You guys lie about the condition of the vehicles, and rip off companies that don't know any better about problems with a vehicle. And fyi, you can't put a starter in backwards and then it runs! Nor can the interior of the block be damaged from running something over! You take advantage of people and rake in the money, and it makes me sick.

Been going to Dave's for close to 20 years with 3 different vehicles over that time frame as well as service on a family members vehicle. Their work, service and availability are excellent. Most of the time they can schedule my vehicle the next day. Give them a call if have repair needs. I would recommend them.

Complete waste of time. Brought it in at 8 am, car just sat outside all day untouched with the keys left in the ignition. Apparently their "mechanics" don't know how to work on a 2007 Mercury. Even Pep Boys does a better job. If you don't want your car fixed, go here. One star is too generous.

Smoking inside! Also very dirty, only two chairs in waiting area and the person was smoking. if you don' t mind having to wait standing around in stale cigarette smoke this place is probably fine for you.

I wish i could give this 0 stars , SERVICE WAS BAD . My car was stolen from the shop (which i also learned happens alot) they took 2 weeks to fix my car , which should of took maybe 3 days , BAD communication . The car i brought into the shop is not what i recieved back , MORE DAMAGE . MY CAR WAS TRASHED , they ate food in my vehicle and DIRT and HAND PRINTS every where !!!! Do not go here !!!

I ve been going to Dave s for over 10 years. Sometimes your car may take longer than expected (he says it ll be done the same day but if it s something serious it ll be done the next day) but he s honest and he doesn t try to cheat you. Terrible service and communication i had an appointment set for 10am, my car sat for 3 hrs with me having to call and check every 2 hrs for them to finally tell me at 3:30 that my car was being seen next no one called and gave me any updates about my car then when i called dave finally tells me that the guy was pricing out my parts for me and dave told me he was gonna call me right back and they close at 6pm, so now my car is there overnight no one called to tell me they were going to keep it over night so idk if they even worked on it never going back to this shop again communicating is horrible i don t recommend because even if your schedule you still will be waiting on your car all day smhServices: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I had an appointment scheduled for 9am this morning. To have a smoke test done and have my window repaired. Around 3:30 I called the shop to see if everything was done. I was put on hold then the guy gets on the phone and tells me the issue ok cool but he forgot about the window repair he fixed it without putting all the screws back in the door.. They were going about to fix my car without my permissionAnd to make matters worse the cashier told me 108.00 was the total I get down the road and my receipt says $111.24. I will not be back they are complete liars and really needed my $3Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had a radiator issue that made my car literally impossible to drive. In less than 24hrs I was quoted ( labor included ) $1,200 less than a corporate mechanic would like Ralph or Garber Honda. A $1800 problem any where else and I paid 350$ and got my car back with the quickness. Running WAY better than before. Great experience here! They are very good at what they do, very knowledgeable, top notch mechanics. They are a professional, honest shop, who will never tell you that u need something when u don't! They come highly recommended from us!

Good service and fair pricing, but if in a hurry, forget it they are crazy busy usually and your car might sit a bit before they start work on it.

The mechanics are good.....but some1 in the office area likes to borrow other people's card info. So...Use cash!! Oh they not to fond of foriegn cars, but don't hold that against them..they WILL let you know so!

While with a friend changing a car battery, we hit a roadblock with a frozen bolt & couldn't physically remove it. Thank God were able to jumpstart the car & drive to Dave's! The mechanic must have eaten his spinach for lunch, because he freed the bolt without breaking anything! With just a little help, we were able to finish our battery replacement on a budget & get back on the road in no time flat. Thank you Dave's!!!

The only place I go for car repairs, they get me in & out within the hour! Friendly staff, great prices! They find me the best deals on parts!! I ve gone there for tires, brakes, oil changes, inspections, all kinds of maintenance work, and they re so helpful!! I recommend them to everyone!

I do not recommend going to this auto shop.. I towed my car to the shop at 930am and asked Dave if he could fix it the same day and he said yes.. I called all day with the receptionist asking me to call back 3xs..and she had absolutely no customer service skills.. A mechanic called me back after 4pm asking if I want my car fixed that day and I said yes.. Not to mention Dave closed at 6pm.. Mechanic called me back at 530pm to say it was done. My son drove the car away sounding like an airplane.. The mechanic never test the car after pulling it out of the bay. I called back next day to complain with dave telling me he'll call me back and never did.. Never take your car there unless ur going to sit and wait 4 it and watch them.. Not only did I pay 378 to have one tire fixed after hitting a curb but I was told to pay an additional 200 bc they never test drove my car or thoroughly checked it over and which I was told was my fault bc I wanted it back the same day.. Righttt..

Great honest car repair shop. My car had a drained battery and I thought it was a starter or alternator. They charged my battery and sent me on my merry way.

This shop has done exactly what was needed and the price was more than fair. The customer service in the morning could be a little better but all in all it was an ok experience.
