Very good auto shop! Steve was professional and honest, and the costs were fair. Its apparent customer service is at the top of the list. Turn around time for work was quick. ( Full head gasket job). I highly recommend this shop!

Would definitely recommend this shop after the repair of my Ford Edge most mechanics stated I needed engine replacement. After speaking with Scott he assured me that I would need to flush the system oil and replace the water pump. So happy to know the car is back on the road and runs great. I had a timing chain done on my 2010 Camaro, they had it done in no time and the price was fair for the work done, also the person who worked on it car took cert good care of it, better than another shop I went to. US1 Auto is quite the gem in Centereach. I have been taking all of my cars there for the last 16 years. They are always honest, fair, and the work is superb. It's my Cheers for auto repair! If you have not checked them out, give them a try, you will not regret it.

Went other day to inquire about prices and diagnosis. "Receptionist" was rude and unwilling to assist me. Sat there and just gave me yes/no responses. Very Unfriendly.. i will go across the street to a more professional establishment

I have been looking for a good repair shop and went here due to a recommendation by a family member. They absolutely handled the issue I came in for but broke a number of things along the way. Granted they were superficial for the most part (scratched the screed on my stereo for example) but when you spend good money for a task you really shouldn't have to settle for disregard of your property.

These guys are amazing! In a world where shops often try to take advantage, especially of a female driver, these guys go above and beyond every time!! Today their honest opinion was that my money would be better spent on a newer vehicle. So many shops would have gone ahead and done the work, knowing that it would be a bad investment. Love these guys!

I m a new customer that just moved to the area, at first I chose them for the location, being walking distance to home. After they did a repair on my Jeep that I thought would be very costly, they did it for a very reasonable price.
