The first time I walked in there I already felt positive vibes. Sandy and Tommy are the two nicest people I ve come across in a long time. Let me tell you I m a very critical person so just saying this was a great experience I have to tell you why. Besides the work that was done on my car which was excellent thank you guys I didn t have the pleasure of meeting you. The first thing I look for is politeness I walked in and was immediately greeted with a hello even from the young man who I m thinking worked in the back. Their work is top notch and the professionalism of them really says it all. So take my advice this is the place to go. I don t go around giving 5 stars to everyone. I would actually give them 10 stars but it s not available. I would just like to thank the whole staff that worked on my car also. Thank you

We had a large door scratch and fender dent on our 2018 GMC Acadia repaired this past week. The workmanship was excellent. It looks brand new again. Most wouldn't care much about anything else. However as a fellow business owner, I can tell you that the customer service was top notch. Everyone we encountered was honest, kind, friendly, and professional. They went out of their way to save us money where they could and stayed after closing time so we could have our vehicle back before the holiday. I will highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you all!

My license plate screws were old and rusted and wouldn t budge. When I tried to remove them myself they screws snapped in half. I pulled up to Grobens and hoped they could help me out. They were very busy but rich said no problem and took my car to the back. Less than an hour later my car was ready to go and they even put in some new screws since the ones I purchased wouldn t fit. Lifesaver! When I took my wallet out rich just shook my hand and said we all need a hand sometimes. If they treat a walk in like this I can only imagine how they treat their serious customers! Great place and even better employees! Thanks groben!!!

They do great work. My Jeep looks better than new. They do all the work with your Insurance Company and treat their customers extremely well. Rich and his entire staff are terrific

After careful review of other auto body shops in the Suffolk county area. I came here. I must say between the professional and pleasant nature of my friends here I would recommend everyone to do business with them. They go the extra mile and keep you up to date via text and on their online portal so you are never left wondering.

I just want to give a huge shout out to Grobens for being so attentive and fixing my jeep. My car was hit head on while it was parked and you would never be able to tell. It drove feeling like it was brand new again. I can t thank you guys enough for your hard work.

Got into an automobile accident and need auto body work? Look no further... Grobens Auto Body of Centereach is the place to go. I have used them multiple times through the years and have always been pleased. Just recently, I had damage to my brand new Mazda. Rich and his team did a superb job (showroom finish) . Rich was awesome, he helped coordinate a rental and kept us apprised of the vehicle status throughout the process. Save yourself time and hassle, go to Grobens and ask for Rich. You'll be glad you did.

They literally took advantage of a car that need a body repair that should have been done no longer then 5 days. Now it's 8 days. Crooks!

The staff at grobens is amazing! I needed a new seatbelt and Jeff the parts guy ordered it and it came the very next day! Rich installed it right there for me so I didn t have to drop it off. And Tracy was so kind and had my paperwork all ready to go for me so I was in and out. I highly recommend grobens to anyone who needs big or small repairs!

I had the misfortune of being rear-ended and colliding with Bambi in a span of twelve months, and in both cases, Groben's was professional, friendly, timely, and reassuring in an obviously stressful time. Most importantly, the work was beautiful. I worked with Rich in the case of my deer collision this month and he was straightforward, honest, and notified me of any updates as my car was being repaired. I actually had some minor, preexisting body damage that he offered to repair for me for a very fair price as well. As a woman I feel like I constantly have to go above and beyond to ensure I'm not being ripped off when it comes to buying cars and making repairs (if you know, you know!) but I felt Rich was extremely sincere, honest and knowledgeable. All support staff are also very kind and accommodating. The work is beautiful; My car looked like an absolute wreck when it came in and it came out looking brand new on both occasions. It looks like nothing ever happened, which is the best case scenario. I would recommend this shop and Rich in particular to anyone who needs body work done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

my dad called asking if they do car inspections and the lady on the phone had an attitude as if she doesnt know about car inspections. as a receptionist myself, it was a simple question, do you do car inspections , the lady says, DO I do car inspections? my dad wasnt LITERALLY ASKING THE LADY TO DO IT. the auto body needs to find a new knowledgable receptionist. we get it, people can have bad days, this isnt the job for you then.

Incredible company!! Fantastic communication about work and time frame! They were absolutely amazing to do business with!! After all the work was done, I picked up my car and the cleaned the outside AND the inside!! It was a simple gesture that really went a long way! I will definitely be using them in the future and will recommend them to everyone!

I had used grobens twice, from two separate accidents and was very happy with the body work done both times as well as the customer service. I have to say they are the best!!! From the first day I brought it in until I picked it up, everything went smooth. Got my car back and it looks great wouldn't even know I was in an accident. They even cleaned it inside and out my car looks great!!!! Everyone is super friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend them. If I ever need an auto body shop again this is where I will be going!!!! They are the best!!!!!

I recently had my first experience with an auto body shop, and I am so happy it was with Groben's. I had put a claim into my insurance company for my 2011 Acura TSX. I had extensive body damage from what must have been a hail storm of acorns (at the right angle my care looked like a golf ball) and they recommended Groben's to me. When I arrived Dallas greeted me warmly at the counter. She was friendly and engaging making sure that all my questions were answered fully before she proceed processing the assessment of my damage. I was happily surprised when I halfheartedly brought up a question about the quality of parts that would be used in my car, she instantly stopped what she was doing and made sure that she got me the correct information by calling Matt into the office. From there on Matt took exceptional care of my repair and provided impressively professional service. He keeping me informed about what was going on with my vehicle the entire time that they had it. I walked away with a stunning repair (literally looks better than the day I bough it) and confidence that nothing but top quality work went into my repair. Thank you so much for your great work and professionalism!

Ive used Grobans twice as I unfortunately was in two separate car accidents and both times the process was very smooth and the staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The staff at grobans contacted me numerous times about the status of my car as well as the enterprise office was very fast and efficient in assisting with having a rental car readily available for me. I requested Grobans before my insurance company even mentioned that they were affiliated, I highly recommend for a smooth and efficient service

*~BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!~* they get paid from the insurance company but because the insurance company does not follow up and cant supervise the shop to make sure they are truthful these people are scam artists & I call it how I see it. Long story short geico Express paid them for Mitsubishi parts & they ordered aftermarket parts and had the audacity to install these parts on my car and try to give me my car back with aftermarket parts. Also, they changed the original discussion of what was being fixed without my authorization. I ended up bringing a friend with me to pick up my car and luckily he noticed the car had a multitude of issues. We refused to accept the car and after multiple arguments they finally did the right thing which should have been done in the first place. They had my car a month for a bumper and headlight fix

everyone was great, one stop shop for my Geico policy. walked in, they contacted Enterprise whole going over what was needed insurance wise (didn't know I needed to make an appointment with Enterprise but they did that too)painless and quick, my car looks beans new.they even installed a new rear wiper blade I asked them to get from the dealer (because they were getting other parts from them) and I may have neglected that wiper a little bit . 12.32 cost to me, they could have up charged or then some labor on it but nope 12.32 and now my wiper is also as new as my car looks lol.pick up as just as smooth, signature, walk around, drop the keys to the rental and I'm on my way.hope they take USAA if I ever need them in the future (hopefully not but )
