Was initially told that they would be here between eight and 12 in the morning after hearing nothing by 3 PM I was informed that they would be here before the end of the day. No one ever showed waited till the next day called in the morning asked if someone would be arriving was told that drivers don t come at specific times and that it wasn t gonna be between eight and Waited till 330 the next day and had to call once again to find out if someone was actually coming. The amount paid let s not even talk about that I could ve gotten way more. I just need it out of the driveway and didn t want to deal with the hassle of selling myself.Service: Vehicle purchasing

I found this service to be extremely organized and smooth, thanks in large part to Arthur, who guided me through the process and got me a fair price for my truck. Everything went quickly and I had a check in the agreed amount when the truck was picked up. Arthur was very responsive when I contacted him with questions. i had a good experience they were fast getting a quote to me . the only part i had a problem with was the pick i waited over six hours in two days they said they were on their way to get it and never showed up . the next day i was given a time they would be there and it was two and a half hours later.Services: Vehicle purchasing, Vehicle wreckingServices: Vehicle purchasing, Vehicle wrecking

I ve always been skeptical of trusting any company like this that I find online with how this world is. After talking with Esteban I was comfortable with working with them and giving them a shot. They were fast about doing this and the tow service was amazing and nice. I got my check before he loaded up my vehicle and the check cleared in a day. They gave me 3 guaranteed offers. The first was $998, then $701, then $519 all online over chat within a couple days of each other . The $519 is what they gave me in the end. I am not pleased with that service. Is something is Guaranteed then that should be the final option. The only part that was seamless was when the tow truck driver picked up the vehicle. He was kind and worked quickly and smoothly. Overall I rate them a 3.Service: Vehicle purchasing

My husband called Cash for cars. Eric Core (a representative) asked a few basic questions about my vehicle. I then received a fair purchase offer for my vehicle. Once I agreed to this offer, Eric quickly scheduled a pickup appointment.When the flatbed tow truck driver arrived, the driver got out of his vehicle, came to me in my driveway, and proceeded to write a check for the amount of the offer that had been given to me.I handed him the signed title of the vehicle, along with the keys.I said thank you, and the driver loaded the truck onto the flatbed and left.The process was very easy.(I only wish that they would have given me a smaller window of time that the driver would arrive.) Because of that, I give them 4 stars.I would urge anyone to call Cash for cars. Eric Core was professional and made the process very easy.Service: Vehicle purchasing

I recd an offer on an older 2008 FJ that was so strong I doubted Cars for Cash was even legit! However, it all worked out great and I got paid what was offered without any haggle at the last second as I have read on other reviews. Cars for Cash is effectively associated to established local companies (salvage/auctioneers, etc) where everything becomes locally verifiable. I admit it! I was nervous and cautious but turns out this company is 100% legit. Nice people to talk to and overall an A+ experience.

Sujay was a pro, gave me the best offer of several, and patiently kept that offer alive while I waited for lein release paperwork for an old car loan still on the title. Very good at walking me through the process, which was easy. Just needed my title, the lein release, and the keys, no other DMV forms. The third party tow company that we scheduled to come between 8 a.m. and noon didn't show until 4:30 p.m., stuff happens sometimes. Other than that it all went very well. Quick and easy experience. Worked with Copart in Central Square, NY.The tow driver was on time and very courteous, he wrote me the check in the amount promised before loading on the flatbed.Overall it was a great experience.

My car was totaled in an accident 8/3/2021. The insurance company, via Copart bid, offered $2,546 for the junk value of the car, with the price guaranteed through 9/5/2021. Unfortunately, the bank that held the lien on the car did not issue a release of lien until 9/8/2021. Copart reduced its offer to $1,750, a reduction of $796. I eventually got them to increase the offer to $1,800, but this was still significantly lower than the initial offer, and caused other financial hardship. It was still a higher offer than other local junk yards would have paid, or this would have been a 1 star.Service: Vehicle wrecking

I know they have to make money, but they don't need to make ALL of it from my one trade. I'm sure they work with local scrap yards and take a cut. Do your self a favor and call the scrap yards yourself. U Pull U Save offered my double without a negotiation. Also free towing.

Fast and easy. I dropped my Van off and they cut me a check. I did have the option to have them pick it up , but since I was driving that was I did not use pu service. Was in and out within 5mins. Sold a 2009 dodge caravan se , 159,000 miles , check engine light, ABS light and air bag light on. Need the whole front end repaired, body damage to the whole left side. . Pay out was $700.00.
