I question the service I received this week or how this service came about. I had my inspection that I passed in early January 2024. Now all of a sudden my battery died I had to get replaced. That was fine. Then I was told I needed some belt replaced and I needed new brake pads. Why wasn't this discussed during my inspection? Did this all magically happen in the period of twenty days? I used to trust Bob Johnson. Not so much these days. Your service customer service line is also not good. A girl answers and dumps me into voice mail. I used to call and get someone who knew what was going on. This business has changed in the past year or so and it brings down my confidence in your brand.

We had car trouble on the way into town. Greg, the EV specialist was amazing and saw us right away. He was able to diagnose the issue and give us a temporary solution in order to get back to our hometown to where our local dealer could complete the full repair. He really eased our minds, and made sure we were equipped with extra equipment and instructions for our drive home.

I was at Pit stop Bob Johnson on Rt 104. It was bad from the start. When for my free oil change I bought my truck at Bob Johnson. First they were yelling at me pulling my truck in. Then the manager said I have to go to the waiting room because they don't have a tech part needed to do warranty work on my truck. So after they do my oil change someone would have to drive my truck across the street to have it done. I was happy had oil changed two other times never left to go across the street. I tried to talk to the manager about this problemShe acted like she didn't care what I said. I called my Sale Person Chris Codd. He handled the problem Great. He talked to the manager and found out the problem that I didn't understand because I was explained the problem correctly. After all this I go to my truck and a mechanic is in my truck with his oily clothes and gloves on he going to drive my truck across the street. I told him get out of my truck you are all over oil and you are in my new truck. Wow. Then I was told if I don't want them to drive my truck I can drive it over. Great I did they were done in about 3 minutes. Thanks again to Chis Codd for Your Help.

Communication starting off was bad! I'm just being honest. My rating went from 1 star to 5 as they made it right by providing good service and decent pricing. I ended up paying less, which was awesome, and I had an issue after picking up my vehicle. I drove it right back to them, and they seem to have fixed the problem. It was strange, but I have been driving ok ever since. I am satisfied with the service that was provided even though we got off to a rocky start.

7-1/2 HOUR OIL CHANGE IS UNACCEPTABLE!! It wouldn't let me leave NO STARS!! I drive an hour to get my 2021 Ford BS serviced at Bob Johnson's in Pulaski. That is who I purchased my new vehicle from. I drive that far for that reason and have had somewhat good service UNTIL TODAY! I sat there almost 8 hours for an oil change. I was told to bring it in at 8:00 and they would fit me in between 8:00&10:00, I can deal with that. 7-1/2 HOURS IS UNACCEPTABLE BOB JOHNSON!!!!! NO EXCUSES!!!!!! IT IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I will visit my local Ford dealer 10 miles down the road. You lost what could have been a repeat customer for sure...I know you are too big to care.....but you should really pay attention to services after purchases.....IT'S AN IMPORTANT COMPONENT OF THE PURCHASE PROCESS!Service: Oil change

On 3/01/2023 at 1615 hrs , I called the service department and a young lady picked up , as I was explaining to her , I have already called 3 times about my transmission slipping and wanted to schedule appointment to install chip for my heated seats for my lease. Without any responds I was placed on hold and transferred to a voicemail. I'm on my 4 lease through Bob Johnson sadly to say I will be taking my business somewhere else.

I made an appointment on the website for an inspection and oil change. I did this 1 week prior. I tried on 4 separate occasions to call the service center to confirm, no one ever picked up the phone on any of these calls. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. I went inside the service center when a man asked if I had an appointment? I stated Yes for 8:45am, his response was for what? I said I had gone online and had an appointment for inspection and oil change. He said your in the wrong spot you have to be at our spot across the street. I was a little confused because I knew the place he was speaking of was their quick lube, that is not by appointment. I should have trusted my gut but instead did as I was told. I went across and when I pulled into the bay, the poor guy told me not sure why you were sent over here. He said we don t do appointments and we are not doing inspections at this time. I explained my frustration and the men in the quick lube were very kind and clearly just as frustrated as I was. They even tried multiple times while I was there to reach someone in the service station but no one would answer the phone. Considering that my vehicle is a lease from Bob Johnson I trusted they would help with the maintenance of my vehicle. Looks like I will be using another mechanic from this point on. The first point of contact person I came in contact with should of listened to what I was saying instead of rushing me across the street.

