They have some of the best equipment and they do amazing work nor did they turn me down because my car was "too low". Got an alignment and 2 tires changed in about an hour. By far the best experience I've had bringing my car to a shop. Nick is one of the most accommodating and professional repair and maintenance professionals in the Rochester area. Attention to detail, top notch equipment, and efficiency and care to my vehicle were outstanding. If you have any vehicle needs and want a fair price, great service, and peace of mind this is the place to go. Have taken my brand new RS3 there for all its service needs. Nick provides the best service I have ever experienced in car repair and maintenance. I had to get general maintenance and left with my Suburban running better than ever. It drives smoother than the day I purchased it 5 years ago. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. In fact, I have my kids and friends use him now. He has fixed issues created by other shops. Friendly, honest, timely and expert service are qualities difficult to use for most shops in this industry, but Nick has them all! Thank you Nick!

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! My new wheels were required to be reverse mounted and it was recommended by the manufacturer to use touch-less mounting. Not knowing anyone in Buffalo who had this equipment and wanting to avoid experimenting with basic equipment on expensive wheels I did a quick search and found AGR Automotive. I left Nick a message and he promptly contacted me and set up an appointment. I took the hour drive out to his shop and it was well worth the trip. Nick is very friendly and informative. As well as only using top of the line equipment I was rest assured my wheels would be free of damage. I will definitely be returning here in the future!Service: Tires

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Nick and Jared for a job well done. As a woman it can be intimidating to walk into any shop if you know are unfamiliar with the car scene. I was fortunate enough to have grown up around the auto detail, maintenence and auto auction business, which has helped me with somewhat knowledge of what to drive and where to go for any maintenence or repairs. Despite having a little knowledge under my belt, you never know who's under your vehicle when you take it into a shop. Walking into Nick's shop I felt extremely comfortable and treated with respect. Everything is done with precision, perfection and you know who is working on your vehicle. You dont feel uncomfortable if you have any questions or concerns. If I had a question or forget to mention something I felt comfortable walking into the maintenence area and talking with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything. I called him at the last minute to switch appointments due to my busy schedule. Without hesitation he fit me right in. He got everything done in a timely manner and to perfection. He has the state of the art equipment and the knowledge of how to use it. This is more than I can say for any multi million dollar corporation out there! Trust me! Not to mention the fact that this is the best place hands down to simply get your vehicle aligned and tires mounted if you are extremely particular about your rims not getting scratched. I generally keep one or two repair shops on hand should I need them for any general maintenence and to avoid the dealership at all costs. This spot is my number one hands down! Thank you Nick for taking the time out of your busy schedule to get me in! My first time here I had a five star experience. Definitely my go to spot! And a big thank you to Jared for spending time and thoroughly looking under my vehicle for a heat shield rubbing issue that I had. He looked over everything and made sure nothing was missed. They even found a small newer looking bolt that Lexus must have replaced during a warranty check. That's perfection and inspection at its finest! Nick from AGR automotive is the best in his trade. He was recommended to me by my husband and I have been using him ever since for my Audi tires. Not only does he come right to your house (avoiding the hassle of sitting for countless hours at the dealer- as my local dealer never has a loaner when I need one), but he s always on time, he s beyond thorough, his prices are absolutely reasonable for the high quality service he provides, and he treats my A3 with better care than any of the local dealers or shops have in the past! I recommend using Nick without any hesitation and would absolutely use him again in the future!

Nick was awesome. He mounted new tires on my PVD clad F150 wheels (very difficult to not scratch the finish) and they could not have come out better. He was incredibly responsive and kept me updated from the minute I dropped off my wheels and tires to get mounted. Nick has some amazing equipment in his shop and knows what he is doing. AGR Automotive's owner/mechanic was punctual, friendly and very professional. He helped me install e-brake shoes and rear shocks on my son's SUV. It was a complicated job, due to rust, but Nick managed to pull it off, thanks to the wide assortment of pro tools stored in his box truck. Nick loves his work and is eager to offer tips and advice, while working on your car. I highly recommend Nick, because he offers a very convenient service at a reasonable price.

