Well overdue review for my car I bought in July but you know how it is. First time purchasing a car myself, but I ve been with family when they ve gotten theirs in the past. The absolute smoothest experience I ve ever had, the best service I ve ever seen from a car dealership. Kevin in particular was great, very transparent about the process, how long it would take, and trying to find a car that genuinely fits for me and not just pushing the shiniest, most expensive option. 10/10 would recommend.

Brought my RAV4 Hybrid in for the dreaded "cablegate" fix, and the part was a month out. Not only did they set me up with a loaner right away, but when we decided we wanted to do a trade-in, we were able to before the repair even started. Mark F had my license plates moved over to the new gas-job RAV4, my EZ Pass mounted, and my sunglasses in the holder of the new car before we arrived - and I got all the bells and whistles I've always wanted - all for a great deal. It's the little touches that make a big difference. I drove off with zero fear or frustration despite an unfortunate failure to our hybrid. I'd recommend Bob Johnson to anyone looking for a low pressure, honest, sales team.

Whether you are looking to lease or buy Bob Johnson is definitely the place to go. At the Toyota store Chris Armstrong made it all happen with the assistance of Jillian Parker. As a woman I was very apprehensive to go out looking at cars on my own. When I arrived Chris told me Jillian would be helping and I instantly felt some relief. She was amazing. Not only did I just feel more comfortable with a woman but she was very knowledgeable on the different models of cars and their features. At no point was she pushy. Once I decided on the car I wanted Chris did some magic and got me at the price I wanted for my monthly payment. Thank you

My car shopping and buying experience at Bob Johnson Toyota was nothing short of one word: amazing! I m not one to ever leave a review but Connor, Chris, George, and a Sarah took such exceptional care to make me feel at ease and truly enjoy doing business with them. These are down to earth folks who really care that you, the customer, walk away with the vehicle right for you. Jill Parker was one of the most diligent professional, patient, sales person I have worked with. Jill worked tirelessly to get the deal I really needed! Her manager was awesome as well. Sarah in finance was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Personal service, at my pace. My first Toyota, for the color and model that met my needs moving from a current lease into this one, went smoothly with my new car the same day! Highly recommend Jill and this dealer if looking for Toyota!

I mistakenly arrived for an oil change nearly an hour early and fully planned to be there for a long while. However, they smiled and managed to get me through in about half my expected wait time! Todd was cheerful and energetic! The high quality experience and excellent customer service continues to be the reason I will go out of my way to have maintenance done at Bob Johnson!

I received an email from Bob Johnson Toyota offering tire rotation for $19.99. I made the appointment and called the service department informing them that I received the email and tire rotation special. When I got there, I mentioned the deal. The service writer wanted proof, so I showed him a picture on my phone. He wanted more proof, so I showed him another picture. He still tried to charge me regular price. I would think they would be aware of the specials they are offering. I was satisfied with the work done, but not the battle over $2.

When I tell you EVERYONE is amazing, welcoming, and warming! I d like to personally acknowledge Mark, he was absolutely the best. Sat down with my finance and I for almost 8 hours help decide on the best car and best position for me. I was super anxious about buying a brand new car for the first time. Chris and Joe made my experience so great. They made me feel so much better about my decision. Their knowledge of the vehicles I was looking at and test driving was impeccable and Joe made sure that I didn t leave without answering any questions I had. I m very impressed! I was hesitant to continue to go to Bob Johnson when Dorschel sold. I took my car there today, without an appointment. They welcomed me in and said it wouldn t be a problem. When I came in, they looked over my history. They told me that I didn t really need an oil change and tire rotation. Of course, they were willing to do it but wanted to be sure I knew it wasn t necessary at this time. I chose to wait until May. They asked if it would be OK for them to wash my car since I made the trip. My plan was to go to Delta Sonic after the appointment. You can be sure I ll take it back to Bob Johnson s Toyota when my service is really due!!Kathy

I bought my Toyota RAV4 in 2020 and received a coupon in the mail for a free inspection. The staff was very courteous and efficient and most importantly, they were honest. The waiting room was very comfortable, and to my surprise they also washed my car!

