care to know you by name and face. They never pressure you to get anything you don t need, or they don t make you feel bad when you cant afford to get extra things done and when you do get anything done, they talk you through the process clearly. Lee, Alex and all of the other mechanics there are still absolutely the best. Not only will they go the extra mile administratively, they also provide options (in permitting situations) if finances are tight. I wouldn't dare take my Jeep anywhere else. Lee and CCM auto is the most professional and caring team I ve ever worked with. I ve never had anyone pay so much attention to detail when it comes to taking care of my upgrades and maintenance. Everytime I have a request for them, it s taken care of in an extremely timely manner, and the job is always done with quality, it s very clear they ve never rushed any installation/repairs. I ve completely stopped using other shops simply because of how much I enjoy visiting CCM auto. The team is all extremely friendly, and more importantly it s clear that they truly care about every car they work on no matter the make or model, every car is treated with the most upmost respect. These guys are wonderful! We were up in Rye getting our marriage license when my car's caliper seized up completely at 4:30 PM on a Friday. They were able to get us in, repaired the issue with time to spare the next day when they could get parts, and were even so kind as to drive us to a nearby cafe so we could figure out transportation in a safe environment. Knowledgeable, reliable, and efficient. I have been with CCM for over 5 years. They have consistently proven to be a top of the line establishment. Just recently dropped my car off in the morning for a clutch and flywheel replacement, they were able to get it done the same day. Outstanding customer service and experienced staff. Highly recommended!
