Walked in for some new windshield wipers, they not only helped me immediately, they put them on! Thank goodness because the passenger side was difficult to remove and replaced. Thank you guys so much, you just made my 3hr drive in this rain so much better.

I can t recommend these folks highly enough. My son is a med student and his battery died and it wouldn t take a jump. They sent someone over got his car going and installed the new battery we bought at no additional charge. Thanks so much folks.

My low beam went out when I was driving home from work (Fairport to Geneseo), I stopped at the Auto Zone in Henrietta and Abu helped me out. I was more than impressed with his professionalism & knowledge, and he exceeded my customer service expectations. I couldn t say enough great things about this gentleman!! I will always be coming back here for any of my car needs.Thank you tremendously Abu & Auto Zone!!!!!

As the owner of superior auto time is never on our side ! But these guys and gals at the Autozone in Hennriata, Ricky and Shelly make our lives sooo much easier! Amazing communication, speedy and friendly! We will continue to make this our number one go to spot for auto parts as long as those two are running the show! Keep up the great work !

AutoZone is a customer oriented company that provides automobile parts and accessories directly to the consumer. This branch is large, well stocked and had good service. Picking up a part the store said it had online, we told the sales cashier this information and that it cost x dollars. He said let me check as sometimes the computer might say we have something in stock but it's been sold. He did find it in back, though it cost almost a hundred dollars more than what the price online said it would be. Still, we were glad to have it to fix a problem that needed resolving. The guy helping him was a student at the local college and was both nice and computer savvy.

I was set to go to a show an hour away that day and upon waking up I found my car battery completely shot. Emily at the Henrietta Autozone location was amazing! She was thorough and professional and explained things to me to make me more informed, not in a way that made me feel stupid or talked down to. Amazing person to person care and customer service! I ordered online, went in to pick it up, and I had to pull my order myself. Then, the system to check out takes forever. The computer system is very old and too slow for a big national brand. Ugh

They had exactly in stock what was advertised on their corporate website. Luckily, the manager was working that day and knew where to look, after I could not find it. Their inventory is very significant.

I came in to ask for help to get my plates off. Christy the Store Manger at the East henrietta location (2922) helped me. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. We spent 15mins trying to get it off and we did and she didn't complain not once. I Appreciate her and her customers service these Days it so hard to come by but she definitely has it !

Hopeless, whenever they answer the phone it s a 10 minute wait for them to tell you they don t have the part you re looking for. I understand not all parts will be available or in stock, but it has happened multiple times where I come in looking for something, the guy disappears for 10 minutes and says they don t have it, come in the very next day and someone that has just a sliver of motivation to do their job finds it.

I don't know the guys name but he took care of my issue with a commercial account. Didn't give me a hard time we even though commercial was closed. I'm very happy very professional employee.

Employees did not help nor did they try to cash people out in a timely manner. Not to mention the fact that one of their employees cursed the entire time behind the computer while I had my son with me. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Definitely do not recommend coming here.

Make me wait for 1 and 15 min out in the cold for just a battery recharged. Horrible service. Guy charging battery told me it would be 30 min, 15 min later comes out telling me he ll take a break, is been an hour and 15 min and still nothing. Finally employees gave attitude for installing the battery they dissemble. Employee was scared of installing the battery and I end it up installing it! In my opinion manager and all should be replaced. Disgusted by the energy, professionalism and treat of costumer.

Staff was super helpful. Came in for car not starting. They did a test on my battery and the battery and starter were good, but alternator needed replacement. They got me the right parts and tools for the job. They were super helpful and I was up and running with my car 4 hours later. Customer service is the reason I always choose AutoZone.

David helped me pick the right headlights for my Jeep and took the time to put them in for me. Dave went above and beyond to make sure I left with safe working headlights. This type of service is hard to come by these days. Thank You Dave!!!

I highly recommend this Autozone location. All the staff were very helpful in getting me set up with a new battery. I would like to give a specific shoutout to Mr. John who took the extra time to replace my battery, even though the compartment in my car was extremely difficult to work with. Him and the manager made sure I was up and running with the new battery, while being patient and understanding. Thanks again!

Manager there was phenomenal, he knew what I needed right away as I was explaining a part. I think his name is Desmond. The other guy who help me put on my windshield wipers was very courteous and helpful as well. John was his name. I'll definitely go back

My brake light went out suddenly when I was far from home on a Sunday and thank God for AutoZone! I really didn't wanna risk the long drive with no brake light cause I didn't wanna get a ticket but I was able to get new brake lights here for cheap and the associate, I believe his name was Abu was so helpful and he installed the new bulb for me! I don't know anything about that stuff and I didn't have any tools so I really really appreciated his help.
