I would like to say that Mr Patrick the Parts Manager took great care of me. I called on the phone prior to coming to store so when I got there, I introduced myself and he immediately took care of me. From time of getting to store and Mr Patrick taking out his time to help me and fix headlight for me was all of 20 minutes tops. Kudos to Mr Patrick on East Ridge Rd.

Average place with average help. The employees are friendly, but will leave you waiting for extended periods of time without even saying something like "I'll be with you in a moment" so you know they'll be with you when they can.

Awesome service! Needed a new car battery, and they helped me figure out what was the right fit for my car. They were super helpful through the whole process! I'm very thankful for the staff at AutoZone.

I was blind and couldn't find the thing right in front of me. The guy helped me right my ways. This store felt a bit better staffed and stocked then some of the other locations I've been to. I have no complaints

Visited this location after spending a couple hundred dollars at a dealership in Webster who could not successfully diagnose my vehicle, within a few minutes,I had the answers I needed! Patrick did a great job all around; installing the equipment and provided excellent service.They do look to be short staffed,I waited in line a few minutes &the phone was ringing non-stop; so be prepared to wait,otherwise I would definitely recommend!

Patrick H is the best. Helped me get the right parts for my car. Pushed me in the right direction. Even gave me some tips on how to do the repair. Knowledgeable with all vehicles.

My buddy and I needed a caliper for his grand cherokee. We buy enough parts where he had earned a 20 dollar credit off the next purchase. It was a nice bonus. After the "clerk" looked up the part, went over the core charge, took his info foe warranty details she took the 20 dollars credit off. Then she asked how he was paying and he replied cash.Come to find out most of there computers (and registers) are setup for credit or debit cards while there is a single one for cash. The problem was the computer deducted his 20 dollar credit and it was gone. After sending the transaction to the cash register it was lost in computer land. One employee (Justin) tried calling the 00 number for the rewards program but it was a weekend and we were out of luck. To be honest we were ticked. The employee messed up and we were out 20 bucks. Justin was able to fix it where the 20 dollars would be refunded (in a couple days) to his account and then took 20 dollars off of the caliper.Justin went out of his way and corrected the problem. Due to his actions both of us will continue to go here (even when there not the cheapest)

Expensive (almost 4x) compared to online deals, but they had what I needed when I needed it. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I really wanted to thank the wonderful crew at store #4729. They were so helpful and considerate to me. I personally would like to thank Johnnie, Crystal, Kevin and Ricardo for being so nice and accommodating to me. I won't to say that I am recommending this store and their employees for such professionalism.

I originally went to Pep Boys this morning. They were remodeling. It was the best thing to happen to me. I went to AutoZone and was greeted by Damon. He saw me looking cluelessly at the oil filters. I showed him the picture of mine and he got me the right one. I told him I wasn't sure about the oil I needed as my manual listed 2 different types and I wasn't sure which engine I had. He went out with me to my car to look under the hood and find the right kind. He went back in with me to find the right oil. Since I haven't changed my own oil in forever I needed the oil pan and a funnel. He found me a better deal than what I had picked. It will cost me half what it would have if I had went somewhere and had it changed. Damon took time to help me and was super nice. This is the only place I will go from now on. Thank you Pep Boys for remodeling and sending me to an awesome store. Thank you Damon for the outstanding customer service you provided. You Rock!!!!

Well, this is my go to, because it's the closest to my house. They occasionally disappointed me with the non-availability of the parts, given the thousands of times I visited it. The manager here is one of the best humans I've met so far. She's got tons of patience. I wish there was a way for us to download it through WiFi.Anyways, great store. You should try it.

They knew the size of the windshield wipers. That may not seem important, but it saved time and aggrevation! Putting them on the car was a great service! Thanks!

I went there to purchase a left side view mirror. The guy ordered the Wrong side mirror which was right side. They were so nonchalant and careless about the situation. They told me the right part will be delivered in 2 days. 2 days later I called around 7pm , I was told the part will be there the next day . I called the next day, no package. Now I've been told the package will be in on Monday . Which is 2 days from now. I'm sorry but you guys need better employees. I wish I would have went to a different location.

Went here to get the codes read for my truck after getting terrible service at Advance down the road.Staff was attentive and helpful despite being busy. I was greeted immediately and Ricardo was more than happy to help me. He was very friendly and i received great customer service!Thank you guys!

Manager named Ariel is horrible with customer service. He would rather argue with me than to simply refund a $30 item. I have now been here for 23 min trying to return this 1 item and yet I still wait. And while here, all I'm hearing is them giving issues with giving refunds. This specific location. Never again

My windshield wiper broke off before work this morning and I arrived at Autozone 10 minutes before they opened. They waved me in to come in to the store a little early and even offered to help me install new wipers. Amazing customer service!

8/20/22 call AutoZone and left on hold for 10 minutes even when I went into the store I was still on hold asked about a part young man told me to hold on got there and see nobody doing nothing the store was not crowded for people what they're doing nothing and I and quiet about my phone call they said well you here now and that was very this disruptive for the comment like that instead of help me find my part they wouldn't walk down the aisle to get the part and show me rear view mirror so when I asked to be assistant Jose the manager intervene because Madison got smart with me talking about I had an attitude when I came in and everybody in the store start jumping on me all the employees so I had no other choice but the car corporate office and found this complaint the worst personnel you can get those people out there to sell the product not to get personal you need to train them more then I don't care how mad they get the customer's first I wasn't belligerent until at the end walking out the door I totally kissed where the sun don't shine

The two employees they had working the last time that I went didn't know anything about the items my daughter needed(they were younger ppl who seemed like they probably have someone else work on their vehicles?)but every other time we've went there, the older men that works there are great and they know about vehicles. I'm not that type of person who won't give 5 stars just because of one not so great experience, when all the other visits to store has been wonderful.

They only had 1 person taking bare of the front. I was 3rd in line and when I left there were 6 people behind me. They definitely need more people working. The girl working definitely deserves a raise.

Place will sell you the wrong part deliberately to make a sale when they don't have the correct part and then take their sweet tea refunding your money and don't care about their customers problems

Customer service gentleman was very helpful I got the wipers I needed paid for and installed I was out of there in under 8 minutes
