This is very late but needs posting about a past experience with All City Auto Parts. My husband ordered a part, was scheduled to pick up on a Sat at noon. On Saturday, we arrived at the shop but it was closed. My husband knocked and knocked on the door, we waited over 1/2 hour, thinking that perhaps they're out for lunch and would be back soon. A car pulled up directly next to us. A man got out the car and used a key to open the shop door. My husband then got out of the car and went back to the shop door. It was locked. He knocked on the door, no answer. He knocked for awhile and stood outside the door. Again, we waited. The same man with a phone up to his ear, came out the door, locked it, and walked right by my husband as if he wasnt there. My husband spoke to the man, but the man did not acknowledge him. He got in his car and drove away as my husband was left there standing baffled. I sat in the car, which was parked exactly next to the car with my mouth wide open in disbelief. This guy showed total disregard to my husband. He didn't even look at us. I won't play the race card, but I will say that this particular guy had no care, or concern whatsoever for our business. We were treated as if we weren't there, and I have never experienced that before. That next Monday, my husband returned to the shop without me. A different guy was working there and after my husband explained what had happened on Saturday and asked to speak with a manager. The worker said that it was the owner of the shop that had stopped there on Saturday. So it was the owner that had disregarded us. He went on to say that there had been a staffing issue that day and that the owner was upset. If true, that had absolutely nothing to do with us as patrons of the shop. Plus, there is no excuse for being disrespectful. That goes double when u consider the fact that we are paying customers and that we were treated that way from the actual owner. That was our personal experience with this particular business, and I respect the comments from those who have great interactions with this company. But great service should be the norm across the board when dealing with any company or shop. We now do business with another company and have referred others to this other shop. Our business was not appreciated at this particular shop and perhaps this company can afford to lose a few. But in the long run, its not the customers your hurting but your own business by little by little reducing your client base and decreasing overall profits. But perhaps, your able to afford that risk.

I live in Rochester, but after exhausting several queries concerning the price point of a car part I needed for my Hyundai auto in the Rochester area, I called this business, All City Auto Parts. I spoke to an older sounding, competent, patient with me, customers service gentleman! He was so...calm and patient with me over the telephone, from afar, in Rochester; he felt honest to me. He advised me of a way, based on his experience, a reasonable way to use the car part that I ordered. I trusted this customer service gentleman employee. I received my part in the mail, and right now, it is installed already! I am 79 yo, and appreciated how decently I was handled by this business, All City Auto Parts.

Paid for new part for next day,did not get part until 4 day later, and the part was used was not able to get refund because it was "special order" probably the least professional yard in a 100 mile radius.

I purchased a rim for my car after they placed the rim and tire on my car the car was shaking horribly. Brought It right back and they put the tire in the back . Drove over 55 the car started shaking again I called they said it needed to be balanced. I then took it to the shop and was informed that it was a bad rim. I drove back down there and explained what they said they exchanged the bad rim for a brand new rim and everything is good! Ty forbyour service

I ordered a part at 1130am they told me they had it on hand I ve been waiting two hours for the part I already bought from them I went in to ask what s taking so long now the man tells me they are busy and didn t have time to grab it. Don t waste your time here they only care about making as much money as possible in one day and they lie to their customers about having parts on hand when really they don t have them at all 100% do not recommend coming here EVER!!

Very easy to deal with. We had a shell of a car we pulled the interior and front clip from. They picked it up from my driveway with no front wheels, engine, trans, or suspension, and dragged it onto their truck without damaging my property.Stopped in to get a check from them, and they were super friendly and easy to deal with. Would 100% work with them again.

Bought a car from a guy who works there lied about it being in perfect condition and puttin a new starter on the vehicle also the axle are broken on this truck I feel since I am a young women I was definitely tooken advantage of. Brought it back because the next day the engine light came on he tried to say I ran over something but I notice the guy was fixing something under the hood and the same day car cut off and is currently in the shop with alot of problems I have to pay for I m so upset I spent 4500 for a bug vehicle smh so disappointed

I was told by my mechanic that they could find the part that I needed, so I called around and these guys found it at a wholesaler in Buffalo. It arrived when they said it would, and they even put the part on for me. They ran into an issue with the wiring that I wasn t told about by the mechanic who looked at it, and they helped me out in a pinch - despite already being very busy. Would definitely check here first for parts in the future.

