I've waited for well over a month for a call back have not received a call back I was supposed to have work done by you guys and never ever heard back from you guys well over a month is gone by I was told I would receive a call back several times. It's now gotten to the point where I'm going to purchase the bumper myself paint it prime and clear coat it all myself . Extremely unsatisfied. I leave five stars for almost everyone. This happens to be one of those moments where I leave a one star . And I have good reason to do so. Police accident report was from a mustang 6 months ago has nothing to do with this situation I'm the guy with the 2003 Corvette. If you went back that far you would have seen my Corvette.

I would like to thank Paul and his staff for the wonderful experience at Silver Stars Auto body. From start to finish- they were always polite and just a pleasure to deal with. Paul and his staff did excellent work repairing scratches on my car after it was vandalized, restoring the car back to brand new status. They even cleaned the inside for me and gave me extra paint for touch ups if needed. I highly recommend this auto body shop. I would definitely use them again.

Paul and his team did an amazing job with my 2019 Hyundai Tucson! They went above and beyond with repairs to my vehicle. Paul and his team were so good that they saw things that were done to the vehicle that were wrong and corrected it. I highly recommend Silver Star! I had a brand new 2023 Acadia that was struck by a deer causing extensive damage. Paul and his team were able to make it look brand new again and in a timely fashion. They were in touch with me through the entire process providing updates and progress reports. Very professional!

After getting rear ended my dad told me to bring my car here , everyone was beyond amazing, I m so glad I brought my car here they do fabulous work . I can t thank them enough for all the help they gave me . If you looking for a good auto body shop this is your place .

I highly recommend Silver Star Auto Body---My experience was in the Centereach location. The owner Paul, who I dealt with directly, was very accommodating installing a new side view mirror assembly and a new fog light, both that I purchased and supplied for him to install; which Paul did with no caveats such as "can't guarantee it" or other negative comments you may usually expect to hear. The installation was perfect and the pearlescent spray painting of the mirror cap matched perfectly. His price was very fair, but more importantly, Paul is a gentleman businessman--so rare in this field. I highly recommend Silver Star Auto Body for all your car body needs. Thank you again Paul

I ve used them twice now and would again if need be. The staff is awesome - friendly, accommodating and professional. My car looks great and the process after having been in an accident was easy and smooth. I am so impressed for the second time with this company. Kelly is fantastic and she went out of her way to help me with my Sangria/Marron SUV. She is always friendly and kind. Paul was wonderful, professional, and a nice guy. He did all the body work and made my SUV look brand new. You wound never know it was in an accident. It was shinier that when I brought it. The most honest reliable and organized body shop around. Frank and Kelly Are great! From dealing with insurance to setting up car rental, it was all taken care of. I even got a return phone call on a Sunday! My car was done earlier then expected and was fully detailed inside and out. It looked amazing! So glad I found them and highly recommend!

I was there in February 2022 and Paul was able to quickly buff out a scratch on my car. I loved it so much it brought tears to my eyes. I drive a Burgunday 2016 Kia Sorento. I have been here a few times. I love seeing Kelly who is so nice, accomodating and when she see's me I'm greeted with a smile. I love Paul for his expert professional service. He is friendly, and a fantastic man. I would absolutly recommend this business.Services: Painting, Auto detailing

Had such a great experience, first class all the way. Super happy with the work done and the staff. They did a beautiful job on repair and my car came back to me so clean. I was pleasantly surprised! Kelly was AWESOME! She handled the entire process for me. Could not have made it any easier. Will highly recommend to anyone looking for body work.

Janet, Frankie and the rest of their skilled team at Silver Star turned a not so pleasant experience (accident) into a great one! Janet kept me informed every step of the way, and coordinated everything for me with my insurance company as well as setting me up with a rental car. They exceeded my expectations on all fronts, and my car looks better than it did when I picked it up at the showroom! Just recently brought my car to this shop after a car accident and all I can say is WOW! Kelly was awesome and so willing to make this process as easy as possible and great customer service. I will be using them again if I ever need work done again! I would highly recommend to anyone!

I was recommended to Silverstar Auto Body through Tire Guys in Selden who I trust to do honest and quality work, without feeling like I am being scammed.First off the customer service is quality! The receptionist knows what She is doing and understands that She is working with customers who are busy like She is.Long story short, Medford Auto Complete Service Center was supposed to tow my car. After the original time of 12:00pm was established, they did not show, if I did not call back I may not have heard anything from them. When I did call back they informed me that they don't know when the person coming to tow the car would be available. After I waited 6 hours for the duration of the process, and calling back, they couldn't even provide me with an estimated time frame to pick up the car. The manager paid no attention to the service I was receiving, just simply told me that they couldn't let me know anything at the time. After hanging up I called Silver Star, the receptionist mentioned they can get someone to me within the hour, and the tow truck arrived in 15 minutes!My rating for this company was based upon my overall experience. Besides what I mentioned above, here are other factors, that contributed to my decision:-They have been established since 1991-They cared and payed attention to details when they repaired the external part of my car.-Fixed additional interior items without charge-The overall work was quality and done in good time-I was consistently updated without having to figure out what was going on.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Body & Trim

Brought my car after my first accident, Kelly walked me through the whole process and answered every question I had. They put great effort into all their work, and it shows from the quality. I received my car back in a better condition than I even bought it in. 100% would recommend.

Kelly is amazing to speak too, she answered all of the questions an helped me with all my needs. The car came out amazing. No problems at all and looked better then brand new. My experience with this auto body shop has been awesome from the very first call to get my car towed.I spoke with Kelly who is really nice and helpful while being professional and sympathetic..after getting hit from behind a bad experience turned into me believing in people again..my car came back to me looking brand new!! i actually told my friend it looks better than when i drove it off the lot..they did everything they promised and more..really nice people. I would highly recommend this shop..Thank you Silver Auto Body Shop for everything!!!

THESE GUYS (AND KELLY!) ARE AWESOME!My baby, my 2014 Durango, was in an accident. I just got it and it's better than it was before the accident! I'm so happy I chose them to fix her!Besides the work, the employees are extremely easy to work with and a pleasure!Definitely choose Silver Star! No way could you be disappointed!

I have to give a shout out to this awesome business! I came by the shop last week and asked how much it would cost to get all of the scratches out of my car, a tree that was blown by the wind in a storm last year left long very visable scratches all across my passenger side. The owner Paul told me come by next week, and I will take care of it FOR FREE!! I came in today, he was a man of his word! Spent an hour fixing it, all scratches are gone! He wouldn't even accept a tip from me, he refused! I asked him why would he do something so nice for a complete stranger, he said he loves the locals and tries to help out where he can! He also owns a shop in Farmingdale. Please consider giving them your business if you need some body work done, I can't believe he got all of the scratches out, and for FREE
