Highly recommend. Whether it be auto repair, or on the search for a gently used vehicle, swing by and talk to Dustin.It's hard to find a used vehicle that's Ina reasonable price range anymore, let alone if you have bad credit.Guess what. I got myself a car! Go talk to him. Guaranteed he can help.

We tried to patient and considerate with dustin throughout the entire process but overall it was not a good experience and lacked major communication on his endI had bought a 2016 jeep patriot in may, coming out to a total of $9999, which he did sell to me at 17Before picking up the jeep, he had told us he was going to fix up a few things including putting on new breaks, which never happenedThe second week of having the jeep both the driving function and breaks cut out while i was drivingTrouble starting, stalling, going into limp mode and a number of other issues right after purchaseI will give him credit on the fact that he was often able to take the jeep in with little to no notice and that he did work on the car cost free to me but with very little contact and after many many time to the shop with the same reoccurring problems I question what was actually done to the jeepHe had told us he brought the jeep to a different shop two times, but after receiving no paper work we called the shop and the jeep had never been brought thereAnother MAJOR ISSUE here is that he neglected to tell us that the jeep had been in a serious accident while under another owners name. We found this out AFTER all of this and when we brought it in to a dealership and they ran a car fax report. Every reputable dealer who deals with used cars especially should be running car fax reports and being honest with potential customers.It has been a challenge to keep in contact with him throughout this whole process and when I chose to not continue with trying to figure out what was wrong with the jeep he originally offered to see what he could give me for itBut after both my parents and myself tried to get in contact with him about this, he would not answer or return or calls, as well as not responding to text messages or voicemailsWe have since gotten rid of the vehicle and took a big loss on it, but taking it as a learning experience and will not be returning to dustin s automotive anytimeOverall, I would not trust OR recommend this shop to anyone for any reason.

Dustin s garage has always gone above and beyond to get my vehicles in for service as quickly as possible. Even with extremely short notice. He recently put in long hours and stayed late to get my vehicle back to me before the next work week started. His prices are very fair and his work is great. Not the place to go to when buying a car. Definitely not a man of his word. Buyer beware and get everything in writing. Hopefully that will protect you. My experience with them was not anything to do with my finances. Was promised a car for a certain price and waited months for them to get the car ready. They then backed out of the deal and wanted me to buy a more expensive car. It's a shame they have to blame someone else for their bad businessService: Brakes

As a disabled senior living on a fixed income, vehicle reliability, customer service and affordable prices are very important to me. I bought a vehicle from Dustin this summer. After I explained my situation, Dustin personally escorted me around the lot and patiently explained the pros and cons of the vehicles I was interested in. My choice made, he offered me financing options and took care of all the paperwork required for insurance and registration and, after a final and thorough inspection I was able to drive off the lot, even equipped with a roadside assistance package provided gratis!. It was the most stress free automotive transaction I've ever had. During our recent cold spell the car developed what turned out to be a minor electrical problem but ,boy, those warning lights on the dashboard scared me! When I called near the end of a business day, Dustin without hesitation told me to bring it in the next morning and I was first on the lift. The job was done before I had time for a second cup of coffee --and while the service wasn't free it was more generous than fair. I can't say enough good things about this business, and reccomend it without reservation for both sales and service.

Dustin and his team are truly helpful and honest guys. I travel for a living and live rural by myself. My vehicle is my only way to and from work. Dustin took me in on the same day I called him and fixed the problem immediately (misfire cylinder 3) which isn t exactly an easy pop up job. I also returned a month later to have a grinding sound diagnosed. He immediately upon looking at my truck knew the issue and replaced both struts in less than 2 hours. If you don t want to be price gouged and taken advantage of I highly recommend Dustin and his team. I witnessed his guys fix a drive in flat tire for a woman in less than a half hour without complaint. Help these guys build their business. as someone new to the area with a vehicle that isnt too common around here - i was super nervous taking my car to anyone but a dealer - but I was too lazy to drive the hour to the nearest one - i brought it to Dustin he probably spend about 10 hours of time trying to track down the parts and when he wasn't comfortable with doing the repair he told me so - took it to the dealer it ended up being under warranty so it was free - so happy he was honest. I have given him my car several times since then and he has been amazing - almost honest and fair priced to a fault - at least when measured against the repair shops when I am from grateful for him and his ethics!!!!Services: Electrical repair, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Has my idker pulley seize up and broke my belt,a few miles outside of town.I was on a load,Pilot Car, and needed fixed fast.Talked to Dustin the owner, he had his guys in it quick.Belts I carry weren't right size. He called all over for a new belt. None close by.He looked at what I had,and Saud if we move the pulley over and use it as down pressure I'd be good.So, he fabricated a new idler pulley bracket up.Took a little bit,but it worked.Can't say enough about this place and Dustin the owner,as well as his guys.His wife,Becca,I believe was great too.10 star's in my book!Thanks again Dustin!

He was extremely helpful, friendly. And he didn't try to sell us service. Fixed what needed to be fixed and didn't charge us 2 ladies from New Hampshire. Excellent service. NOT TO MENTION, HE IS EXTREMELY CUTE! thank you for helping fix our jeep so we can get back home 6 hours away. MAKE SURE AND GIVE THIS MAN YOUR SERVCIE.

Fabulous service. Knowledgeable and he gets down to the problem. Straight up with no gimmicks. This is the type of shop that gets it done. My mother's car, our old Kia, finally was at its limits. It lasted way longer than we anticipated, so when we came here to see if they could fix it, we couldn't afford the expenses so the staff was kind enough to stop the leaking for free and made our car last a bit longer. They even helped us get a new truck from them which was super nice! Everyone here has been so friendly and understanding and seem to put a lot of care in their work and to their customers. They helped us a lot so I am very grateful!

bought a car off of dustin and his lovely crew, a little after my motor starting ticking. took it to dustin he got it in right away and took care of it for me with his lovely crew and ofc bill rose! got it all fixed and also helped with my payments while it was there! most definitely recommend dustin and his lovely crew!!

Dustin is a craftsman mechanic. I haven't needed it, but I've seen his bodywork jobs. I've brought vehicles in for a transmission replacement, a problem exhaust, and he is performing work on brakes and the exhaust of another vehicle. I've gotten to know him a little bit, and he is not only competent and spot on with his diagnosis, but he strives to be straightforward and respectful too. I'm very glad he's my neighborhood mechanic... and his used vehicle sales is a pretty impressive enterprise too.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Brakes

Dustin and his crew fixed my issues quickly and didn't gouge the price even though the job was tremendously more difficult than a standard repair of the same nature should be. Didn't try to upsell me on things that could be addressed at a later time and were extremely good about calling and keeping me up to date on what was going on and communicating options.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Auto maintenance

I smelled something burning after I drove the car yesterday and was concerned, especially since I had to drive the car a long distance today. Gus and Dustin got my car in to the shop first thing this morning and checked it out. Fortunately the problem was not serious and it did not require repair. I am grateful for their immediate attention to my concern and that they did not even charge me for this exceptional service!!

Have had some ongoing car issues and they have been very helpful here, for my latest problem they were willing to let me come by on the same day and have one of their mechanics drive my car to see the problem, and were able to direct me to a local transmission place. Overall very nice and patient with me which I really appreciate.
