First, let s start off with the fact that I blew a tire out in the area and I live over an hour away. Having done business with Mavis, I immediately called the nearest Mavis and ended up talking to a gentleman by the name of Andrew. I cannot express the high level of service, empathy and sincere compassion for my situation that he was able to display over the phone. I even called back a second time to ask some more questions and did not feel any sort of annoyance from Andrew. He expressed his concern and offered me his deepest sincerest apologies for what I was going through. I managed to make it to the shop with a tire that was nearly obliterated and a passenger that still had to travel over two hours away. As soon as I pulled in, Andrew immediately knew who I was, and came outside to greet me even though it was freezing cold. Immediately went to the car, took some information down and got me right in. While inside, I had the pleasure of also meeting, Don. There were some technical challenges due to the type of vehicle that I was driving, but the entire team immediately jumped in to assess the situation. Some of the techs were online doing some research on alternate options to get me serviced and in no time my car was up in the air, and my tires were being replaced. Without their help, I would ve been stranded, and I would ve had to come out of pocket, possibly hundreds of dollars more to rectify the situation at hand. Both Andrew and Don made me feel at home and I truly feel as though I was more than a customer that day. I ve had nothing but great experiences here with Mavis so far in different locations. Based on the service and level of attentiveness, I would highly recommend the Chatham location and truly believe that people like Andrew and Don are the reasons why people keep coming back to businesses like this!

Local, super efficient, affordable, and courteous service. Walked in to change out snow tires; took me right away and did nice job. Very clean waiting area with lots of seating and work space while waiting.

I thought I had an issue with one of my tires, and I stopped in hoping they could help. I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and friendly they were. I will gladly go back if needed!

Thank you very much!! Great timely service in a very clean and well organized shop. An absolute pleasure to have anything tire related performed here by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have been here multiple times with several different vehicles and a 28ft 2 axle trailer and have had absolutely nothing but good experiences from Mavis of Chatham, NY.

The manager is amazing, I called Hudson to see if they could mount and balance one tire and it was a 2.5 hour wait no thanks, called Chatham and they took me in immediately and was done in 15 minutes. I appreciate the efforts they make to make the customer experience the best it can be, thank you Carter <3

Would've been a five-star review but the guys left the cap off the oil fill opening and just sitting loose underneath the hood, meaning the hood wasn't entirely closed. You can see where some oil splashed out from the photos. Not sure how they left the hood partially closed without noticing that.Overall, a very good experience. Part took longer than expected to arrive so they discounted the labor cost for me. Price of replacing the oil pan was very reasonable and they got it done within the window of time they told me to expect, which was about 2 hours. Friendly group of guys and I'd probably go back.

I don t usually do reviews like this! The nearest Mavis couldn t fit me in today and I needed an oil change very badly. Connor said he would be happy to accommodate me. I drove over and the car was taken in to the bay within 5 minutes and the oil change is underway already.Super happy with this location and would come back again for sure!I have had experiences with my fair share of Mavis locations and this is by far the best!

While driving on the Thruway near Chatham, the tire pressure dropped to 25 psi. Luckily , we were fortunate enough to make it to Mavis Tire! Andrew and his technicians were totally amazing! Everyone tried to find the leak, before I decided a new tire would be better! Andrew had to go out of his way to find the unusual size tire that my car takes! They are super nice and honest! Highly recommend this place. We bought lunch for the guys because we liked them so much! Great job, guys! Thanks again!

Every time I walk in this place for even just an oil change, Andrew (manager) is always so warm and welcoming. He makes the environment bright and comfortable, he is always accommodating of my needs and price range. This is the only Mavis I will go to, you can t get better customer care anywhere else. Great job Andrew!

I just want to start off by saying the two men who helped me were absolutely sweet.I made a 9am appointment for 2 tires. I had to be to work by 11 thought it would have been plenty of time. I didn t leave till after 11. I waited over 2 hrs.When I cashed out the guy did tell me the one who worked on my car was new. Ok np I get it.So I only wanted 2 tires. But the guy talked me into getting all 4. I did need them just didn t wanna spend that much with Xmas being around the corner. He then told me I needed an alignment because of the way my front tires are worn down. He s the professional im not so i said ok if you think I need it. When I went to cash out I was told I didn t need one everything was green but I was charged $25 for the check. Even tho I didn t want one. The guy said I NEEDED one. I was in a rush because I was late for work and I couldn t really go over everything with the guy and I didn t wanna be a Karen . I finally got the chance to look when I got home and I was charged for a tire recycling fee. I didn t know that was a thing. I would have taken the tires. My sister has a farm. She could have used them. Then there is a $10 misc tax on top of the actual state tax. Have no idea what that is. Plus 19$ per tire for balancing. Again not a professional but you think that would be part of the labor I m paying for. But when you go on the mavis site and look up tire balancing it comes up free yet I was charged $80.This is why I hate getting anything done on my car. They take advantage.

These guys really take care of their customers. I had some front end trouble and they explained everything, only fixed what needed to be fixed, and really did well by me, price-wise. They also recommended some additional work in the near future, but didn't pressure me to get it done right then and there. Since then I've been back for an oil change (quick in and out) and am now back for some additional front end work they recommended.

I dont write reviews but this place is worthy for one. This place is absolutely amazing!! I blew a tire on my trailer and called them, and they had everything I needed. I brought the tire to them, and in 15 minutes, they had it changed and were very carrying of my situation. If you ever blow a tire on the highway and near this location, give them a call!! The technician was super helpful and the staff was amazing. 100% recommend!!

3rd time I ve gotten absolutely outstanding service from Connor, so I had to leave a review! Twice I ve come in for a flat tire on a Sunday and Connor and the team saved the day. Really appreciate the fact that when I come in having a problem that he is happy to help and always so accommodating.

Very happy with the service of this Mavis location. Needed an alternator replaced and was able to get an appointment the next day. The associate that we talked to was friendly and kept us updated during the day. Would go to this location again.

Felt like a scam. Went in to get a tire plugged slow leak. Was told they don't plug tires,in such poor condition . I would need 4 new tires or they weren't touching the car. ( 2nd employee told me id never make it a mile down the road with the tires I have) I just had the car inspected 2 months prior with no issues. Made it home then to Fred's Tires and got a plug.. No issues with my tires Scam

Got a set of tires for my Tesla Model 3 here. The technicians were very knowledgeable, and Connor at the front was friendly and helpful. To top it off, I got a flat a couple of weeks later- NOT their fault. Again, Connor was great and they fixed the flat without charge.

I needed a new tire ASAP on a Sunday evening at 4:45pm. They were so kind as to stay open for me to rush there with my roadside assistance and pick it up! I m so thankful for the service and the great deal I received. The staff really cares about their customers!

Stopped by on a Friday afternoon late. Needed a tire repaired for my daughter. Manager took us in immediately and made the repair in minutes!! Service like that is rare anymore! Thanks Mavis you guys are the best!
