I just went in to get new wipers for my 2017 Jeep Renegade and had the pleasure of being waited on by a young gentleman named Ben V. He knew I didn t want to spend top dollar on the wipers and knew the clip on this model could be tricky. The first wiper he grabbed was on the money first try and in my price range from the time I walked in talked with him paid and he even put them on for me was maybe 8 mins and it was the best 8 mins of customer service I have dealt with in a long time! Kudos to Ben

I was blown away by the patient, friendly service I received at The AutoZone in Penfield NY!They helped me select and then actually replaced head light bulbs that required a skilled hand, which I leavened the hard way I don t have. They went above and beyond my expectations and helped me laugh at my own ineptitude. I ended up smiling, where I would have been frustrated.Thank you AutoZone for fostering kindness from your team. We customers need it!

Great visit. Got a battery recommendation and the sales guy installed it for free right after I bought. Pleasant and efficient. So happy that my car is back running again! Definitely would recommend!

I called my uncle to help me fix my brake light whos a mechanic because I was having trouble doing the bulb switch myself I ve never changed one in my Nissan before but in older cars I have I was doing this in the auto zone parking lot and went inside to see if they could help me Jack was the first to step up and was so helpful he gave me confidence and tips for future reference about fixing my own car he helped me release the plastic knobs on the taillight and helped me switch out my bulb in literally 5 mins thanks for having him on the team that was the best service I ve ever received at an auto zone

Service was prompt, and they were willing to install a new car battery into my vehicle, in 20 degrees with snow. Highly recommended.

I was in line for about 5 seconds - the cashier was assisting another customer. George saw me from across the store and came over to help me so I didn't have to wait at all. On top of that he was knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Amazing customer service. Thank you George.

They told me I had to go to a GMC dealer to get my wiper blade because you have to replace then entire wiper assembly... no you definitely don't

I went there Monday and the lights were off.. door locked. Huge girl standing behind the counter looking at me.. it's 8:15. What time do you plan on letting people buy parts? This store is a mess and the employees don't care

Such a great service guy today here!! Very patient and super helpful!! I had my youngest son with me after four hours of errands and he was very understanding and helpful to get the parts I needed, figure out the ones I wasn't sure if and even install my wipers for me!! Would recommend this place and revisit as well!! Thnx Mr I didn't catch your name

It is January 14 at 930 2022. The staff working right now should be commended by the higher ups on their customer service. They went above and beyond for me this am and I really appreciate it. I hope. A branch manager sees this review.

Terrible customer service, waited for 10 minutes , I was never acknowledged, never greeted. Then the sales associate, mumbled & got upset when I asked him to repeat himself. He raised his voice and was belittling to me I asked him is that how you treat customers he said leave the store, I said what? he said leave my store, I gladly did went across the street to auto parts store and was greeted immediately upon entering I will no longer ever patronize AutoZone again. They do not value the customer experience. Sales associates need to learn courtesy. Terrible

Was having battery problems and came in to get a new one. The staff here was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. With the severe weather this morning they were all very busy but took the time to change out my battery and get me on the way before today's storm.

I have made purchases at this particular AutoZone on several different occasions spanning several months, usually being served by different people than I had ever seen before, but on every occasion I have left the interaction very impressed with the customer service I received. Sometimes they help you figure out what's wrong, sometimes they help you figure out the best solution ... but they're always helpful. I think someone in charge really cares about customer service because it doesn't seem random that all of the employees seem to focus on it.

If I could give this store no stars I would. The store clerks are rude and show no interest in helping. This especially true if you encounter the older gentleman. He was not only rude but ultimately gave me the wrong part.

Vanessa D was so helpful today with exchanging our battery in the car. we felt so bad! as soon as she brought out the battery it started to pour!! She diligently worked to put the new battery in while she got soaked. Thank you for your amazing customer service!

I arrive to do a return and in English I explain that I'm returning a tool. The older man working the counter is training a new guy and asks if I have a receipt. To which I explain that I can get it from my phone. (Mind you I'm still speaking in clear perfect English) Doesn't this guy go "Un recibo por favor".. like yeah I speak english. His reply oh well I speak Spanish.. k.. well just because I am of Latino origin doesn't mean you have to give me the Spanish translation. Racist. Not even the first time I've dealt with issues here.

AutoZone has been one of my preferred parts stops so nice I started working on vehicles. They usually have what I need in stock and are happy to check compatibility and fit. They've always been very helpful and tried to provide good advice. Pricing is average for aftermarket parts and selection here is decent. They also have a loan-a-tool program and will help you pull problem codes if you don't have a code reader. Recommended stop if you need parts and assistance picking them.

Let me start my saying I ve never had a bad experience at this Autozone. They ve always taken care of me especially this last time I went!! The gentleman named Ariel was nothing short of professional! I had an issue at a dealership and they were quoting me a ridiculous amount of money for a head light installation. I walked right into auto zone and told them my issue and Ariel didn t even hesitate to take a look! He installed both of my headlights for me under 10 min. I can t thank him enough for what he did! A great person and professional. I will never go to another autozone!!!

They are always very helpful at this location. I showed up one Sunday five minutes before closing with a bad battery. They tested the old one and put the new one in. I completely expected take the new battery home and replace it myself. They were very gracious.

Had a Best in Class experience with a battery change out. Izzy diagnosed, recommended battery, prepared me for other design concerns re Nissan computer, pulled the dead battery, cleaned area, installed without issue.I've had similar successful experiences at the Panorama shop before. Thx Izzy

My daughter & I went in to exchange a couple of side marker light bulbs for a parking/brake light bulb. We inadvertently were given the wrong bulb by the store cashier/clerk. They took care of the exchange & found us the correct bulb that we needed. I would recommend them to anyone in need of car parts etc. Great job Autozone!
