HONEST, professional and prompt service every single time! I have been for inspections, oil changes, tires/rims, batteries, mechanical/electrical issues and whatever else I break on my vehicles. These guys are the BEST, Chet runs his business based on integrity and it shows!

These guys are the best in Rochester! If you are fortunate enough to have them look at and fix your troubled vehicle then you are lucky. If you want the best you need to take your car here - truly the best!! I ve had several cars fixed here and I can t trust anyone else with my family s vehicles. They always make time for you and they are experts. They are always courteous and kind. They explain every detail of what they are doing. There are no secrets with theses guys. They treat you like family and that is so rare these days. I don t care where you are located in Monroe county these are your people when it comes to fixing your cars. I can afford to go anywhere and I wouldn t go anywhere else. I went there to inspect my car. The gentleman named chat Hamann is super fast and super efficient and super confident as well on his actions.He just did the work within couple of minutes. The mechanics are honest and friendly. Always some laughs to be had in the waiting room while picking your vehicle up from service. Chet keeps things real and will not tell you to keep a car if it is in bad shape, he won't try to sell you a bunch of work that you don't need. Love these guys.

I keep coming to them for the same job (coolant leak) .. there was no correction .. vehicle still leaking coolant.. and they try to charge extra on something they didn't have right the first time .. I've been back 3 times .. good customer service but not so good mechanics. $1600 spent job not complete yet!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I've been taking my vehicles to Chet for over 10 years. Things are always fixed the first time, and his prices are extremely fair. He has even saved me some trips into his shop with minor fixes that I can handle on my own. I recommend him to everyone that asks for a great mechanic.

This shop does great work at affordable prices! They are the best shop in the city. They fix everything which is hard to fix a shop that does everything many shops don t get into engine diagnostic work they are a complete auto repair shop! The owner Chet and his staff are very honest and make you feel right at home!

The Carriage House gives you 5 star treatment the guys are professional and your vehicle will be repaired on the same day. Never had an issue with the Carrriage House.
