Young guys working here were helpful and kind and changed my wiper blades and my oil in 30 minutes. It was a rainy Thursday afternoon so not busy.

Edmon at Centereach Walmart Automotive is the best in the business. We just had a tire replaced by Edmon. From start to finish in less than an hour. Edmon is knowledgeable, helpful, polite, friendly and should be considered a valuable employee by Walmart. The Centereach Walmart Automotive Center is great. Thanks to all.. Tom Barberio.

I hate leaving bad reviews. I ve been here on two different occasions. The first time my brother had an appointment for his tires they rudely canceled the appointment and were like yeah your appointment is canceled . I went yesterday and I scheduled an oil change appointment online 2 minutes I m there the guy doesn t even look at my car and was like yeah we don t have the filter for your car . This is not good service. From now on I won t use this place for oil change or any car service will just stick to mavis or the Hyundai dealership. The past 2 trips have been a waste of time and gas.

Tried to get out of the tire warranty I purchased after my tire went flat a week after I bought it - not a good look. It took me weeks to get anyone to help me, and rather than a new tire, they "fixed" the flat one, which was flat again by the time I got home. Mechanics were also incredibly rude to me. Whether its out of incompetence or maliciousness is unsure, but honestly? Avoid this place, there are way better options out there.

We have been on 3 different occasions, and they have never solved us. They always say they can not do anything. today for example the tire was deflated by a screw and they said they could not do anything because the patches they put on the tires are very large. They did not even give us another solution, even if it was the purchase of a new one. What bad service.

If your not getting your tires from walmart your probably spending more than you have to. Edmun takes care of me every time I come here. He has been in the business for years and knows exactly what to do when I come in with an issue. Great advice and there is no competition for the service provided at centereach vs other walmart service locations because of him. The entire staff here makes sure the jobs are done the right way the first time and thats massive. Thanks again

Tried to call several times and no one ever answers the phone.Wanted to check the availability of the tires I wanted to purchase before heading out there.When I arrived at the location they did not have the tires in stock.

With this Walmart you will hear I apologize all the time.They need two hours for a simple oil change. Said they would call me when they were done - they didn t.Next time I have a flat tire. Two employees, one after the other, tell me on the phone that they can repair the tire if I arrive before 6 pm. I arrive at 5:20 - guess what, they are closing.Skip the apologies and go someplace better.

Yeah it's a Walmart lube and tire shop. You get exactly what you pay for. It's the cheapest local option. Complaining that they take too much time or aren't the most efficient is an overevaluation of the price. Don't go to Olive garden and complainin that the staff wasn't up to par with an expensive restaurant you went to. It's the same case here. They are average. Pretty quick and most importantly CHEAP, if you want great and speedy service Mavis or any other tire shop near by will work. But expect to pay for it.

I went in walmart, 161 Centereach mall for oil change. I reveived a very bad service. The guy nerver said anything abt the car after oil change even though there is a maintenance sign on the monitor. Next day i went for tire rotation , he pushed me to purchage new tire even though i just bought those new tire from another place. He was negative to rotate the tire.

Cheap place to get an oil change. But get used to waiting up to two hours even if theres only 2 cars ahead of you. Was 3 stars but now 1.This place has gotten so bad. Customer sevice is horrible here. Cars waiting 15 minutes in line to even be acknowledged ( have to go inside to get someone to assit you). After waiting and dropping the car off we get a phone call telling us they dont have the proper supplies to do an oil change. I understand good help is hard to find, but im sure you can find better.

super fast service best price for best oil change they go above and beyond on my tire rotation they put anti seize on my lug nuts tighten the rims and then torque them drove the car came back and we torgue them 5 star service

Place is terrible. Pulled up. Empty shop. Asked if I could get tires rotated. Told to make an appointment. PLACE WAS EMPTY!!!! Employee sitting in tire rack outside smoking a cigarette. Place is awful. Avoid it......

Bought tires from walmart.com so i could get them put on my car and balanced for free, just to go in and they refuse to put my car up on wood blocks to get it on the lift. Just sent me away.

Best Tires and Lube in this area. I went there with 68 percent of oil (should change at 60%) and they still changed the oil and checked everything. I went to double N and they did nothing but charge me.

They guy who does the work outside is so nice, but the old man inside is the worst,his name is mike, he is so rude, foul mouthed, he doesn't know how to deal with the customers. I don't understand how you hire people like that. The customer service is very important.

Need something not so expensive, you can use this store. It will not give you the same service as Jiffy Lube, since it is almost half of jiffy lube. Employees are good.

this auto center sucks! went for 4 tires and guy said he couldn't get 1lug off,I would have to take to mechanic! I took it to cousin and it came right off,so now I am wasting 2 .ore hours and being inconvenienced while they put my last tire on!! Do not go to this auto center,they are not good!

They were prompt and very friendly. The supervisor was very helpful ( Unfortunately can t remember his name ) and understanding! Overall it was a good experience

Had a bad battery still within the warranty period. They took care of it in 10 mins. Fast and efficient.
