This is my go-to place for auto parts and tools. Both the price and service are stellar and Tom the manager is outstanding. Not only were they able to help me find my parts that I needed for my car but they were also able to give me some great tips and advice. Don't bother going anywhere else because you found the auto parts store that you need and the location that has service above and beyond.Update: Still great prices and service, even with new employees and management.

Had a great experience at the store today. I am not a frequent flyer and was really lost. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Went outside and helped me to swap windshield wipers, found right batteries not only for my car key but also garage door! Definitely coming back and the price was right. Thank you guys!

Exeptional customer service. They had me saved money on wiper blades, and put them on for me. It was raining hard, but they did it with a smile. I must say the customer service is at best at this location.

Meet with Rob today at the Centereach NY location it was a very pleasant experience. We had got the 3 year warranty on the Duralast Gold rotors and breaks. They had everything we needed in stock. We got our rotors and breaks replaced for free with our warranty. Great and exceptional customer service.

Not a bad experience open till 9:00 on Sunday which helps a lot if you car is messed up and you have to get it together before the work week

Spoke t a man yesterday about a part ,he said he would put it away with my name and when I went there they sold it worst auto zone in the world and it was priced at 12.49 had to go to rokoma and was treated like a queen ended up costing me 54.99 this is not a good store at all need be credited the amount they quoted me

Went in to get a new battery for my car tonight. Tom, Paige and Corey were all very so nice and helpful.Tom went above and beyond to help me with some electrical complication my car was having. He didn t stop until he figured it all out. I m not car smart so he really made this process easier and non stressful for me. He's a very hard worker and cares about his customers. Thanks again to everyone at AutoZone in Centereach. I will be back for sure.

My husband and I were there last night for a diagnostic test. Turned out we needed a new battery for my Chevy. Corey, the associate, made everything super easy and was very accommodating. He checked on us multiple times as we changed the battery in the parking lot and made an inconvenient situation much better. Afterwards, he ran another diagnostic to make sure the alternator was good and to see if anything else had to be replaced. Thanks to him, I can now drive at ease knowing everything is good again. Not to mention, he stood with us in the rain....talk about going the extra mile. Thank you again Corey!

This store is has good customer support, at least from frequent experience. My order goes through, arrives on time, they also lend tools professionally unlike Hauppauge location.

I have never been disappointed going there. They give good advice and will even replace your batteries or wiper blades for you. Staff is uniformly terrific. Their hours are great too.

I had purchased a low beam lamp for my Hyundai Santa Fe during my lunch break near my place of work, and figured this would be an easy fix after watching the YOUTUBE videos...I was wrong. After shredding my hands, it took me about a half an hour to just remove the bulb! I figured, on my way home, it would be best to ask for some assistance in compelting the repair, and I decided to go to Autozone in Centereach, who had assisted me in the past. I caught Corey walking in the door to start his night shift and before he even got behind the desk he asked if I needed help. I explained the problem, he walked right back out with me, and within a few minutes he resolved the problem! Centereach Autozone is the place to go, not only for the parts you need, but for the excellent customer service they provide-Great job Corey!!Regards,Lee

Needed battery checked, a person ahead of me was checked, battery fine and sent her on her way. Mine was checked, needed a new battery, the guy s helped me installed it and I was on my way within 20 minutes!!!I will always start here with car issues!!

Went to centereach AutoZone to replace a windshield wiper that snapped off during last week's rain storm, however this was the 3rd blade replacement in a year which I questioned, having brought them my blades that were replaced & they told me both were still very usable & that they were installed (by AutoZone port jefferson station) incorrectly. Instead of having me buy yet another, saving me money during a very difficult time In the world (like the port jefferson store just to make a sale) the employee at centereach AutoZone came out & replaced both wipers with the ones I brought in! Thank you employee ( I'm sorry I didn't get your name)for taking the time to explain it to me, & especially taking the time & patience to replace them & then coming out to check on me! worth the tip, I'm so sorry it couldn't it couldn't be more!

They have a very good product at a fair price. They have great customer service and bend over backwards to the client to make sure they have the best experience. I do enjoy their lifetime brake shoes warranty.

Awesome place to buy auto parts. We needed a cabin filter for our car and the associate that helped us today named Rob was great with making sure it was the right air filter for our car and had us on our way in less then five minutes. Way to go Rob and autozone.Just wanted to do a second shout out for this Autozone. Recently needed a few parts for my car and the person behind the counter was again awesome and we left happy with parts. You can't go wrong buying from this autozone. Thanks to all the people who work here.

Needed to replace the batteries in two key fobs for a 2017 Hyundai Azera and being afraid to bust the $80 Key fob to replace a $5 battery, I heard AutoZone would do it for you. Well, yes they did. I needed both done and LeMoi picked out the batteries, popped out the old, popped in the two replacement batteries in three minutes and I was out of there in five minutes. The battery works so well that when I pulled out the car computer told me I needed wiper fluid, so right back I went to get that. Great service, nice people, great prices

Just stopped by to get my Mother's battery and Alternator tested. The Manager Terry was beyond helpful and did his best to help get the cars battery changed out and on our way. You couldn't ask for better assistance and knowledge!

One staff member was helpful and he is the reason for a star, would give 0 if possible. Manager and other staff very arrogant. Kept telling me the anti-freeze I was grabbing was wrong but they couldn't tell me which was the correct one. Called my mechanic who has been mechanic for years and good friend (was too far to go to him); he told them the one and they told him he was wrong. Would never go here again and would never recommend to anyone.

DOMs professionalism and kindness made this mom (with kids in tow) feel comfortable and safe respecting our social distancing rules. I am immune compromised and without hesitation he was outside with parts in hand and took care of my auto needs. THANK YOU DOM, you are a true gentleman. I will definitely send my mom-friends over to you.

Very happy! I got stuck with a dead battery. After getting it started, I called Autozone to see if they had a replacement. They looked up the parts, and quoted me prices of what was in stock. They were very helpful when I got there, and installed it for me! I was on my way with peace of mind that I will not get stuck again. THANKS GUYS!

I cannot even begin to explain how above and beyond the manager, Terry, went at the centereach autozone store. Not only did he deal with me literally knowing nothing about my car and what was wrong with it (I did not know the light I was talking about was called the map light) Terry also made the experience a lot less stressful then I usually feel when something goes wrong in with my car. Terry went above and beyond to help me fix the problem in my car and made it possible for me to go on my road trip tomorrow to Florida without the added worry of my light draining my battery on my travels! I have never had better service anywhere else!! If I could decide who got raised boy would I give him one!!

Stopped in to buy a new antenna for my work truck. Guys behind the counter were very helpful. Led me in the right direction also said he could order the part OEM if I wanted. Found what I needed in store though.
