These tires from E & M were Three Hundred bucks less than the Nissan Dealer who services my car. And they were the same tires. The installer took less than 30 mins time get all four tires installed. I was thrilled and will use this company again in the future when needed. Many thanks E & M.

I went there roughly a month ago for a leaking tire valve stem. The tech was nice however he stated he had trouble with the tire sensor. Little did I know he removed it without telling me and gave me back the wheel. I thought it was a faulty tire sensor that had to replace for the longest time, not thinking they would do this to a customer. Lesson learned stay away from this place!

First off. They were the only spot open on a Saturday afternoon but the service was magnificent. Stop to balance my tires and the tech showed me other unsafe areas that could be contributing to my problem. They worked hard to correct the issue and never hesitated to present options to every situation. Thats for making my family safe and comfortable.

I needed a new back driver side tire. For a balance rotation and tire, $70. Brought the tire, had them change it, brought it home and put my tire back on myself. Came back for the rotation and balance, they re changing the front two tires for the same price. SUPER SUPER nice. VERY inexpensive and won t break the bank. For a balance, it s $15 per tire. Basically only $60 to balance all four tires. DEFINITELY will be coming back and recommending E&M Used Tires to friends

These guys do amazing work! I bought 4 used Good Year Assurance new tires here. $240 for everything and the tread left is atleast 30,000 miles. These tires are better than brand new ones I got at Mavis last time I bought new tires and cost over $500.... I am now here with my mom's old car getting tire work done.

I went there to get my wheels swapped off of my car, I then had him remove the tires off the wheels he swapped off my car and put those tires on the other wheels I gave him.So in the process of him removing the tires off the wheels he scratched 1 of my wheels, which is now going to cost me over $150.00 to fix. I went back there and talked to the guy myself. He refused to pay for the damage to the wheel, in my opinion he definitely should pay for this wheel!I would not recommend the shop to anyone! I definitely felt that they overcharged me over $150.00 for this and I definitely get the feeling that they charge more money to "certain types of people" .This guy should definitely be taken to small claims court, he's a liar and a thief! Stay far away from this shop and this dirtbag place so you don't get ripped off and taken advantage of!

They had reasonable prices. When I told them that I needed to replace tires just to last me a free more months until my lease they informed me that a lease turn in should have 4 of the same tire otherwise I may be charged. I ended up not purchasing due to this but even though they didn't get a sale that day they will be the first I turn to in the future for my other vehicles. They could've easily made a sale and told me nothing. Need more honest businesses like this.

It was 6:40pm on Friday July 28th 2023.I asked for service on a tired that needed service and the 2 guys did not help because they said they closed at 7pm.What shop closes at 640pm?.when it says close at 7pm.Horrible service!!

I went in to just have my tire inflated. Low on air because I broke the bead avoiding a pothole. The tire still had some pressure when he rolled it behind the shop and then he comes out of the back with my tire leaking air and a nail hole in it that wasn't there before he took it. He said, tire is no good and wanted to charge me $60 for a used tire when he damaged my tire himself. I will never go there and do not recommend the shop to anyone. Now I have to buy a tire thanks for being a terrible establishment!!

Excellent service -1 star for charging more than price quoted over phone. -2 stars for replacement tires having a 50/50 chance of holding air over the long term. Bought 4 tires from them and 2 of the 4 have a slow air leak.+1star for flat tire repair, they diligently patch the tire from the inside.Should you patron this business, it depends, it's a personal decision based on your needs & budget.

Based on the reviews ,I decided to try them out. Prior to going in, I decided to give them a call and told them exactly what I needed to get done. They quoted me a price over the phone which I thought was reasonable. After getting together the tires I needed the work done on and taking the time to get there, when I showed up I spoke with the same guy from the phone call earlier in the day. He then told me a price much higher than the one we spoke about on the phone, almost $100 more than we spoke about. Very disappointed and unprofessional with the way this turned out. Never going here again.

Great customer service. I had called 20 different shops to see if they had my size tire since i had a flat and had a donut on. They were the only ones who had the size. They were extemely helpful and really niceWill def go back if i need another tire

One of the only tire shops on Long Island who know what they are doing.Mavis screwed up my tire pressure sensor and sold me a aftermarket replacement that never worked.Had to get original sensor from dealer and have E & M install it.They were even able to avoid balancing wheel save of me money by marking where the tire valve was and reinstalled the tire in the same spot.Great job!

The best tire shop on Long Island hands down. Friendly staff, competitive prices and great quality. I've been going there for years and recommended it to everyone and will not go anywhere else. They don't just sell used tires but also new. Any tire and also rims. They have the biggest selection to pick from.

Went here to get tires replaced on my Sante Fe. Was extremely lerry of having used tires put on my truck. Ricardo was a great help he put 4 tires on my truck that were virtually brand new! Very happy with my experience, The staff are very courteous and the store is absolutely spotless inside and out. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great deal ! Thanks guys!

My tires were shot on my Mercedes CLA 250. Went to Mercedes and was not pleased with their price. Checked this place out and was offered half the price of what Mercedes tried to sell me!!! This place is professional and isn't looking to rip anyone off. Would definitely recommend.

they sold me a good set of name brand tires at a very affordable price, and got them mounted, balanced and installed very quickly, The staff was friendly too. I will go back next time i have a vehicle in need of tires.

Went to 5-6 different tire shops and most were closed , said I'm closing within an hour or comeback tomorrow....This shop fixed my tire in literally 10 minutes and I was back and ready on the road....Highly recommend....

Tire was running low really fast while I was getting gas a couple of stores down the street figured I would find a mechanic down the street and saw this guys shop pulled in he came out checked it out there was a huge piece of glass in my front tire gave me a tire for 40 bucks done in 10 mins then I went about my business-definitely made my day easier than what I thought it would be - Happy customer
