The sales guy here that I work with is the most helpful salesman I ve worked with. He is very honest, listened to my feedback, was prompt to call me when a car came in that was pretty much exactly what I wanted. Only downside to this dealership is that their prices are high and there is little room for negotiation. They are the only BMW dealership around and they know that so unless you are willing to travel or ship a car then they have the edge on that, especially since shipping a car or driving far for one might end up being timely and expensive so that it is likely just worth paying the extra.

I'm really impressed with Bob for placing the order for my build so quickly. I thank Cameron for helping to set up my BMW. I'm truly amazed at this vehicle. It's everything I expected. Thanks to everyone who I may have forgotten. This is a keeper for me!!

Andrew was very pleasant to deal with! He was knowledgeable and always kept me informed as to what was going on throughout the buying/shipping process. With some help, we were able to find the vehicle I wanted in another state, and it only took a few days for the vehicle to arrive here. It was clean, had a full tank of gas, and Cameron helped me set up my phone and gave me a rundown of the technology while Andrew was assisting another customer, upon my arrival for pickup. I would recommend BMW Rochester and Andrew to family and friends!

Top level experience. Went much better than I had expected. I expected it to be good, but they significantly exceeded those expectations.Mitch and the entire team at BMW Rochester are an excellent choice for a car purchase. The service team went above and beyond to make my purchase of a used BMW. Unbelievable. The sales manager was easy to deal with. Everyone was phenomenal. They ve definitely made me a repeat customer. No question.

All the staff at West Herr BMW in Henrietta NY were quick getting back to me and making the deal happen even though someone else from Buffalo was interested in the same car. Todd was a super salesperson. He was efficient, polite, and professional. He worked hard to find out the reason the car was not certified and tried to explain to me as well as could, as to the reason. He stated he could not negotiate on the price of the car at all as the shop was putting on brand new brakes and wheels. What a bonus!! His co-worker even took additional pictures out in the rainfor me. Joe offered me the aftermarket packages and knew his product very well. He also allowed me to negotiate with him on the price. He was friendly and accommodating.Finally Sam had me drive the car and went through all the paper work when I decided to purchase it. He was friendly and sweet and genuine. He offered to answer any questions at all about the car and gave me his card.Just a wonderful experience all the way around. I love my X3 m40i!!!

10/10 highly recommend. From the minute you walk in the door - everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Dave Wells was wonderful to work with! He was professional and honest which made the process that much more comfortable. After exploring my options, a custom build was the way to go. They estimated a 6 week production period and my vehicle was delivered in 3 weeks. I couldn t be more impressed and in love with my new ride!

I had an exceptional experience getting my vehicle serviced. The team I worked with went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle back in a timely manner. My vehicle service was phenomenal!!! 10/10 experience! Nick went above and beyond to help, people like him are very important as well as an excellent asset to any business! Had my car serviced today for an oil change and tire rotation. Brianna was extremely friendly and helpful, took time to explain an issue with my coverage that arose. I waited for my car which was taken care of promptly while I got some work done in the nice customer lounge.

Services here were and are amazing. I've bought my wife's X3 from here so naturally I bring it here for services and it's been great every time. I also brought my M340i here because of how well the team conducts services expediently and efficiently. I was in and out in no time. Only down side is its quite the drive for me from Ft Drum but I'd rather go there than wait months to be seen at a closer location. Would definitely recommend for your BMW services needs.

The car I bought 4 months ago went up in flames last night while I was driving. Thank god my son was not with me. I m scared to even think about purchasing another BMW.My buying process from start to finish was amazing. Brian B is phenomenal at what he does. Very professional and you can tell he loves what he does!! Car shopping is always stressful for me and for the first time it was fun. I purchased the X5 and I am in love.

Update Because I just Bought Another Vehicle: I have gotten 4 vehicles from BMW of Rochester now, the latest a few days ago, and my experience with the dealership and service center has never been anything but excellent. From test driving, to sale, to maintenance, every staff member involved is professional, friendly, and helpful. The sales staff is skilled at matching customers to vehicles and tracking down vehicles meeting customer requirements if they do not immediately have the perfect vehicle in inventory. They do a great job with teaching customers to use the features of their new vehicle and are "on-call" if a customer needs help after they've taken a vehicle home. I was astonished at how responsive they are when called upon. It's easy to book service appointments (with or without a loner vehicle) and I'm very satisfied with the level and quality of service I get from this dealership. I highly recommend BMW of Rochester and will continue to work with them when I am ready to buy more vehicles in the future.

The service department at BMW of Rochester rocks. They helped me out repairing a sensor that was damaged by a third party. Fast, professional and worth every single cent. Derek Hayner provided a stellar customer experience. I felt truly "cared about" rather than "sold to". He made the experience seamlessly easy and found my perfect car (White BMW X3 Premium Package with Cognac interior - WOW factor!). His aftercare tutorial and deliver to my home made this the most exceptional experience of car buying history - and did I mention my career history as a former customer experience consultant? My standards are very high - Derick, the West Herr Dealership team and Sales Manager Dave Wells exceeded them.

This is the second bad experience I ve had at BMW. They made the first issue right regarding my steering wheel. Then I went to go get work done that they recommended. There was no communication on my vehicle until I called, of course they haven t looked at it yet and pushed it to next day. I had to call at the end of the day to know that. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and proceeded to wait. I got my car and everything was fine. 3 weeks later I go to put windshield wiper fluid in and notice my engine cover is gone. They never put it back on so now it s just wires exposed and looks terrible. I call a week ago and leave a message, no response, no care. The last time I needed something resolved, I had to leave a review for a response. I will try again. I am not sure why I am not treated with care or my vehicle.

Recently purchased a new to me vehicle Monday and it was a pleasant experience. Such a smooth easy transaction with Todd, Mitch and Cam, and they make you feel like family.Had a small little issue after purchase and original service person I spoke to was unpleasant and I could tell he felt bothered to help me. Spoke to Phil and Phil got me in an hour later and got me all set with a repair. Thanks again!

Yesterday, I took delivery of my third BMW from The Team at BMW of Rochester!This entire TEAM is OUTSTANDING I travel about a hour to this dealership specifically to work with with this team as the INCREDIBLE customer service is worth the trip! I prefer to buy BMW certified preowned, so I m certainly not buying the most expensive cars sold, nonetheless I am treated like a highly valued customer and really appreciate the entire team. Having now purchased three times, and have all my vehicles serviced at the dealership I have to praise the service team who is most knowledgeable, fair, takes extra time to quote and offer solutions not just a high priced bill!You will not be disappointed when choosing BMW of Rochester! Great sales associate and general manager. I did have a battery problem because the vehicle sat on showroom without running causing a cell to go bad . They got me right in and replaced the battery and even washed my new ride!

I worked with Jeff Palm in service today for my routine maintenance visit. Everything went perfectly; he had a loaner vehicle waiting for me when I arrived and kept me informed throughout the process.
