Went today for wipers, headlight. And a,question.. young man working was put out by our question and not happy about installing wipers, we asked about headlight and he said no! We dont do that..its to complicated. We have had it done there before. Poor customer service!!!!

Bought a battery a little over a year ago. This was the second one and it died just like the first one. Called to see if we could return it since it it was still under warranty and they said yes. Get to the store and was told they couldn't return it. How are you going to tell us 1 thing over the phone then another when we get to the store? Then offer a $10 gift card to the store. We don't want that we want the money back for a battery that should have lasted longer than a year.

A BIG Shoutout to Sebastian of the Chili AutoZone. When I required new windshield wipers and didn t know how to select them Sebastian was very patient and gave me my choices explaining each allowing me to make an informed decision. He then proceeded to install them at no charge (apparently an AutoZone courtesy) and respectfully declined my offer of a tip (which he absolutely deserved) He was very pleasant the entire transaction; even now it gives me a good feeling that I chose that location. Thank you Sebastian and AutoZone.

Asked the counter clerk about oil treatment I was buy; he told me he knew nothing about it. He pointed out guy stocking items who should k now. When I asked him he just said " can't you see I'm busy?". Putting items on the hooks in front of the counter was so important he lost a $18 sale and a future customer.The 4 and 5 star reviews must be from friends, family and employees.

Have you guys met Sue? I think she builds cars on the low lol...This beautiful women has mastered her craft & is great at what she does How awesome it is to see a women doing this job at Auto Zone!! Last weekend, I was struggling with replacing a head light bulb in my Mazda 3 and was questioning myself if I possibly purchased the wrong bulb. So I returned to AutoZone Chili Ave....and am so thankful for Sue coming to the rescue !! Sue, the store manager, kindly confirmed that it was the correct bulb. Further, without hesitation, she jumped into action and quickly offered to come outside and replace the bulb for me. Within moments, I was "good to go". Thank you Sue !! - for your outstanding customer service. You went above and beyond in an exemplary and very kind manner !! I'll definitely be returning to AutoZone Chili Ave. for any and all future auto part purchases.

The employees at this store could not have been less helpful or attentive. One employee was chatting with a friend for 10 minutes at the front of the store while customers were waiting to be helped. When I was finally able to get the attention of an employee he didn't say a word to me besides "cash or card" and proceeded to talk over my head to someone else halfway across the store. Advance Auto Parts is right down the street...I'll be shopping there from now on.

I work in retail so I get it. No employee wants to deal with a customer that's trying to return or exchange something without a receipt. However, customer service is measured by the difficult moments, not the easy transactions.I entered the store disappointed but pleasant, genuinely looking for a solution to my problem. I was met with attitude and indifference. Come to my workplace and you'll never be treated that way by me.I was surprised that my receipt couldn't be looked up by my credit card. The clerk (name not mentioned) was rude, impatient and actually shouted at me "what do you want me to do you already have the best pair of wiper blades?"That's not the point. They didn't work well on MY car. I spent a lot of money and I don't care. He reluctantly exchanged them for some crappy brand without refunding any money. I might just toss these in the recycle bin and head over to a different store.

Steve was fantastic in chili ny Auto zone, he helped us determine what we needed for our vehicle and installed the product. His conversation was very genuine and honest. Because of his help we had great peace while taking the road trip that the vehicle would would do as it should ; get us there and back. Thank you Steve for such great customer service!

Fast, easy, and great customer service.I waked in and was greeted with a smile and a hello by the worker, Sean. I said, I need new windshield wipers and he asked what my price point was. Clueless, I said I wasn't sure, but wanted GOOD ones. So he took me over, showed me 25/27 dollar ones, and then showed me the price range. I picked a pair, and even signed up for a rewards account.Lady behind the register was nice as well, but Sean checked my products out.Easy, and he asked if I needed help installing, we joked that I was going to do it myself, and then I said YES PLEASE.He put them on for me, 1,2,3 and with again, a smile.Will go back!

I went into AutoZone to get marine oil and 2 employees were helping me find it. Both employees checked in the back and all over the store to find it. No luck. They apologized for not being able to help and I told them I was appreciated all of their help. As I was pulling out of the parking lot one of the employees came running out waving his arms to flag me down saying he found it. I didn't catch either of the employees names but they went above and beyond to help me find the oil. Thank you AutoZone employees, I appreciate your outstanding customer service!

When I called for a water pump for my 2005 Sierra Staff member Bill was very helpful. I don't know much about anything vehicle wise and he was very patient and informative. Other members of the day crew are also very knowledgeabl, informative and helpful with what you may need. Definitely a great crew to associate with

Speaking for myself I had an incredible positive experience here yesterday. Pulling into Wegmans my power steering went. Had a very difficult time trying to steer my vehicle. Made it in front of AutoZone and parked. Went in the store and told them I needed help. They took the information on my vehicle and located the right fluid. Then came outside, filled the reservoir, checked underneath and noticed a leak from the hose. I couldn t thank them enough for everything they did. I made an appointment to have it repaired at the dealer but thanks to the AutoZone person I wouldn t have made it there safely. I am so sorry I didn t catch his name. AutoZone should be very proud of this individual.

I try to avoid this store because the employees I have met there are usually in some kind of foul mood with a superiority complex to boot. I had to go there today because I needed parts that the AdvanceAuto stored right down the street did not have. The guy that helped me acted like I was a huge bother to him couldn't get me out of there fast enough. I would say that I will never go back, but the guy got me the wrong part and now I have to go back and return it.

Horrible store! Will never go there again! Bought a deep cycle battery last year, it still had the original sticker on it- manufactured in 2016! The battery had lost its charge - they would not exchange it, refund it or remedy the issue on any way! Never shop at this store!! Total waste of money!

Rude employee Bill Vogel should retire. Not very friendly to customers I find myself going to Advanced Auto just to avoid dealing with Mr. Vogel. Grumpy old man. Get rid of him.

Chain auto store. The employees sometime help change batteries and wiper blades, the wait can sometimes be long.UPDATE - staff is understaffed. They have most products in stock. They can't do diagnostic testing or battery replacement anymore from COVID.

Not only is this anAutoZone which is normally pretty good place to shop but the guys and women behind the counter are all very knowledgeable Bill, Lisa, Sean, to mention a few we'd definitely recommend this place!
