In most stores, "how may I help you" means "what can I sell you" Here, it is really about help. It seems that they are truly committed to providing the best service possible. They ask the right questions and are aware of the limits of their knowledge.

The chatham store is Always helpful and Julia really knows what you need and always understands what I need.. Great parts understanding.. Unlike the discount part houses.
