Test drove a 2008 Grand Cherokee a few weeks back and told Aric about the rear end complaining. He promised that they would look into it. They ended up replacing the rear axle at their cost and Don communicated with me all along the way. Once properly repaired, they delivered the car to me. Kudos for the great honest service and I wont hesitate to buy another vehicle from them.

Bought a decent shape 2019 silverado back in July 2023. Dealer tried to tell me it had a clean title. It didn t. He gave me the keys to a different truck that wouldn t even start. However the one I wanted did and didn t seem to have any major problems. The day after I drove it an hour home my sister noticed a crack in the passenger side of the windshield that was so small only someone as short as her would ve noticed. Tried to tell the dealership but they insisted that whoever inspected it didn t see any cracks so therefore they weren t gonna pay for it. Took that with a grain of salt as I should ve noticed it was there before driving off and but also maybe it happened in the way home. Fast forward 6 months, finally cracked all the way across so it was time to get it replaced and the safelite technician told me himself I got scammed by them cause he took my wiper blade off and dropped it perfectly to where the crack started. No one has touched my wipers since I bought it so how ironic. Now I m pissed cause that was an extra $500 outta pocket. Lesson learned - don t trust a dealership that clearly just wants your money, and pay for glass insurance

While I didn't personally purchase the vehicle, my daughter did. Almost immediately, the car needed a new transmission. No sooner than we personally paid for the new transmission, it now needs a new engine. Very bad business. I will be in in person to talk about what could and should be done.

What an incredible truck buying experience. We worked with Don who not only has amazing communication skills, he was friendly, welcoming and even refered us to a nice place for lunchduring our short wait. Highly recommend Ontario auto.

I purchased a truck from this place for 30k I was told by the salesman and one other salesman that they would get me a second key to the truck they said they know the previous owner and would call me in a couple of days to pick it up well one month later I had to call them and they said they didn't get a second key from the action but they originally told me they took it in on trade so that was a lie then I asked if they were going to do a oil change before I picked it up they didn't but told me they did second lie I noticed when I washed the truck the headlights would Fogg up I asked if they would do anything about it they told me to leave it in the sun REALLY!! Instead of replacing them for me I paid a lot of money for this truck and I'm very disappointed in this business NEVER doing business with them again buyers beware!!

We bought two vehicles from Ontario Auto and I can honestly say it's been a positive experience both times. I had a couple things I wanted them to look at the time of purchasing and they addressed it without hesitation!The owner, Bob Budd was pleasant and personable and Rick, who showed us the cars and did the paperwork was knowledgeable and fun to deal with.When it comes to trust and honesty, I give Ontario Auto two thumbs up!!Looking forward in doing business with them in the near future!

Aric is seriously the best. I will be using him only from here on out. I test drove my truck on a Wednesday when they opened. We spoke about trade in, financing, and insurance. I said let s do it . Literally 26 hours later I was driving away in my new truck! He took care of the financing, gave me a fair deal on my trade in, switched my insurance over. This dude is a grinder, and I can t be more pleased! And Aric, the system is almost done, lemme know when u wanna hear it, I ll swing thru! You guys rock

I decided it was time to start looking for a used truck, so my buddy and I went out for the day. After many hours of finding JUNK in the price range I had chosen, we stumbled across Ontario Auto. To my surprise they had a beautiful truck with VERY low miles and no rust. I did not hesitate and called them the next day, seeing it was after hours. Within 3 days I now owned a truck. Ontario Auto is top notch in my book, the next time I am in need of a used vehicle I will be sure to go there. Quality vehicles at an affordable price.

Buying experience was good other than having the truck for 3 days and the check engine light turning on. Truck was in good shape little rust on the bed but other than that im happy with it. Would of gave 5 stars but he told me that the check engine light is my problem not his. I will never do business with him again and a few of my coe workers are not interested in his trucks anymore.

Put a down payment on a Cummins and the agreement was to touch up the paint. Got a call 3 weeks later saying the truck will be sent to auction because it needs more work then they thought. It is now 3 months later and the truck is back for sale at the dealership. Don't deal with these people. They wasted my time and will waste yours.

My wife and I traveled 3 hours to do business with this dealership. It was by far the most enjoyable vehicle buying experience we have had bar none! RJ was honest,fun and professional. We will not do business with anyone else but Ontario Auto sales in the future and highly recommended everyone to do the same! Thanks a million for the experience!

At a crazy time in my life dealing with my fathers cancer, Aric s team and staff, made car shopping effortlessly. Literally, his team did all the daunting tasks of purchasing a vehicle, with A LOT of patients...The staff prides itself on customer service, and absolutely, will go, above and beyond ensuring your happy and comfortable while purchasing a vehicle. These guys helped me get my dream truck !!! The owner Rj and his salesmen aric worked with me every step of the way to get the EXACT truck I wanted ( 2016 gmc 3500 Denali) I must have talked to each one of them 10 times on the phone. Very good communication on both their parts. After all the paper work was finalized and the truck was mine, they wouldn t let me leave the lot until their detailer Collin gave my truck a full detail inside and out. Truck only had 25k and looked better than most bran new trucks I looked at!! Great job Ontario auto you now have a forever customer!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THESE GUYS

Aric went above and beyond to deliver my fianc� (Dan) s new truck and plow . Even personally delivered the plow out to us , 30 minutes away from the shop. Myself working at a dealership am beyond impressed at the customer service and honesty in Aric and his staff. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and now know where I m going to upgrade when the good ol jeeps down for the count!! Thanks a million guys !! Would like to give negative stars......Purchased a snowmobile from them and it took over a month to get the registration(No Temporary). They are terrible businessmen with no sense of urgency. Was told numerous times they were picking up my registration the next day and this has gone on for weeks. Come to find out it was only processed the other day. THE ARE LIARS!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Horrible ownership I bought a tow truck from the owner thru the business and he lied to me I came all the way from indianapolis got the truck home and I'm close to 10k in repairs before it will even tow cars he won't respond to text or calls he's should be put out of business

Spoke to someone on the phone about a truck he said he has it in stock and will not take a deposit to hold it for me he wants me to drive all the way from Texas to New York and maybe the truck will be there when I get there
