I had an amazing experience buying my new Audi at Audi Rochester. Allison Avery was a consummate professional going above and beyond helping me find my perfect car which took a bit of time. This was my first new car and the experience felt special down to every detail from start to finish of my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership - I could have shopped closer to home but taking the trip to Rochester was well worth my time and energy.

Great delivery experience with the car, explaining some of the more advanced functions of the car.

I had an amazing experience dealing with the service department at Audi of Rochester. They performed a completely thorough pre-purchase inspection on an R8 that was offered from a local independent dealer.I live several states away and I couldn't have asked for better communication or documentation, to be able to make an informed decision.Paul Palmer the Service Advisor, was patient and made sure I totally understood their findings, and Jon Langdon, the Shop Foreman did an awesome job creating several videos that went over every inch of the car.I wish these guys were available to inspect all my future vehicle prospects. Definitely a 5 Star Experience!!

On 2/2/2024 I took delivery of my new Audi A5 Premium Plus with Black Optics package. It was the best experience I have had picking up a new car. My salesman, Dan Bresnan, was handling all of the details from finding the car with the options and colors that I requested (and. doing it within 3 days!) to meeting my wife and I when we came in to Audi Rochester. The car was in the showroom when we arrived, so we didn't need to go out in the cold weather when Dan went over all of the features of the car! Dan set up the MyAudi app on my phone and went through its features with me. There was a problem with the Audi Connect website that day, so we. couldn't complete the setup. Dan was on top of it and called me the next day to complete the setup. That's customer service!Everyone that we interacted with at Audi Rochester was pleasant, freindly and helpful.Thank you Audi Rochester for the best experience I ever had picking up a new car. Your entire staff should be commended!

We walked in and started to browse the vehicles. We had narrowed it down to either a BMW or an Audi. The staff here helped make our decision. No one spoke to us at all the entire time we were in the showroom. Some were busy but others made eye contact and then just looked away. We are African American so maybe that was the issue. Either way, go see Jenna at BMW down the road. She s knowledgeable and was very attentive to finding out what would be a good fit for our family.

Unfortunately I will need to change my rating. I bought my car through this dealership. I have told them multiple times about my breaks making noises and a fuel line vibration noise in the front end of my car. I have brought it to this shop numerous times. This last time was the last time I will ever take it there. They told me I need new back breaks and that they fixed the fuel line noise in the front (for the third time). I did not trust their judgement and took it to another shop to be looked at. Come to find out, I don t need new back breaks at all and all they did was stuff the front compartment with foam that looked like from a couch. I just needed my breaks to be serviced (front & rear brake services-removed brake calipers and pads, clean pads and lube slides and pivots, reassemble and road test) and a spray foam to kill the fuel line vibration noise. I just saved myself a lot of money and now my car runs how it should ve run when I bought the car. Very disappointing.

We currently are leasing an Audi Q5 through this dealership. I have leased other vehicles from Garber before & have had wonderful experiences. Unfortunately, not the case here!In January 2023 my Audi started showing signs of major safety concerns (i.e. Proximity sensors going off with nothing around while driving, my emergency break randomly activating and slamming on the brake while driving down the expressway at 50mph+ & lastly, my screen not working & therefore not being able to use radio, maps, etc.).To make a long story short, I had this leased vehicle serviced three times for the same issues. Each time we showed up with video and photos evidence of these issues. Each time, the car was returned to us and we were told the "problem has been fixed & the car is safe to drive". On Friday, November 24th I had called Audi Service to inform them that my car had once again just slammed on the breaks as I was driving on 490 and was nearly rear ended. Paul in service said he could not get my car in until Monday. That Monday, November 27th, 2023 I dropped off my vehicle for the 4th time. After days of no communication, Paul called and assured me that they did run tests on it, saw where the problem was and replaced the parts." He proceeded to state that he drove the vehicle SIX miles", he concluded by saying they were once again, deeming the vehicle "safe to drive".My husband and I go to the dealership and have a very transparent conversation that at this point, we have lost all confidence in the vehicle. With the Upstate New York winters rapidly approaching my husband did not feel comfortable with me driving this dangerous vehicle with the fear that it would once again, slam on the breaks during a winter storm and I could be seriously injured, or worse. Paul Palmer, the assistance service manager who has been handling our issues all along stated "I would never let my wife or someone in my family drive this vehicle, it is unsafe". He told us we could file for a "lease buyout" as we had multiple failed attempts at fixing it and have lost all confidence in the vehicle. This is not a matter of a simple broken radio but a true SAFETY concern. My husband & I left the dealership that day without the vehicle. Before we left that day, Paul asked if we had interest in meeting with his Sales Manager to "buy a different car with them". My husband of course declined.December 1st, 2023, we filed all necessary paperwork with Audi corporate. We were told the buyback process can take up to sixty days. From November 27th 2023 to February 5th, 2024 we continued making payments on a car that we were not even using. We were not given a loaner vehicle & we were told we would not be compensated for a rental car. To say this was a major inconvenience is a complete understatement. We made more than a dozen phone calls to both Audi Rochester as well as Audi Corporate for updates on the status of our claim." The only call we received back from Audi Rochester was when Paul called to tell me I must come and pickup the vehicle from the lot as it could no longer stay at the dealership. However, funny enough when my Husband called... he then changed his tune and offered to deliver the vehicle to a location of our choosing.On February 5th 2024, we received the update we had been waiting for, that we were denied the lease buy back of our Audi Q5 because for the 4th time... Audi Rochester stated they "fixed the problem, drove it six miles & deemed the vehicle safe to drive".It is very clear, this vehicle is FAR from safe to drive. We are now left with no other options for this vehicle and are being forced to continue making lease payments on an unsafe vehicle. It is extremely clear that Audi Corporate as well as Audi Rochester are not even remotely concerned about the safety of their customers.At this time, we would not ever recommend a lease through Audi or Audi of Rochester. Their extreme lack of customer service, professionalism or their care for the matter is extremely disappointing.