This was my first time there, I went around 8:30am and only had 2 cars in line ahead of me. The techs were faster than I thought they would be, so I had a decent experience. ( I can definitely see how people can become frustrated waiting in line though). The techs were all kind but there was a lack of communication throughout the process and I was never speaking to the same person, always someone new. Since it was my first time there I didn t know if I was supposed to stay in my car or go inside, no one told me what what was going on or what was going to happen. It seemed very chaotic in there, I heard one tech yell to another not to replace something on my car because it was my first time there and it was just like they had 6 people doing one tiny thing on my vehicle instead of having 2 people stay with me from start to finish. The techs kept asking me if someone did this or that so i guarantee mistakes are made daily. If they minimize the amount of people working on a single vehicle and they communicated with each other and me better it would be a way better place to go to.Service: Oil change

I used the Bob Johnson quick lube service center twice in recent weeks and in both cases it was a frustrating experience. The first time, I waited in my car in line for 35 minutes for an opportunity to drive my car into the shop were I still ended up waiting for over an hour in the waiting room for just a state inspection. Keep in mind that they were busy, but at anytime 70% of the technicians were hanging out together joking around with each other for extended periods of time. It was obvious that the delay was not caused the workload, but by the goofing off that was obviously OK with their supervision as it seemed like business as usual.On my second visit, it was not busy as there were only two cutomers in the shop and lots of technicians. Unfortunately, my experience was identical as it took an hour and ten minutes for a state inspection while techs share stories about how they forgot to tighten lug nuts on cars and the customers wheels fell of as their cars drove away. And, yes, they really shared those stories in front of waiting customs.Is this the brand that Bob Johnson Chevrolet wants? If they don't dramatically improve their service it will become what Rochester believes. I have spoken and published articles all over north America and Europe on the subject of effective service organizations and Bob Johnson Service is on my list of "Service Don't"!

Head person was great! Negative .... Print out for car was wrong that was left on dash it was for a different vehicle. Sticker for oil was not changed or removed, was told they were out after asking. Oil % meter was not reset. kept thinking was the work really done? Was charged more to use this site for oil change then other Bob Johnson site that I had gone to before.That i felt 100% better about.

Sent my wife in for the first oil change on her new Silverado. They treated her well and even gave it a wash. She was very happy! I Started noticing oil spots in the driveway the following week. I checked under all cars and found hers had the filter wet and oil spots sprayed back as far as the rear axle. I was able to reach the filter and turn it with my fingertips. I jacked it up crawled under and got more than 1 full turn, by hand: No wrenches. Needless to say, the trust is lost here. We didn t buy the truck here, and now cant trust the most basic service either. Its a real chore to find something they don t own in the area. There are a few holdouts we will patronize for service in the future.Service: Oil change

I got there right when they opened and asked one of the guys if they had a fuel filter for my truck. 22 minutes later they had me pull in and I was told they don't do fuel filters there, only at the dealership. Definitely won't be back, probably won't go back to Bob Johnson either.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Dropped in to the Bob Johnson s oil change facility. I was brought in in a timely manner and the work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. The only problem I had was I had a coupon and for some reason they charge me more than the coupon price and they told me that was just the way it was. My advice to people when using Bob Johnson service is if you have a coupon beware of bait and switch because they will not honor the printed coupon as stated.Service: Oil change

I just brought my car in 7 days ago and paid 1600 to have it fixed. They kept it 2 days and took my enginenapart. Now the engine light is back on and now they are trying to tell me something else is wrong with it and trying to charge me 2000. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau. I would like to give a shout out to the service advisor Mitch H as he did an excellent job explaining what was wrong with my car, hooking me up with a rental and keeping me updated while repairs were getting done. He also was professional, friendly and kind. I took my car there because the traction maintenance light came on they fix that but they gave me the car back with loose Wheels and low air pressure in one of my tires I know it's an older car 2008 but they could have did a better job

One problem I got is that is was 12 pm and they send all employees out for lunch at the same time is not a good idea see I went there at that time because is my break from work and is the only time I had that day I'm a manager in my job and I have my group divided for break and lunch that way we don't miss out on customers Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. (Arrived 10 minutes after opening of day) Returned vehicle to me with interior flooring muddy and door muddy.

Very hit or miss, sometimes the service is great, other times they will be very misleading about working on your vehicle when in fact it's still sitting in their lot hours later after they've told you it's being working on at the time and they haven't even pulled it in to look at it, unfortunately this has happened to me more than once, even when they knew I was waiting for the vehicle.
