These folks were awesome to work with. Their online product manual was accurate and the parts arrived as ordered. I have to also mention the fabulous customer service people I dealt with over the phone as they patiently helped me figure out what parts I needed. I bought a "Fixer-Upper" Bluestar range. They had everything I needed to get this beauty up and running and looking like new. Thanks again!!

Part arrived within 10 days, packaged appropriately for the length of the gas line. Installed without issues. Much better than a new stove! Oven burner works just fine.

Bottom line is that they give a damn and so few do today. After placing my order they wanted to be certin that the part I was ordering was what I needed for my old oven. One or two emails later, we were good, a few days later I had my part. I will use them again. PS Price was good too.

Guaranteed Parts Dot Com - Terrible company. Terrible customer service. They made the error in an order that was made and making me pay shipping to send it back, not refunding the $29.99 shipping they charged AND charging a 25% restocking fee! And be careful, they are recording you without your knowledge. SO against the law.

It's a terrible business. And they have absolutely disappointing sales management. I asked them if the part I needed available in their store. Their salespeople assured that 100% of them was in their warehouse. Given that the real price for this part is $27, I placed my order in Guaranted parts for $100 just because they have it in stock, as they assured me. I understood that the guys just wanted to earn a little and I hoped that for this they would move their bodies faster than usual and send my order urgently. As it turned out, within 6 days, these guys powdered my brains that I should gently wait for another 10 days. Time passed and the dispatch time did not change. Every day of my waiting, they added another 7-10 days. Until they just told me the truth that they don't have this part and they need to order it from the 3rd side and after 6 days they never did this order from their supplier.....

Still don t have part. Horrible service. I ll repost when I get part or my money back. Will end up doing a chargeback with my CC company if I don t get a response soon. Stay away from these people.

ordered 3 gaskets and was told after all was complete and shipment prepared that I had to be home to sign for UPS.If i had known I wouldn't have ordered as now I need to block out a 4 hour time slot to sign.After calling I was told it was because the order was over $200-wish that was made clear beforehand

Absolutely horrible experience. Placed an order 4 weeks ago. The website says allow 2-3 weeks for shipping. I called today and they have no idea when it will ship. "Possibly another 1-2 weeks they guess." Avoid, avoid avoid

Great website with parts diagrams to help you find your part numbers. Slow ship. Confirmed by phone that their distributor had six of what I needed and said it would ship in 5 days. They charged my credit card the day I orderd and today I still have not received anything, 25 days after ordering. Can't believe any of their shipping information. Also the real price was about 30% more than the online price.

I contacted this company about a hinge assembly for my Sub Zero refrigerator. I was quoted a price of $55.00 plus shipping and taxes. I gave my payment information and an invoice was sent to my email.Two days later, I was contacted that the price for the part would now be $144.00 plus shipping and taxes! I asked them to stand by their original quoted price on the invoice of $55.00 which they refused to do. As a mistake on their part they, as good business practice, should have honored the original price. It was deceitful to invoice me one amount only to increase it nearly threefold later. Research on the new price should have been done BEFORE the invoice was sent to me.I was contacted by them and told there was no way they could sell me the part for $55.00 because they would lose money. What ever happened to keeping the customer satisfied by doing the right thing?I'm sure that my old Sub Zero will eventually need more parts but I won't be buying them from this company!

Terrible customer service - I would not shop with these guys. After several lines of communication over the course of 3+ weeks in attempt to identify an unecessary article number, they cancelled my order claiming that the part was no longer available.

i ordered a part for my range - once i got the part we noticed a loose wireand it was problem. i asked to return the part (still in original packaging)and was told it was a nonreturnable item since it was special ordered.the problem i have is that how does one know if it was special ordered?they have a disclaimer on the site that states that- if i would of known that this part was needing to be a special order and could not return it i would of done Plan B. the part cost $199

They had different information on a part number than what my research told me I needed for my stove. I agreed to the different part number assuming they were had more updated information, but the part is not the same as the old one. It is different than the one that came out of there. Not sure if this is an improved design, or an error in which part number I needed. Seems to work okay, but did not fix the issue I had with the older failing part. There could be another part at failing which is a diagnosis problem.

Purchased a part for my hot water tank, was told it was in stock. Over a week and a half later, they finally processed my order and sent it via snail mail. Now it's stuck in a sorting facility in Montreal. It's been 2 and a half weeks that we've had no hot water while in quarantine. Finally cracked and are getting a new tank installed on Monday. I was trying to avoid having people enter my home during a pandemic, but I've been left with no choice. Very disappointed, I know these are trying times, but when you receive an order stating the customer has no hot water, you should try to go above and process the order quickly. Will not use this company again.

My blue star oven hot surface ignitor went out on Wednesday. Called Wednesday night got help with the correct part number, ordered online and then sent an email requesting expedited shipping the next morning in order to get the part here in time for cooking Xmas dinner. (Part ordered after hours on Wed Dec 19). Received almost an immediate phone call in response to my email, they were able to get the part shipped out with expedited shipping that same day. Today is Fri Dec 21 and the part arrived in perfect condition, installed in a breeze and works perfectly. Customer service was above and beyond not to mention they are the only company that stocked the parts I needed.Thanks for saving Xmas dinner!!!

I ordered a simple microwave part and for one month I kept being lied to that the part was going to be shipped. They are very overpriced as well. I would never recommend anyone doing business with these people they are the worst.

Do not buy from this company. Customer service is rude on the phone. I've tried to get help on the phone a few times and they say the will call me back but do not. I ordered a part, gave the model and serial number and it is not correct. Trying to get this exchanged but they will not help.

I ordered a part on 5/24 that their website claimed was "in stock". I emailed them over a week later (6/3) as I had not received shipping confirmation. I just now (6/7) received an email stating that the part is not actually in stock! Two weeks after I placed the order,they realized they didn't have the part? Unacceptable customer service!

Do not use these guys. First they raised their advertised price by nearly 20%, then after 5 days they still had not shipped the part. I emailed a cancellation notice to them which they acknowledged and nine days after the cancellation they emailed and said the part was sbipped and if i wanted to cancel they would charge 25% restock fee and credit me back after I paid to ship it back and tbey received the part. These guys are theives.

Can't be a legitimate business. Told me over 2 weeks the order was going to be shipped, never shipped it, I managed to get it elsewhere while they were still pretending. Then they said they weren't charging me, since they never shipped it. They did charge me, and I had to dispute it with my credit card company.

Easy order. Quick shipment. Some issues with emails (Ie I never received my order confirmation by email) but their phone support was great and my part showed up a day earlier than expected.
