I took my car to get the battery tested here. The first test concluded a bad battery so I expected to need to buy a new one. But Sheffield(employee) retested, reading under 730 amps instead. Turns out I only needed to bring the battery to be charged. This is my second encounter with Sheffield, and he is helpful and professional. I felt he actually wanted to help me and not sell me anything.

I've been going there for many years.I don't know if it's a new manager.Or what?But I bought a part an expensive part and they won't Warranty it Past month, I've gotten 3 of the wrong parts.It's been a nightmare over there.Nobody knows what they're doing.Very disappointed strongly.Suggest not to buy there thanks

Steven was awesome and super helpful! Had to get a new bulb for a headlight and he found the kind I needed and swapped it out for me lightning quick. I definitely recommend stopping by this location for any car issues you may have!

I walked in and for exhaust repair. Days exactly where it was. Had a great conversation with him about vehicles and left happy. It's always a great experience at this location.Few months later. I exclusively come to this site now. Developed a report with some of the staff. It only helps seeing a familiar face when you have a question about something your unsure of. Have not had a bad experience here yet. Keep up the good work!

They didn t have my exact mirror but gave me the part number to bring to other stores. Always the best customer service at this particular AutoZone on Main Street.

Jose has excellent customer service skills, I witnessed him take 2 different phone calls, install a battery for customer and then assist me. He was very polite, professional, and respectful. Yes ma'am's and yes sirs which is rare these days. Every customer in store and in the parking lot was greeted by Jose. He was on top of everything and very helpful. It is my opinion that Autozone is a 5 star company but Jose is definitely a 5 star associate.

Had two employees teach me to come to their shop instead of going to the dealership. I m new to cars and they gave some of the best advice I could ask for. I know how to install windshield blades and know to get my engine light checked out by then instead of getting ripped off some place else. I wish I got a hold of both the employees names, they were were absolutely amazing people to interact with.

Just bought a new mini van needed something to make it shine. The guy that helped me out went out of his way to help me find what I needed. The guy came out to my car and showed me products and how they work, now that's service. The one I bought really made the car look great.. thanks allot Auto Zone.

Laura, the manager is awesome! She really knows her stuff. She took the time to install new windshield blades for me..Today, she came out and connected the diagnostic to our 17 year old car and found out it was the coils. Then she ordered 2 more she needed for us as they only had 1in stock which will be delivered in the a.m.! So very grateful for her help!! Thanks Laura!. Thanks for your time and patience

Employee picked the wrong spark plugs after I gave them the part numbers written down. I didn't realize until I got home and it wasted a lot of my time for something very simple.Edit: I was upset when I wrote my initial review. When I went to return the plugs the lady who helped me was very nice and was helping another customer, going above and beyond. It seems to be hit or miss but some of the staff are very good.

I went in to get my check engine light diagnosed. The guy that seemed to be in charge asked one of guys to help the girl that just walked in before he helped me who had been waiting already for about 10 minutes. Fine, she'll probably be in and out. Guy took a long time trying to find a gas cap for this customer (btw the other had to help him figure it out). He finally goes outside with me to read the code, then we go back in to get the printout. He started talking to another customer and gets distracted, so now I'm waiting again for the printout. When he finally brings it over he shows me the code (p0101, mass airflow sensor) and says "this affects the engine and... basically everything" ... and then just walks away. Thanks for nothing!

Definitely nice people working here, I know they have to be knowledgeable to help customers but wow, they went above and beyond for me. Listen, I know as much about cars as any girl. I had no idea how to choose new windshield wipers for my 2014 Chevy Cruze, the man who helped me gave me several options (ranging from price, style, brand, etc.) and I got to choose without him hassling or pressuring me. He then offered to put them on for me once I purchased, which was great because I was just going to make a special trip to a car shop and give them ten bucks to do it for me! The place is clean and orderly, overall nice experience

The gentleman that goes by "KEVIN" was very informative over the phone, however when i called and stated I would be there before closing time and showed up 5 minutes before closing time. Kevin and whoever he was working with, refused to unlock the doors and serve me and another customer in a similar situation as myself. Super poor customer service, missed out on a 50$ sale by not being open as stated in their store hours.