I recently called AGR to install a set of new tires for me. The style of my wheels are know to be difficult to mount tires to without causing any scratching or marks. Nick took the time to explain to me how he was going to install my tires without marking my wheels up. He showed me every step of the process and how his state of the art machinery worked. The end result is a car that rides as good as new and no marks on my wheels. I would absolutely recommend AGR and Nick to anyone and I will be using his services again soon.

I brought my Porsche 997.1 turbo to see Nick over at AGR Automotive. I just moved to the area not too long ago and it's tough to go somewhere new, because I dont let too many people work on my car.I was real glad that I found Nick at AGR. You can tell he is definitely passionate about what he does. He helped me with a leak I was having in my rear tire. We talked about the different tools and machines he uses and discussed things that I can equip myself with at home for a better DIY experience. I have reverse-mounted tires and he had just the machine to take care of it (which I have found not to be too common). His equipment and tools are top notch and he even has a mobile unit where he can come make house calls. After he finished with my tire, I mentioned I had an issue with my window switch. He offered to take a look and helped me fix my problem right then and there.If youre looking for an authentic, friendly, personalized experience, you should definitely come see Nick. AGR Automotive was recommended to me by a friend and I could not be happier with the service. Nick showed up right on time and explained the whole process to me. He took the extra time and effort making sure things are done right and safely. The pricing was up front and very reasonable with no extra or hidden fees. The mobile service is very convenient with the added bonus of "waiting" at home. The temperature was in the low 20's but that didn't slow Nick down and he got the job done and done right. I highly recommend AGR Automotive!

My experience with Nick from AGR automotive FAR exceeded my expectations, and I personally look forward to bringing him my business in the future. As a car guy, I tend to do most of my own maintenance to avoid the minor dings, scratches, and stains that most shops tend to inflict when they service your car. Tires and inspections are the only timeI hand my keys over and I figured I'd try AGR for new tires after a bad dealer experience. Nick showed up exactly on time and was both friendly and insanely knowledgeable. He treated my lowly VW Golf likeit was a vintage Porsche and was even kind enough to walk me through the insanely tricky step by step process of replacing low profile tires. His equipment was absolute state of the art and not only did he not inflicta single mark on my wheels, but my car drove smoother than when I bought it from the factory. Will be recommending to all my friends and family.

I needed four new tires and an oil change. I read about this business coming out to your residence and the automotive services that they offer. At first I was skeptical. But he was very courteous and professional. He did an outstanding job on my car. What impressed me the most was the convenience of him coming to my house. Allowing to free up my time, and not have to worry about dropping off or picking up my car. I will call AGR Automotive in the future for all my car service needs!

Always a great experience with AGR Automotive! Most recently they used their new Hunter Roadforce machine to analyze and balance my summer tires/rims and found and corrected an issue most shops wold never have identified. My Audi is now running as smooth as it did brand new, and all the work was done while I waited from the comfort of my own living room! Thanks again Nick!

I called Nick to diagnose some issues that I was having with my car. The next day, he came to me, diagnosed the issues, and fixed everything. He is patient, respectful, honest, and professional. He treated my car as if it was his own. If you need a mobile mechanic, look no further and call Nick. He will work with you and your schedule to make everything workout.

AGR AUTO ROCKS!!! So I was told by a "cheap" automotive center that my Acura MDX needed rear brakes which totaled over $500. Nick from AGR auto came out to my home and fixed my MDX for a fair price that was surprisingly lower than the "cheap" auto shop. What I liked about Nick was he arrived on time, was professional, informed me of the entire process from start to finish, and even showed me what was wrong with my truck. He was able to service one of my calipers yet the "cheap" auto center wanted to just charge me for a rebuilt one at a much higher price. I did not feel like I was being "upsold" on any services. He even checked several fluids and discussed what items should be done but not needed at that point. Great service at a fair price especially for auto service brought to your door!

First time dealing with AGR Auto to hubs and ujoints. The whole experience was super convenient. He was on time and completed the work as scheduled and paid with credit card. What else is there to say? I'll be checking with AGR first next time my car needs to be serviced as that was way easier than the usual dance I have to go through.
