Stay away these guys. Worst experiences I ever had. I checked to check my reefer fault code . I was loaded frozen. I told them i am coming back my broker call me i will deliver this load . I was there only 20 minutes . Still hooked my trailer they didn t touch anything. They told me i have to pay labour . You can t leave I say No . They threaten me to police . I ended up paying $55 for nothing just talking to them . Stay Away

Just had our reefer serviced here. It had been shutting off due to the temp being out of range on a frozen load set for -10. Ive had the reefer unit looked at several times for the same issue and no one could find the problem. These guys were able to not only find the problem but they were able to fix it for us. It did take a while, about 6 hours in all, but thats how things go when you want the job done right. The guys are super professional and friendly. Big shout out to TJ. On our way out of the parking lot both of the rusty bolts on our landing gear snapped and one leg of the gear dropped (thank god that didnt happen on the highway). TJ came out and replaced the bolts free of charge. He didnt have to do that but he did. Thanks again you guys for being awesome and going the extra mile for your customers. Also just a side note, they have a big unfenced lot with plenty of overnight parking and a bunch of stores within walking distance in case you show up after hours no worries.

It was after hours, my belt was in shreds so I give Carrier a call... kinda in a panic because the temp on my reefer is steady going up. The night guy comes out, looks at the trailer and reminds me it's a thermo king... duhHe then proceeded to call Thermo King and makes all the arrangements to get my belt fixed and printed out directions to their shop...Amazingly helpful, that doesn't happen to often in this industry.

Horrible service experience getting a air chute put on a BRAND NEW trailer.. Chute was installed incorrectly and when brought trailer back to be corrected took 2 weeks and still not fixed correctly.. No pride in work at all. Also I have pics to back up statements

I'm trying to get a printed receipt and work order for services ,but it's like I just gave away $367 I don't have a receipt or a work order to go and have the work done ,someplace else I call back and they hang up the phone. I checked the area for work supposedly done the screws and bolts don't seem to have been touched by any wrench at all! Try again on the night shift maybe I'll get some results I'll be watching

Terrible service for replacing alternator waiting 3 hours the guys didn't do anything just waiting time to go on and charging for nothing avoid this place