Great service, friendly. I asked for help with my bumper, they helped us order the part in a few minutes and got us out of there fast. When part arrived a few days later, walked in and out again with no hassle.

Poor customer service paid for a part in full and they would drop it off the next day. Now it has been 2 weeks and now the garage is charging for the car storage fee. Since they haven t worked on the car or receive the part.

If I could give them 0 believe me I would. I am currently on the phone (on hold) for 30mins and 56secs & counting. They literally picked up said "hold" and slammed phone down. I've been on hold so long the recording they have has Stopped. Now I'm scrolling through their reviews and it looks like EVERYONE hates them except their family members who OBVIOUSLY left a review (which are the only ones they reply to) oh wait they picked up...$75And to think all I needed was the panel that covers the fuses inside a sonata

Absolutely TERRIBLE business! They sold me the wrong transmission for my truck and then refused to refund me . Their prices are insanity and they have the worst business tactics I would highly recommend NO ONE purchase any parts from this place . They will take your money and sell u the wrong part an refuse you a refund!

If icould iwould give 0 stars. Icalled to inquire about a part. The call randomly gets disconnected. Called back twice nn they literally hung on me both times. Don't do business that's rude as hell.

Super helpful parts desk, painless and quick. When I need any auto repairs done - with three kids driving that is often - I take them all to their shop. Highly skilled and honest. Mike Sr. & Jr. are the best for repair or collision.

Tried charging my girl 40$for a screw when i went back to figure out why he (Corey) said they would never do something like that but refunded my money.if u call to talk to someone they will keep picking up saying *please hold and will just leave u there.i was hung up on several times when i was trying to figure out why it cost 40$.they are very rude to buying customers.this business needs new employees or a new business owner very selfish.im on hold now the guy has picked up 5 times to tell me to "plz hold" once again.ive been sitting here over 20 minutes to ask a question.

I called them from out of town to get a salvage quote on my parents old car. Both Mike, Sr. and Mike, Jr. were friendly and accommodating of our situation. They were at the house in hours for an appraisal, offered a very fair price, paid my parents cash, and had the car gone. I appreciate how kind and respectful they were to my Mom and Dad.

Gave me the wrong part for my car. Said they don t give refunds even if it s their mistake and hung up on me. Called back & I asked to speak to manager & John told me no one would speak to me or help. ANYONE WOYLD BE ANGEY ABOUT 200 bucks they spent for no reason. Worst place to do business. I will be going in Monday to get store credit on car parts worth 200 bucks & never returning again

Called in today to get a price on a side mirror for a Toyota Camry 2017 and they had to nerve to try and charge me 100 bucks that is more than they cost brand new and then had the nerve to lie to me and tell me they go for $150 smh scam artist just looked on the internet and they are on average $65 brand new

Dont waste your time or money. HORRIBLE SERVICE. They take your money and say they have the part but they dont have it. You will get the run around and the ultimate attitude when you check on the status of your order. Spend them money on new parts and a legit part store!!!!

I was impressed with their parts and pricesbut the last time I went there to get an identical part because someone hit me on the same side instead of an XD they ordered an XBwasn't happy had a difficult long weekend took the part off it didn't fit I was mad

I stopped in for a few rims for various vehicles and walked out with a screaming deal on 4 tires and rims for what I considered to be the hardest vehicle to outfitI had been wrong.Did I say I got a screaming deal?They even loaded my car for me.Quoting the great philosopher Arnold"I'LL BE BACK"

Just had a set of Nokian WR G3 tires mounted and balanced. Mike recommended the tires and I love them. Its like I'm driving a new car. Also did an alignment. Definitely the place to go for parts and repairs!! Highly recommend!!
