I always have exceptional service with Acura. At my most recent visit, Patrick was amazing - accommodating, friendly, communicative and efficient. They let me use a lender car as long as I needed, and they were patient and understanding when it came to my insurance issue. I never felt rushed and never felt like an inconvenience. Thank you so much!

Amazing service, always work with me whenever I need something looked at or done. Danielle is amazing and absolutely the best. The service guys all know exactly what they re doing. Will be a customer for life.

I just leased my 3rd Acura RDX from Garber Acura of Rochester. The RDX is a beautiful looking SUV! I love the way it responds when I drive and the ride is quiet and smooth. All of the driving and sound features on the vehicle are exceptional. Chris Wood, my sales person and Jabin Hutton, the finance manager, were great to work with. Very attentive to detail in explaining everything and answering any questions I had. Chris spent a lot of time reviewing all the technology on the RDX to make sure I understood any changes Acura made. He even had my winter mats washed from my other Acura before they were switched. The staff here has been very professional and its been a positive experience. With my other RDX SUV"s, my experience with the service dept also has been very good.

Had new car for 2 months, already a tail light out. They have me bring car in to wait an hour just to tell me they have no bulbs in stock and that I have to come back tomorrow.. what dealership doesn t have a staple car item in stock or at least check before wasting a customers time.
