Allen is the man and Samantha behind the counter couldn't be any better. This shop is great!e We bring everything from our work trucks to my own personal cars here. Allen's an honest straight forward guy and I wouldn't feel comfortable bringing my vehicles anywhere else. I highly recommend trying their services, their prices are fair, service fast, and they always have coffee and snacks in case theres a wait!!

Called last minute to get an inspection and they were able to fit me right away. The folks who work there were friendly, welcoming and overall just awesome. What a refreshing feeling leaving a mechanic! I'd definitely bring my car back for any additional service if needed and will be spreading the word about this great place!!!

What awesome customer and honest service. I have my 2005 Mercedes and 1987 Toyota compact pickup truck serviced by their staff. Inspections are quickly taken care of. Alan and Samantha are great people and gives no BS. I am so confidnet in their honesty that I sent my sister to them as well and I've never hear any complaints from her.

Wow.... Stumbled on this place because I live so close and couldn't be more impressed. I work on cars and they were so honest, fast and did the work for a great price that I'll never go anywhere else ever again. It was the first place I checked to get the fix done so I feel like I just won the lotto! :-p Just go. You won't be sorry.

They did great work! I was very thankful and appreciative for the quick repairs on one of my trucks. Same day repair and great prices. The owner was so courteous and great personality. He answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the day. I would refer everyone, friends and family to this shop. You cant go wrong! Its6very hard to find a good repair shop that is trustworthy and have enough knowledge. **For example I went to a repair shop in coram and they said the noise and problem was the compressor for the air conditioner. I walked right out. I knew it was the water pump but wanted to see what they found to be wrong. Then went to this shop and it was in fact what I thought. Just because I'm a woman doesnt make me a person easily manipulated and taken advantage of. I do work on ny vehicles but this would've been a little over 2 hours to do myself but I'm injured and also wanted truck reviewed since I hot an inspection done as well.

Visiting grandma from out of state with the wife, kids and dog. Leaving to go back home the next day. Passenger side wheel hub was making a racket. Alan and his staff took a look and replaced all that was needed and got us right back on schedule. I strongly recommend this honest and trustworthy mechanic. Great staff and great service!! I m just sorry I won t be able to use him more often...

Allen and the folks over at old Nichols service station are exceptional. The customer service is unparalleled. They offer great service for affordable pricing. The work and shop are amazing. They offer early bird/ night owl drop off and they treat you right. If you're not going to Allen for service you might be overpaying. Honest , dependable and reliable. A+

100% honest and very fair pricing. I service my cars, my daughter and grandchildren's' vehicles and cannot say enough. I happen to live right around the corner from the shop and they are excellent neighbors as well.

I called and got an appointment for the same day. Alan was quick and efficient with the inspection. Very nice customer service. Would recommend to anyone. If you need an inspection this is the spot on Middle Country Rd.

I love them ( Best shop nicest people) stationhelp me every time I had a problem On my car they go on and beyond what they should have to do I can't rave enough about them they're the one of I give them 5 Stars!!! they done the littlest Things To the biggest things even came to my house 1 time and jump my car since I'm down the road from them They do excellent work the people there are very courteous they treat you like family in this day and age how many places can say that I wouldn't go anywhere else I suggest if you wanna be treated like family you try this old Nichols repairs Shop you can't go wrongServices: Electrical repair, Engine repair, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Worst place ive ever worked for . Promise a certain wage and gave me a different one .told customers one thing but did the complete opposite. I worked here i know what goes on behind closed doors. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!
