Had a great experience working with Ray at Acura of Rochester. From the start he was motivated to find a deal that would work for me, and was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. When working out the deal, their team was even able to get a very competitive rate better than my local credit union. All-in-all a positive experience, and I would work with them again

We worked with Jeremy I. to purchaseour Acura RDX A-Spec Advance. He listened to our "must haves" and came up with the perfect vehicle that met our needs and wants! I just purchased my pre-owned acura RDX from this dealership. Before heading to the dealership I did my homework and found they had the best price within 100 miles. I have previously owned 2 MDX's and love the brand. My sales person Ray was terrific he understood that my time is valuable and got the deal done quickly. I was able to pick up my vehicle the same day. I am very happy with my purchase and I would recommend this dealership and definitely ask for Ray Henton.

Jeremy helped sea the deal on my 2017 BMW 430i. I love this car!!! It rides like a dream and is absolutely beautiful. Jeremy was personable and efficient and went out of his way to be sure we were happy with the deal. The car was delivered to my door looking like new!

From the time we entered the showroom, Jeremy was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. The car was for my wife and it was important that the car offered what she wanted. Jeremy patiently went over the features of the car and answered all of our questions. There was no sales pitch just a very comfortable interaction with Jeremy.We would definitely recommend Acura of Rochester with Jeremy as the best sales associate.

This is our 3rd vehicle from Acura Rochester and I can t say enough wonderful things about our salesman Chris. However originally after having this vehicle for less than 90 days we had a problem with our perforated leather seats. It took escalating our concerns numerous times and after the 3rd complaint to have this remedied. We opted in for tire coverage after being heavily influenced as we were going to buy out lease this time and the truck (MDX 2023) was brand new. This coverage and warranty was short lived as well. We had an issue with 2 tires and were told it wasn t included in the coverage. We asked for a copy of the coverage in writing, however never received it. This week we had another issue with the same 2 tires and were given the run around. We were told the gentleman we needed to speak with had left early for the day and would be at the dealership first thing in the morning. My husband returned this am driving the truck and was told the gentleman he needed to speak to wasn t in which naturally was puzzling as we were told he left early the previous day and assured he would be in the am. This has been an awful experience this time around and we will not be renewing or buying out our lease or recommending Acura (as we ve done in the past). I feel like we were upsold on a service that we aren t able to use (and taken advantage of)and no one cares to address this concerning matter. This is particularly disheartening during these brittle economic times that we live in especially being a repeat loyal customer.

We dealt with Ray last week and ultimately ended up driving home in a brand new MDX. Ray was wonderful to deal with. We had some time constraints while there and he was willing to work around our schedule. He offered us different options, and explained each scenario thoroughly. He then told us what he would do, or recommend that his family members do. He was professional, approachable, patient, and very knowledgeable. Overall, he was a pleasure to work with, and we will be looking for him when it comes time to get into our next new vehicle.

I had a great experience, which is a rarity in dealerships these days. My salesman Andrew was great, I was never pressured once during my time in his office. I laid out my expectations at the beginning of the meeting, and he exceeded them. It's nice to have a salesperson who still values customer service. I ended up driving home in a TLX, and I couldn't be happier.

I cannot begin to express how impressed I was with the treatment that Quincey received at your Henrietta Rd. location. From the time we walked in I felt as if the entire staff was focused and dedicated to helping him versus just selling him a vehicle and it showed. I recently purchased a 2024 RDX - Dmitriy was phenomenal to work with. He clearly explained all of the features/options available with each trim level, and he helped me determine the perfect car for me! Jeremy is excellent. He goes above and beyond. He is friendly, professional, and highly competent. Jeremy really cares about helping customers find exactly what they are looking for. I was delaying writing this review because I have been in disbelief. I purchased my latest Acura the end of February 2023, this would be my 3rd vehicle from Acura of Rochester. So needless to say purchasing this 3rd vehicle I had the upmost trust in them. This has greatly changed. I have not had this Certified Used vehicle a year yet and I have had a list of problems with no help from the employees, not even the manager Brandon Parker who takes months to hear back from, I am currently waiting to hear back about an issue he was supposed to follow up on and reach back out to me and that was 6 months AGO! They sold me a Technology vehicle with navigation and the navigation does not work! It needs and update that is going to cost $100! I have heard nothing back from them on rectifying this matter! Then there was an issue with my sunroof getting stuck open and come to find out the whole unit needed to be replaced! Lastly I go to get an inspection and I am told that I need break pads (which is no problem, I have been driving the vehicle), but I also need rotors because they are delaminated and rusted so much that it is unsafe to drive on. I have had many vehicles an never in a year have I needed to purchase new rotors! When I call them and speak to them, they gas light me saying that they did this special check that all Certified Used vehicles go through and everything was checked out. Which is a LIE! Either the technician lied that did the work or the person was lying to me on the phone. I am thoroughly disgusted with the company and will never purchase or recommend them to anyone. To be a longtime costumer and be treated this way is terrible. NEVER BUY FROM ACURA OF ROCHESTER!!!

Anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle that doesn't live in the immediate Rochester area beware. In September my fianc� and I were looking to downsize her SUV and really wanted to move from her Wagoneer into a smaller luxury midsize SUV. Because of where we were reside a brand and or dealer that offered free concierge services at no charge was very important to us. Our salesperson reassured us Acura of Rochester offered those same services before finalizing the lease. At the end of the fall our RDX started making an awful grinding noise. With it's first service needed I did what I was told and reached out to our sales person with a video of the grinding and the request to set up service for it's first oil change. After waiting a couple day's and not hearing back I called in and found out the sales person we worked with , who was incredible by the way was no longer with the dealership. The receptionist forwarded me to the GSM who didn't answer so I left a message. I gave it a couple day's and after a no call back from the GSM I called into the service department. I told the service advisor what was going on with the grinding and informed them I was ready for a service and needed to schedule the concierge services. It was at that time that I was told I'd have to pay a fee each way if I wanted them to pick it up. Two more phone calls/messages into the GSM and no return calls. I had to go to Rochester for work and decided to swing by the dealership. After explaining my situation to the receptionist b/c of course the SM and GSM weren't there or available she promised I'd receive a phone call back by the end of the day. Once again no phone call!! I decided to see if I could find an email address to someone higher and fortunately did. I sent the email around 6pm and was surprised and relieved to get an email back from the General Manager at 9pm. The GM apologized for the lack of communication and asked the GSM and the service manager to get in touch with and get it figured out. Brandon (the GSM) didn't bother picking up the phone to call me but instead sent me an email stating he would pick up my car this time but moving forward I'd have to pay. Not what i was promised and i would have never went through with the lease knowing this was the case. It get's better..... I get a video from the technician stating they found no safety concerns with the vehicle and the grinding was normal. His RDX does the same thing. They told me it must have something to do with where I live. I live on an oil and stone road that basically turns to asphalt after a few days of being driven on. Sure while the vehicle was in the shop there was sand in the wheels b/c of the recent snow / ice conditions but this was going on before we got our first snow fall. Anytime the car sits or comes to a stop for more than a minute or two it grinds like crazy. Just for the record I'm not the typical "keyboard warrior" that writes 1 star reviews about any and everything possible. I'm the first one to acknowledge a company or employee that goes above and beyond. To think I have to deal with this dealership and vehicle for the next 3 years is extremally concerning. Once I figure out how to upload the video I'll attach it to this review.

From sales to service, they are a well oiled machine. Working with Maryam to choose our car was a pleasure. Her enthusiasm, knowledge of the cars and customer service made the buying experience fun!

One of the easiest transactions ever! Jeremy Ingrassio was a pleasure to work with. He was witty and fun yet serious and knowledgeable. He really helped us find the vehicle that is best suited for our family! We had the kids with us and he took them on a tour of the place and gave them snacks!! I highly recommend Jeremy and Acura!!

Greg was amazing, but he is no longer employed there. This makes me nervous as my experience since then has significantly declined. The dealership failed to pay off my previous car loan, and it has been over two months. I was lucky to get a notification in the mail from the old car brand before it hit my credit. They also failed to check all of their certified pre owned vehicles for the class action lawsuit of the RDX infotainment center. Lucky me, I got one of them and it was extremely scary to experience while driving the vehicle. I don't know what is going on over there but it's not professional.
