Great work on my wife s 10 year old vehicle. Efficient diagnosis of the issues, professional communication about the cost, and fair pricing for parts and labor. Small but very busy shop. I will use them again.

Finding an honest mechanic is difficult. I used to be a machine shop supervisor for 10 years also a mechanic. While I used to work on all my cars I just don t have time anymore. Lee and his team of mechanics and staff are so welcoming and so honest. They are very hard workers. I Have never had a problem with and BB Auto and neither will you, I promise.

B&B Automotive is a great place to go. They're reliable. They do great work. They won't try to cheat you or overcharge you, and they always stand behind their work. Lee is wonderful and hires great mechanics that know what they're doing. I highly recommend them.

Local legend Lee Buckman of B&B just couldn't stay retired after he closed his successful Oldsmobile dealership, B&B Olds: another Rochester institution.Good service on your car. Lee will NOT BS you or upsell or scam or any weird mechanic shenanigans. He doesn't have time for that nonsense. Too many cars to fix. (And don't let the greasy hands fool you. He doesn't NEED to do this. He likes it.)Local business. Good proprietor. Honest man. Worth your business.Side note. My father worked for Lee in the 1980s. He got sick. Lee paid our family my Dad's paycheck the entire time he was sick, when he was not under any obligation to do so.

I have used them for three years with 2 cars. Normally 25% cheaper than dealer. Hit a snowbank and knocked front bumper off and 8" crack. Replace & paint bumper was $750 estimate but Lee suggested he could reclip bumper and patch, buff and paint crack for under $200. Looks great appreciated suggestion.

Terrific service from technicians who care. Good neighborhood garage for all car needs.Their gas prices may be a little more than your Delta Sonic or other big name stations, but the gas quality is notably different.Free air!!Always willing to help when you are stuck in a pinch.

Purchased my current car here and have been several times over the last five years. Went for an inspection recently and was told I would need to pay $700 to replace all 4 brakes and rotors. Didn't quite trust them on that. Took the car go my usual garage (S&D) and was told my brakes were still at 50% and the rotors were somewhat rusted but easilh passed inspection. In all fairness I don't believe Lee was there that day but after this I will not be returningreturninaanytime soon ctk

Lee from B&B Automotive looked over my vehicle for a potential buyer (their choice of mechanics). He came back 30 minutes later to say that there was a power steering leak and I needed the whole rack replaced. He even took me to the car to show me the residue on the rack. He then quoted $900+ for the repair.I then took my vehicle to my trusted mechanic for a second opinion to find out that I had no leak at all. The residue that Lee had shown me was oil that had dripped from my filter during an oil change. There was absolutely nothing leaking from my vehicle. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend going to this repair shop unless you would like to be taken advantage of.

Been using B and B for 12 years now, on the advice of another of their long time customers. Always spot on in terms of diagnosing a problem and standing behind their work. I won't let anyone else touch my cars except these guys.

Mr. LEE and his staff has great customer service support. Mr Lee has worked on my vehicles and family vehicles for a couple of years now and I am always satisfied with his work!!!!

Thay ware friendly people nice place but thay couldn't get my lift gate fixed thay told me to go to the nissan dealers or a coalition shop to fix that lift gate