Absolutely useless, lazy staff who don t care and can t be bothered to wait on customers. Actively and studiously avoiding any possibility of helping customers.Go somewhere else and spend your money somewhere were the staff do not hold you in contempt and are too lazy to do their jobs.

Steven behind the counter is a complete waste of management. I called for an item and instead of going to look, he told me they had it. Drive to the location, none anywhere to be found. He didn t even look. Then he has the audacity to get loud with me. Customer service is a joke.

Very unhappy with this store. Sent our technicians to them to pick up a battery, wanted to give visa over the phone and they told the techs to go on line and order and pick up, they wouldn't even help to do that for them and when I called I could not even understand the Manager on duty, her accent was so bad. Poor custlomer service we will never use them again.

The young man (John?) was very helpful. He computer checked the availability of the part I needed at other AutoZone stores, found it,wrote the address and offered to install it on his off duty time. We met later, I gave it to him, he installed it and we parted happy. I have always been very satisfied by services, products and personnel at Auto Zone. I highly recommend it.

This place always has new employees. Took my battery to get tested today and they arc'd my terminal while testing. Then had the nerve to say "It was like that". I WATCHED HIM DO IT AND HE JUMPED WHEN IT ARC'D! Two other employees saw him do it and agreed he didn't know what he was doing, but the person in charge (no manager present) said he knew what he was doing. This place is inconsistent and without the computers THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CARS!!! 5 people working and no one has a clue what they're doing! Will never spend another dime in this place. I'd rather pay more for knowledgeable and consistent service!

The customer service is so poor at this store that I've just given up on it. That's a shame, because it is close to my house and I like its purported business model of going out of its way to serve its community by helping do-it-yourselfers, many of whom may not have a lot of money to spend on maintaining reliable transportation. But my experience of rotten or nonexistent service has been consistent over a period of about 10 years. On my occasional visits, employees just ignore me when I stand at the counter to seek help; if they're on the phone or talking among themselves, they are expert at avoiding eye contact with me. Often they offer to serve newly arriving customers rather than acknowledge that I have been waiting. I've sometimes wondered if they avoid helping me because I'm white, but I suppose the reason for the cold shoulder might just be general rudeness. Employees of different races and genders have been equally bad in serving me.

Some of the employees have poor attitudes here. I've seen them being rude to customers. Once I overheard one of them talking to a customer, when he left she says to her co worker, "That's why I hate white people".The only reason I stop here is because the location is convenient for me and it usually isn't very busy.

Never again will I come back to this AutoZone. I had to exchange a brake caliper that was actually the wrong size from a different AutoZone location. I explained to the cashier that I received the wrong part and needed to exchange it. He then looked it up and told me it was the right one after I just explained that I installed it and it did not fit. It was for a 16" wheel, not the 15". So his manager comes over and he explains that my "mechanic" told me it was the wrong part, which is not what I said. They both were ready to write me off and send me on my way with the wrong part. And I can't help but wonder had I been a male and not a female would they have questioned me and mentioned anything about a mechanic even after I told them I was the one that replaced the part.So after brushing off with what seemed to be a sexist comment I also needed the brake hose that goes from the brake line to the caliper. The cashier had no idea what I was talking about. Granted I misspoke the first time and said brake line. But then I explained exactly what the piece was. At this point a few customers were in line and one yelled out if he could help because he didn't have time for this. I showed him the picture then he laughed and said it wasn't a brake hose even though the AutoZone website clearly listed it as such and had me show the cashier the picture in which he still had no idea what I was talking about.Both employees came off as sexist while the other seemed unknowledgeable. I have no intention on ever giving them my business again.

Eric is an awesome guy. Very helpful, and actually explained some stuff instead of trying to make me buy stuff I don't need, and trying to get me out as fast as possible like most other places. If you stop here, ask for Eric!
