Willie Baker helped me out a great deal testing and recharging my battery on a cold morning. It is a service they provide however, it should be noted that IMO that's above and beyond great customer service. Willie was professional and humorous (a plus in my book)! I would have used a AAA call for this but I was in the plaza anyway.REMEMBER pay it forward to places like Autozone who offer many services free of charge, and remember to pay it forward to folks like Willie who perform their job with these customer perks included with a smile!

Jonah was an awesome associate!He went above n beyond. He provided me with the best wipers for my vehicle.....then he put the new ones on and took the old ones away. Thank you!

Really nice service. I went to another autozone for a light bulb and they told me they couldn t install it because they needed pliers. The girl at this autozone, I think her name was Alyssa with long dark hair, she came out and with no problem popped the bulb out and put the new one in. It s nice to see more than one female working there too. If you need any help with your car for anything simple or they can do, this is the place to come to. They didn't even decline me service. She walked right out to my car. She is a manager too! You go girl! There was a whole girl crew up in there!

The manager Crystal is her name I assume and she was phenomenal. Absolutely incredible on the merchandise that she help me with. We need more managers like her. Thanks for your help.

Defently love coming here only when the manager is there. She is the only person I go for and she helps me with everything I need. She is very nice social and helpful percent. I recommend anyone to come to this store when she's around service will be quick and simple. I had a problem once and I was never coming back till I met her she was the help I needed. Her name is Cristal I think she is the only female manager there.

Every time I come here I have only great service and great experiences.. had a dead battery issue and couldn t find any tow trucks in time to get my car there for a new battery before the store closed so one of the employees by the name of Tommy rode his bike all the way to my home with the new battery replaced it and had me back up and running in no time he went above and beyond and for that I m am truly grateful.. these guys not only get the job done but they do it with a smile on face .. highly recommend ! And Tommy deserves a raise

Went to this store to purchase a spark plug tester, as I walk through the door a girl at the counter asked, can I help you and I said I m looking for a spark plug tester, she took a second or two and said to me, as that something we would have here ? I looked at her and said okay, turn around and left. I did get the tester at another auto zone, the clerk there was very helpful and knew what aisle it was in

Great experience, I called ahead about a new battery and was able to speak with the store manager first hand and she was able to help me with a battery in the price range I needed. Went into the Dewey location of Rochester NY and my battery was patiently waiting for me on the front counter, had a team of 3 employees and the manager " Crystal " help me. Matthew exceeded expectations with replacing battery and helping me find a code for my radio,patiently sat in car with me and figured it out together. They even wished me a happy birthday, overall great experience and left with higher vibrations and great energy, thank you Autozone and staff, you're awesome

I went to auto zone on Dewey ave to purchase a low beam headlight and the guys were very nice . Especially Jonah G very knowledgeable and very helpful and he replaced my bulb I didn t expect that I would recommend going there thanks Jonah

Today I went to Autozone Auto Parts on Dewey to purchase a part for my car. Crystal, the store manager, showed off her amazing customer service with all smiles and friendliness! She also went above and beyond to help me by informing me of Autozone's tool rental policy when I brought up working on the car myself! Thank you so much Crystal!

I went to autozone located on Dewey Ave in Rochester NY I needed a battery I had no idea what kind of battery. Juan assisted me and was very patient with me. He swapped out my old battery for the new one which took some time b/c my old battery was 4 years old and in there pretty good. Thank you Juan for going above and beyond.

Jonah G. Is an amazing employee, he has helped me with all my questions and explained in a great way for someone who doesn't know anything about car. I highly recommend him for any help. As well as the team in shop. Keep up the great work and personality .

They were no help as usual, went with dead battery issues. Had to call a friend to come jump my car because they couldn't find their jump box if they even had one. Made me shut off the car and couldn't even test the battery. Maybe hire people that know a little something about cars I don't know.

Never, have I seen any employee, at any other store, ever, go so above and beyond to take care of a customer. I was very impressed by this young man, Ethan Hilbert. He's my new go-to guy! Thanks Ethan!!

SHOP ELSEWHERE. Whether it's the advanced auto across the street or anywhere else, it is bound to be better. I payed $40 for a set of sockets which I immediately deemed was too large. No big deal, I'll just return it I thought. I come back in to do so and the manager denies the return saying "we don't take returns on tools". Without putting up a fight, I purchase the correct size and leave. The next morning I call corporate and they explain that I should never have has this experience and to go back and they will honor the return. I go back only to be treated rudely and accused of damaging the part by the store manager. I will never be shopping here again and will be choosing advanced auto or NAPA auto in the future.

Didn't know what to asked for parts. The guy who helped us was very helpful even though the didn't have the item in stock. So he suggested we try another store and wrote down the number we needed. Excellent service.

Went to the one in Greece on Dewey . They werea lot nicer and very helpful than the one on Ridge road in Greece. Jose was patient and informative. All around great service.

Long wait time and the associate didn't even bother to ask me if I had a rewards card but he asked every customer before me.
