I have done business with Auto Concepts for a few years now and found that they have done anexcellent job for me. They are very polite, efficient and makes sure that my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and that the work that's done is reasonably priced. A good place to take your car if it needs to be serviced.Services: Auto battery replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

Owner, Earl, and lead tech, Pat, are excellent. I called for an inspection for a 2020 Buick and they had me in in about 2 hours and totally done after 15 minutes. Personable, knowledgeable at all times.

Scheduled appt and received confirmation. Go to store and they are closed! Called them and they said they were not sure why I was told or given this time I scheduled? I went to Auto Concepts to repair my Crime Stoppers remote starter. After going to two other shops and being told that it was obsolete or could not be repaired, I decided to give them a try before I spent over $200 to replace it. To my surprise, when I went to this shop, the associate merely changed the batteries in the key fob. It worked like a charm. Thank you for your honesty and kindness.

My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles here for close to 20 years. They do great work at a fair price and never try to do work on the vehicle that is not needed. They always call to check with you on the repairs, and you always get to decide before hand if and what you want done. Hands down the best car repair shop in Rochester. They're always honest and have very reasonable pricing. My wife and I have been taking our cars here for years. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic.

They service my Ignition Interlock Device. Great service on that. Just show up (no appt needed) for the 2 month calibration cycle. Also have gotten some mechanical car work here. Seem honest, repairs holding up. Nice shop.

Had 2:30 appointment. Arrived on time. Tech was not present, and I was told he'd be gone 'about a half hour'. Gave up 45 minutes later.
