Store # 2927390 Spencerport RoadI went there with the intent of purchasing a new battery for my mother's car which I drove up from Florida to Rochester over this past weekend. I inquired about a new battery and to have them look into as to why my check engine light was on. I was met by Andrew and Camden, who where very friendly, cordial and professional. Mair M. (I hope I spelled it correctly) was the gentleman who performed the check engine diagnostic and told me it was an issue with my gas cap. He also performed a battery check and it came out that the battery was just fine. I then asked about new low beam headlights. Mair was extremely knowledgeable and personable and provided me the best service I've ever had at any auto store. And I'm 52 years of age, so I've been in and out of them for a while now. Mair changed out my low beam lights, and was done within about 5 minutes. I am huge customer service person, and Mair epidemies the pinnacle of customer service excellence. He is the type of person that any company needs to hire, I know I wish I could. So if you're looking for amazing customer service, so see Mair! You won't be disappointed. Absolutely Amazing!

So slow people works here because I m in to buy some brakes and rotors but no one show up front desk is empty they look at me but they walk away so bad experienced I never come here anymore

Jonathan was great tonight. Roadside assistance jumped my battery at 8 pm and told me to let it run for an hour but they highly recommended I replace battery asap. I always shop at this autozone location and even though it was a half hour before closing Jonathan reviewed my battery options with me and allowed me to come in tonight and replace it. He was very pleasant and understanding and could ve easily asked me to call back tomorrow since his shift was almost over but he treated me like the store was open 24 hours. Will continue to give this location my business. Thank you.

I needed a new battery in a hurry and Cam made the whole process stress free. He installed it for me and got me back on the road in no time. Great service!

I bought a battery 6th months ago & it was dead w/in that time frame. Tried to return it and get my money back to upgrade the battery but the guy at front desk told me he could only give me the same battery. Of course now I m super aggravated and asked for the manager. Long story short, she was very helpful. She called over the worker told him it was w/in the warranty & settled the problem professionally and quick. With that being said I like to thank Bonnie for her professionalism. Being a business owner myself, I know good help is hard to find. As I m waiting to get cashed out, I noticed that she was definitely the glue holding that store together.

Jaime Colom went above and beyond to help me with my car in a pinch. He replaced my battery for me ran a test on my vehicle and told me exaclty what was wrong with it. He is a very knowledgeable and pleasant customer representative. He is a asset to your company . More people sholud be like him hats off too Jaime appreciate everything you did for me today. I ve been to the AutoZone in Gates, New York, multiple times, half the time I knew what I was coming to get, half the time I didn t. The times that I didn t Alex.R made sure I left with exactly what I needed.. he was patient and extremely helpful, as well as the rest of the staff! I used to just search around for parts, but now I just come here to the experts. Thank you.!

I went to the AutoZone on Spencerport Rd near the Long Pond intersection. I was assisted by Alex R the store manager to get the correct windshield wipers for my 2009 Buick Lucerne because it's hard to get the ones with the r correct adapters. This young man was so helpful that I will highly recommend that AutoZone to all my friends and family. Thank you again, Karen Sparks

Walked in to the store & asked for a battery test. Was requested to open the hood so I went out to the car opened the hood & waited about 15 minutes. Went back inside & saw 3 guys just hanging out.Promptly left & drove up the street to advanced where I received attentive and immediate service. Ended up needing a new battery, which I purchased. Thnx AutoZone for allowing me to find a better place to go

On 09/24/2020 I went to your store for wiper blades, washer fluid and air fresheners. I am disabled with only one leg so it's extremely difficult for me to get out of the car. I called the store from the parking lot and spoke to a very professional and polite associate, Jake, I told him my situation and what I needed and he said he'd be right out. Not only did he process my sale for me but he installed my new wipers, filled my washer fluid tank and was very professional. I told him that I worked in retail loss prevention for many years and that he was an awesome associate and that he was an asset to the company which rely on the work and customer service of good quality associates. My experience was made great by Jake's actions an positive attitude.

I came in needing wipers, Cat helped me right away! she was friendly speedy and even put them on for meI ve shopped at many parts stores but this is the best experience I ve had thus far!! Not only will I be returning, but I m referring all family and friends here thanks to this wonderful young lady who worked diligently and exceptionally thank you so much doll face.

Don't waste your time with this place over year ago in mid pandemic I purchased parts from this place and place them under warranty, one of their staff that worked their at that time that no longer works there put the warranty under someone else name. I'm out over $200+ dollars in parts and this place refused to do anything about it, take your business else where, these people won't even own up to their own problem that they cause, pepboys and advanced auto parts charge more but I never had any issues with parts that I had paid for to be replaced from warranty.

I was very pleased with AutoZone I've been there many times and if it's not a real difficult task they put the part on your car and sometimes they can't they're too busy or if it's too hard to put on and you need a mechanic but they've always been very good with the things that I bought. Sunday the man was so professional and so good he pop that headlight in in about 2 seconds and he knew exactly what it was doing. He was a very kind man and very smart

Usually have quick reliable service. Very helpful and knowledgable . If you order something make sure you keep checking in on when it's coming. Waited 4 wks for rain guards . Kept calling and was told they weren't in. Then told they were sent back. Then told they weren't ordered. Reordered and got my part. Other wise pretty helpful.

I came in to the Autozone store on Spencerport rd Rochester NY looking for new windshield wipers. Being a young woman, who does not know much about cars, I specifically came to this store because I know they can help me install them. A young man helped me install them and then I decided I also should replace my air filter. I popped my hood so he could show me where it was. We went back in the store so I could purchase it. The manager then scolded him in front of me about how long it took and that he should know better. When the young man stepped away I politely said to the manger that it made me feel uncomfortable and he should do that in private. The manager then became loud with me and saying the kid should know better and trying to justify his inappropriate behavior. I was mortified. I felt so bad for this young man, I will NOT return to this location. The manager should be ashamed of himself.

I usually find AutoZone very helpful, the one by my home on Spencerport Road is usually very very helpful. However since they've replaced a couple of their employees with a couple of individuals that don't know what they're doing. It has become the most unpleasant place to buy my merchandise for my vehicle now and I will be seeing myself to Advance Auto Parts thank you for the time that you did give me it was nice while it lasted

Bought and paid for items online. Got email saying order was ready for pick up. Got to store and wasn't ready. Clerk seemed a little baffled but got my order with a little wait. Last time I ordered like this my order was bagged and ready to be picked up. Still like doing it this way.

Very good customer service! If they don't have the part then they go out of their way to show you websites or other areas where you might be able to get the parts.

Needed a break light fixed. Got great customer service from Luis and Kat. Charles their tech changed the bulb for me. All the employees on shift today were very nice and helpful
