Customer service is exceptional. I ve been to several bmw dealers and got a great customer service but this dealer tops them all. I dealt with Jill from the service center and she was amazing. Everyone at the service center was so helpful and they welcomed me like they knew me for many years. I felt like a VIP from start to finish. Great people work at this dealership.Thank you so much BMW team.

Been there once to replace the tire, it was fine. 2 months after I came to get an estimate for repair, spent 40 min there and got an estimate emailed to me a few hours after with someone else's car instead of mine. Replied back and never heard back from my advisor. Absolutely zero care given here. That service location is damaging BMW's reputation, what a waste of my time. This is definitely not VIP service and I have no idea how this location has so many good reviews. I would rather drive more miles to get good service rather than see an attitude like that.

The service fee is fairly. But the Deluxe Car Wash is not so good .They only do 60% job for the cleaning recently. I went there yesterday for the brake pads and rotors replacement, they didn t clean the rim properly after replacement. Also the interior cleaning is too bad. I really feel sad with their service that they called COMPLIMENTARY DELUXE CAR WASH and VACUUM !!! (See the pictures) When I started to go to this dealer, they did a good job. But the quality is descending. I hope they can pickup their quality service next time!Update:Again, the manger didn t contact me even he/her left a message below. No good!!!!

I had a check engine light and they were able to squeeze me in and perform same day service to diagnose and remedy the problem. They were gracious in honoring a service offer I had received in my email even though the we found out the fine print indicated it may not apply to my vehicle. The video inspection they shared about my vehicle was fantastic in letting me know how much brake and tire wear I had remaining. I fully trust this dealership and will absolutely return for future service.

Entire staff is always on point with scheduling services, Pat Riccardelli in the service department always breaks down the services needed and doesn't push to sell unnecessary services like other service departments would, while making sure my car is consistently in top form when I pick it up. This location is great! I usually work with Pat but Tyesha recently took care of me and customer service was on point. My tire was replaced and they were quick and precise with service. There is also a long term employee at the parts service counter (forgive me for forgetting name) that is such a sweet guy, charming and always makes me smile with his quick wit at the window. I will always pick this location for service, thank you to all and keep up the good work.

I was out of town visiting a friend in NY State. I noticed a slow tire leak on my X7. I needed to replace my slow leaking Pirelli P Zero rear passenger side tire. Called and Received an appointment quickly. Furthermore, I received a great service. Thank you Greenwich Mamaroneck Service.

Worst ever experience I had ever experience from a vehicle service center. Worst facility to bring in you BMW in for service for. I brought my car in and was the first appt in with a loaner. I was treated absolutely horribly by the employee who gives out loaners (Amanda) and the loaner manager (Art). Everyone else scheduled with a loaner who came after me left before me with their loaner. Then at pick up I was once again disappointed in BMW Portchester Service for when I was picking up my vehicle the vehicle was given to me full of snow. Pictures provided. Never again am I ever going back. After so many years being a customer of this location I will never ever go back. Horrible worst place to service your car.

My Service coordinator was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure that everything was done to my complete satisfaction. The waiting area is large, comfortable, and super clean. When I drove in I was greeted by several people who made me feel like I was a valued customer. The whole process from the time I drove in until the time I drove out was very professional and stress-free. I am a car guy and I can honestly say that BMW exceeded my expectations.

While driving on the highway, my car's serpentine belt broke, prompting me to arrange a tow to the BMW Service Center. Initially, Robert P quoted a repair cost of approximately $500, but later disclosed it would exceed $5000. Despite assurances of a discount, timely repair, and promised callbacks, communication was virtually non-existent, with my attempts to reach out unanswered for several days. My advisor (Robert P) confirmed all parts were in stock and the repair would take 2 days, but this extended into the following week with zero communication from his side, despite my voicemails and requests for updates. When I finally spoke to him the following week, after calling in again, he showed no remorse and promised a callback with final pricing, giving the impression he was uncertain about the work being done on the car and was charging me without clarity. By evening, I decided to visit in person as he hadn't called. Upon arrival, I faced another extensive wait, being told Robert would return in 5 minutes, which stretched into 45 minutes. Ultimately, he showed up without any apology and informed me that the final bill remained unchanged. This poor service and lack of transparency extended to the breakdown costs, with recommendations for unnecessary purchases like a new battery, despite my current one being only a year old and functioning well. It really makes me question the bill as I feel taken advantage of with extra charges my vehicle probably didn't even need. This entire ordeal calls into question their tactics and entirely diminishes my trust in BMW service centers.

The leasing experience was transparent and easy. Brandon and team were great. 3 years later, I bought the lease out - it took three short phone calls and one 25 minute visit. The service department is pretty great too.

I had an issue with my wheel today, ended up being a rock stuck in my rotor. I had 5 star service from start to finish. Incredible communication the entire time. Robert and his team were truly amazing. Best service I ve ever had at a car dealership. Wouldn t think of bringing my car anywhere else.

I recently had my black BMW 335i coupe serviced at the BMW service center where Arturo works, and my experience was remarkably positive. My situation was a bit complicated due to the involvement of a third-party warranty, but Arturo handled it with exceptional professionalism and dedication.Despite several hiccups and a lack of communication from the warranty company, Arturo didn t give up. He persistently contacted the insurance company numerous times to resolve the issues. This level of commitment is rare, and it truly made a difference in my experience.Initially, Arturo and I had a bit of a misunderstanding, but I was impressed by how professionally he managed the situation. He maintained his composure and focus on resolving the issue at hand, which speaks volumes about his character and dedication to customer service.The quality of the repair work was top-notch. However, I noticed a slight oil smell in the car post-repair. Arturo s response to this was exemplary he invited me to bring the car back, free of charge, for an additional inspection. He went above and beyond to remove the residual oil, effectively eliminating the odor.In conclusion, Arturo is not just highly skilled and professional, but also incredibly patient and customer-oriented. Always the best! Exceptional Service. Doug, Andre, Audrey, they have been looking out for me for years and always make me feel welcome. I know my car is in good hands when it s time for maintenance service or repairs. I wouldn t service my car anywhere else! this was not our regular service garage but we were stuck in the area and roadside assistant couldn t help we called the dealer they had the tire. They replaced it and got us back on the road within two hours. We were eternally grateful.

The whole setup is good and well managed. I also have a Mercedes and BMW s service facility is much much nicer. I had brought my car in 6 months ago due to a service warning indicator. The service manager told me I didn t need service yet so sent me home after resetting the indicator. I appreciate the honesty. This time around they did what was needed and that s it. No monkey business!

Very professional and prompt. Anthony was really helpful and provided an accurate estimate on how long the service will take. I love the feature where they send you a text on the vehicle inspection status, and Craig was very kind on sharing the inspection result through the video in the text.