Absolute best service out there all the sales people are welcoming and nice. My sales guy was Christopher Kenny I recommend asking for him really good guy and will do anything to make a deal work out in your favor. Very happy with my new truck and with Bob Johnson Toyota.

Christopher was very professional, helpful and informative. I told him what I wanted. He understood and he did what I wanted. He didn t waste my time which I appreciate. After going to Bob Johnson Toyota I went to another car dealer to see if I could get a better deal, the experience was not nearly as good as I had at Bob Johnson s.

Responding to a letter stating that my second key fob to my new Crown Toyota was ready, Todd Thomas took so good care of me. He was kind, friendly, professional, and entertaining! Loved working with him. Highly recommend this wonderful organization!

I'd like to thank Loren and the team in the collision dept for making the last 5 weeks easier after my recovered stolen car was now in his hands. Keeping me updated every fews days to what was being done. Making sure everything was being done while he waited for hard to get parts. I didn't want this car back after seeing what it looked like but he promised me it would look just like it did the day I drove it off the lot 3 yrs ago. I was not DISAPPOINTED! Thank you so much...

They did a great job. They did a car wash and detailed the car (inside and outside) in addition to oil change. The car looked like new when we picked it up. Very happy.

Everyone was very helpful at Bob Johnson, I was visiting from Buffalo and had a flat. I got there around 2pm, and they weren t sure if they could fix or replace because the team leaves at 4. They were able to fix the flat and I was out by 3:30. Thanks to Mike at the front desk who was very nice and helpful!I will recommend this place to Buffalonians. The waiting room is also very nice. Thanks to everyone!!

More worried about making a sale than taking care of the customer. Took it in for a specific probably but then talked more about all the other services that should be done on the car. Haven t been there in a while because of steep prices but wanted to get it in quick and will probably not go back even if desperate. Not even convenient, no offer for a loaner car or a shuttle to get to and from work.

We returned to Bob Johnson because of the great experience our son had at Bob Johnson in Avon. The experience we had at the Henrietta Toyota location was excellent right from the start. I was introduced to Jill P. I returned the following day and we picked up right where we left off and drove home in our new truck. Thrilled with every person we met. We are pleased.

They did an awesome job on my jeep, it looks brand new! They were very friendly, open and honest about getting parts. We went through a rough time trying to get them but they were always transparent and it wasn t their fault. There patience and attention to detail was awesome. I appreciate everything they did for my wrangler!

I worked with Todd Thomas, a service advisor for Toyota, through the process with a few issues my truck had. Todd was extremely helpful with details and advice. Ultimately my Tundra has a fresh start. Very satisfied with the actual mechanical service and price points and look forward to working with Bob Johnson Toyota in the future.

Such an amazing dealership! I just purchased my first car and they made it a great and wonderful experience. David was the best to work with and made it such a smooth process as well. They seem to have the most inventory across any dealership I came across, and I wouldn t have my dream car without them! 10/10 would recommend to everybody!

I had an appointment to see car on 3/30/24 to see a Toyota RAV4 hybrid. I was greeted by a gentlemen in the used car Toyota dealership. I don't remember his name. He was white older, bald and glasses. This men took my information. I told him what I was looking for and what my situation was. I test drove the car I was there to see. I really liked it. I must say, right away I noticed his attitude. I thought, sales person is supposed to be friendly and approachable. This was not the case. I had a bad vibe from him, like he did not care weather I bought the vehicle or not. It was not what I was expecting for sure. I explained I owned a Jeep and I still owed money on it. I did realized if I got another vehicle I was going pay more because I was going to pay the remainder of the Jeep. He told me with no hesitation that I was going to pay an amount and did not even bother to give me any other options. He had my Jeep appraised and just dismissed me right after. Anyways, I left because I didn't want to bother to talk other options after the way I was treated. I also would like to report that I did purchased a vehicle that same day that I absolutely love from Hoselton Toyota in Fairport. I have always gone because I'm never dissapointed. I just went to Bob Johnson because I saw a vehicle online that got my interested. Moral of the story....DO NOT BUY FROM BOB JOHSON!!!

The dealership had never facilitated a lease in our state before. They were diligent and thorough and all on a time line. People were pleasant accommodating, took their time explaining things. I felt like I was their only client for the time they were with me. Thanks, to Michele, Mike, Matt et al!
