To be honest going to The Brake Clinic was my boyfriends choice while using my car for a couple months. I feel so confident in their assessment, the price and the work they performed! Very fair price compared to competitors. Tony drove it right when I came in and knew exactly what was wrong and gave me an estimate. The next day when he scheduled to inspect it, he got back to me and told me the same price as estimated. Was then done in about 1 1/2 hours. Brakes work great now and very happy with the service. Would recommend going to Tony with any brake issues.

I couldn t believe how fast the turn around was. I had a lot of trouble with the brakes on my car and needed it serviced quickly since I was planning on driving it for and up coming trip. Everyone here was great, I dropped it off on a Monday and got it back the next morning. Service was fast and friendly at a more than fair price. I will definitely be taking my car here again in the future. Thank you!Service: Brakes

I brought my car into the Brake Clinic based on google reviews. I was so happy with a.) they way I was treated and b.) the work that the guys did.Tony called and explained the condition of all of my brakes and gave me his recommendation. In addition, he asked if there was anything else I wanted him to look at. I asked for an oil change and new wipers. He didn't push, or use scare tactics.Would I use The Brake Clinic again? Quality service. Tony and Micah are knowledgeable and equally important, honest. I've been a customer for almost 30 years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. You won't be disappointed if you go to the Brake Clinic for any of your automotive needs.

I have been using them for well over 10 years and never had a bad experience. I bought the extended warranty when I bought my used mini van and I thought I had to take it back to the dealer for the work. But they let me know they could do it there as well as my oil changes. I have recommended them to family and friends.

Tony and Micah are awesome! Never a bad experience! Always quick and friendly service! They go above and beyond! Always fair and always helpful! If I could give 10 stars I would. Will definitely keep returning here as needed for everything!!!

Don't hesitate to take your vehicle here. Micah and Tony are hard working, honest guys. Micah took the time to fix my truck right and the price for his work was beyond fair. I can't say enough good things about the Brake Clinic

Tony is awesome! Being a woman who honestly doesn't know too much about cars, finding a trusty mechanic who will explain everything to me and not rip me off and tell me point blank how this situation is, is really a rare event! I am so thankful for all the help he offered me with deciding what to do with my car.

Here's the situation: It's finals week at RIT, and I'm stressed beyond belief. To add to that, the front caliper I just had replaced by the dealer seizes again (I have been having brake problems for two years now). I cant drive more than 2 miles before I can see the heat radiating off my rotor. To make it even better, I leave for a 9 hour trip in less than 3 days for an interview at my dream job. No other place in Rochester said they could fix my car with this short of notice. When I visited, they immediately started making calls for parts and were able to replace my front calipers, rotors, and brake pads (all of which needed replaced). On top of that, they kept in touch during the whole process, and less than two days later my cars' brakes were completely refurbished. The price tag was well below what I thought I would be paying, and the people who I spoke with were incredibly accommodating. I was able to make a safe drive and get my dream job because of the hard working individuals at the Brake Clinic.TL;DR 10/10 would recommend

Remember when getting your car repaired was done well, cost was reasonable and service was top notch? It hasn't disappeared, it's still there at the Brake Clinic. You won't be disappointed.
