My father and I both use Micheals Auto Specialist for as long as they have been part of this community! To sum it up there s nothing they can t fix and they do a phenomenal job and always try to save us money! I highly recommend Micheals Auto Specialist as a matter of fact I m going there this morning to get my car inspected!!

I've been going to Michael's for years and they have always been friendly, and honest with very reasonable prices. Plus, I have never felt like I was being ripped off or overcharged. Dishonest shop with very poor customer service and business etiquette. The owner gave me a price for the part and labor. Then at the time of pick up, the bill was drastically higher. His explanation was: the price he gave me was when he didn t have the paper in front him. Yet he called me right after he priced out the part. At the time of pick up, he was very unprofessional and rude.When asked about the warranty: first he said it was for one year. When I asked him to write it down, he said 12,000 miles. This guy does not stick to anything he says. I would never go back here or recommend him to anyone.Whatever price he gives you, plan on paying $500+ more at time of pick up!** I had to edit this review because the service I received was even worse than I thought. **When I picked up my vehicle, the guy told me it had a new problem, a severe oil leak. He claimed he didn t know how it happened nor could he fix it. I took the car to an actual bmw specialist who was honest and told me that the valve cover was cracked when michaels auto specialist changed the timing chain. That was causing the oil leak. Michaels auto specialist carelessness resulted in damaging the valve cover which costed $500 just for the part. So not only was I treated poorly and over charged at Michaels auto specialist, I had to pay an additional $900 elsewhere to get my vehicle properly fixed.DO NOT GO HERE! They are dishonest people who won t do the right thing by their customers!!!!!

Michael's work is literally flawless. The prices are fair and the work is done quickly. I I had my bumper and quarter panel repaired in less than 5 days. Highly recommend them. He also explains in detail what is being done and why, with a full breakdown on the estimate.

Always honest, professional and never looking to make a buck on you by suggesting something needs to be fixed that does not. My family and I have been taking our cars to Chris & Mike since 1982 and going strong till this day.

Mike is one of those "honest mechanics" that people speak of but don't usually come across. He has helped my wife with her car a few times and has earned a life long customer.

I needed a New York state inspection on my Jeep and they were happy to help right away. I was literally in and out in under 10 minutes. Great service.

They're quick, honest, fair with prices, and overall just solid dudes. I prefer fixing what I can myself, but this is definitely my go to shop if I can't.

Detailed work and troubleshooting. Won't throw parts at a symptom until it goes away. You want that, go to the Dealership.
