Awesome people here! Especially the dude with the beanie. My wife's car was dead with a 4 month old battery, turns out it wasn't dead at all. Got some suggestions from the employees here and man can't even describe how stoked I was with their help.

Wish I d gotten their names, the two guys there this morning were super helpful. AAA didn t carry the right battery so I came here and these guys found one at another store and installed it for me on the spot. Grateful for how quick and reliable they were

Arrived 855, and they closed at 9. Just needed to reset my code so i can remote start my rt in the morning. Doors are locked . Alleged Manager (that really needs her lashes done half were hanging on her face) opens the door finally after her bf, who was behind the counter. Says the coder reader is broke and then changed it to they don't do the code reader anymore. Don't come here to waste your time. They hire anyone now a days.

Very poor service. Car battery died while I was inside purchasing something and went back in to get help. They were not helpful at all when one would think they would possibly help so I would purchase a battery from them but nope. Had to get help from others outside to help jump my car and I will purchase a battery somewhere else due to their poor customer service.

Terrible customer service. Came in to an empty store, and stood in line, no eye contact, no hello I'll be right with you. Was finally greeted with a "what do you want" after standing awkwardly in front of the register for far too longSorry to put you on blast Rob, the guy at the register, but be better.

Very bad service today because of lack of staff, counter person hooked up engine analyzer monitor to my 2014 Jeep Compass Latitude but didn t print out results for me he told me to look it up myself not the typical service I get there I will stick to Auto Zone

Went in to pick up new windshield wipers. They were able to make sure I got the right size, quickly changed them for me and took my trash. Friendly, helpful place and I will be back.

Thank you, Branden, for helping me replace my brake light! The old bulb was completely stuck in the socket and he took the time to come outside, remove it, and helped me install the new one in just a few minutes.Had a great experience here! Definitely recommend.

Only "one" worker assisting a lady with a myriad of questions. Store was virtually empty (Saturday mid-afternoon) except for two customers & myself waiting... waiting... waiting...... and waiting to cash out! Six minutes later and... what was so frustrating about the whole ordeal was this ADVANCED AUTO REPRESENTATIVE guy behind the counter didn't even "acknowledge" the three of us standing right in front of him! One guy asked if anyone else was working and the reply... "No ...he's in the bathroom ". After another minute and a half, I went back to the shelf where I previously plchose a 'single' bottle of wheel cleaner, carefully read its pricing, and came back to the counter... where it looked like time had stood still. I placed 2X the purchase price in cash on top of his register's keyboard, telling him, "$20 should certainly cover it!", then stormed out!He still appeared unphased, but at least said, "Thank you". I'll definitely find ANOTHER location other than Monroe Avenue/Goodman Street next time, but I'm leaning towards AUTO ZONE for future decisions.RIDICULOUS!!!!

Called for walker part #36132 after calling the chili ave and west henrietta rd store showing they had it online. When i called the other stores they double checked inventory without hesitation. They didnt have it despite the website saying they did.So when i call the Monroe ave store the guy says we have it in stock. I asked if he could double check because its a 20 minute drive for me and he asked where i live. 20 minutes away dude. Thats where.I asked him nicely to check the stock and his response was "our online inventory is pretty accurate" and couldnt be bothered to take his lazy self 10ft away and check for me. Horrible service from whoever that idiot was.

The worker was amazing. Did not know he was done working and asked him a question. He helped us for 20-30mins then hopped in his car to leave. Feel terrible about delaying him going home but very grateful for his excellent service and caring for his customers. Thank you so much Michael!

Very nice people and service. Had a check engine light on my vehicle that just went off, it is a concern because I am relocating and driving across country in 6 days. So I asked them to check it, he came out in about 5 minutes and told me what it was. Not a big issue, Said it was gas fill cap..Anyway my concerns and worries were relieved. So thank you for your speedy customer service. 5+ STARS

I have consistently had positive experiences at this store, but today the staff went above and beyond the call of duty. I had a part that I could not get to go into place on my 10 year old vehicle. The staff person came outside and helped me replace the part. I really appreciate his helpful attitude and solid skills.

This is a great shop! They are always readily available to answer questions. This past week, I ended up with a few slight scratches on my car and the employee went above and beyond to immediately provide advice and select the right products for repair. This was an instant relief because he taught me how to do the repairs right at home without needing to spend a fortune. THANK YOU!

The service here is great, and the staff is as knowledgeable as many mechanics, and always very friendly. They always send me home with the right part, and make sure that I'll have the tools I need for the job. And if I don't, rental is free. Prices are good and there are frequent deals on oil/filter packages.

I would travel from anywhere in the Rochester area to get parts from this store. I've never had a parts store be so helpful. They'll get you the parts you need right away. They've got the experience and willingness to *help* you in ways that are well beyond their job. When I leave the area, I'll miss this business. They are truly the best.

Had an issue with my brand new windshield wipers hitting each other after purchasing them here. Measurements were right, so I was just looking for some advice, maybe exchanging one out for an inch shorter. Customer Service rep apparently had no patience or time to assist me. He threw my receipt back at me and said he didn t need it, and as my windshield wipers hit each other clear as day on my vehicle, he told me there was a gap and there was no way they were hitting each other. He didn t offer any solutions and in fact, seemed like he couldn t even be bothered to help me. I went to the Penfield Advance Auto Parts after I got zero service here, and walked out with great customer service, and a different wiper blade. The rep saw my blades hitting and in 30 seconds said those need to be fixed and did just that.

i bought a tool and it didn t fit my car when i tried to return it after like 15 mins they wouldn t let me return it. One of the sales guy was making side comment about me using the tool and returning. That is absolutely rude and they need better training and respect for customers

The friendliest staff. Usual selection of goodies, and you can be left alone if you'd like. I frequently come in with a dumb idea and the guys always offer to help. Facilitating my poor planning and expediting my projects is wonderful. For the quick and easy, this is a no-brainer. For the convoluted projects and beaters, these guys go above and beyond. Forever and always my default.

The guys at [this] Advance Auto store are AWESOME. They have always gone out of their way to help me, and in some circumstances, saved me from myself (buying 'domestic/standard' brake line when I needed 'metric').With four cars and a motorcycle, I'm in this store at least a few times a month, it's sad to say that they probably recognize me when I walk in, but they are always helpful and always offer helpful suggestions and often cheaper alternatives to solutions I came up with.I will never shop at any other parts store again.

I rated four stars for the fact that parts are always out of stock but I guess you can say the early bird gets the worm on that problem as for the staff they are wonderful to name a few, Don,jerry,ted,David they are all very great people and know there stuff.

I will go out of my way to go to this store. Keith the manager makes sure his staff is as knowledgeable as possible. The service is great......They consistently go out of their way to get you any information you may need. Even if they don't have the parts they will help you find where you can go, even though they don't have too. I have called and stopped by with many different odd and difficult questions, Kieth and his staff have the personal experience and knowledge to answer most. If they don't know it they will take the time to figure it out. Whenever I have inexperienced people that need parts or information, I send them to this store knowing the staff will make sure they get the right parts/products, and answer any questions they may have. I've been to many stores (even in the same chain) where the staff either blow you off, have no clue on any of the parts/products in the store or even the most basic mechanical knowledge, or even worse are the ones that act like they do and try to sell the wrong parts/products along with misinformation. Knowing this I really appreciate how Keith manages his store!

Have lots of parts but never the ones needed for repairs.Have had to return over 1/2 of items purchased at this store(not other autozones)Do not have a code reader for check engine lights because it was "stolen"?
