Not gonna lie hands down the best service I ve had. Al took care of setting up the appointment to explaining what glass he was using. Gave me a time frame and got it done quick and perfect. It s a 2004 Jeep and treated my truck like if it was a Mercedes. Gotta say better glass than the original lol. Best prices out there too, you need to replace your windshield come to Al at alliance auto glass. Highly recommend them as the work was done on time, great glass and the service itself was amazing. Thank you Al and the team.

I was in need of a new windshield for my car. I contacted Alliance and they gave me not only a very fair price but genuine kindness. At Alliance you just know they truly care about their customers. Al and his team are the best of the best in the area. After having a windshield installed at a body shop absolutely incorrectly (in just about every way), Al took care of installing a new piece of glass properly. He stood by me in every step of the repair, ensuring me that the job would be done perfect. He even went out of his way to contact the body shop and arrange reimbursement for the job after having difficulties with said body shop standing by their work. The quality of their work and service here at Alliance Auto Glass speaks for itself. I will be returning customer as long as these guys are in business. Thank you for everything!!

Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a windshield replacement. Very professional and reasonably priced. Went above and beyond, they removed the rust off the side of my paint near the windshield as well and fixed my loose mirror

I've been here several times with several trucks and the owner has always taken care of my splintering of cracks by stopping them from spreading! My newer truck windshield needed replacing & he put Gorilla glass in, its been the best of best it even silenced alot of noise so it's been a huge step up thank you much appreciated. You really do care about the people who walk in.....tyvvm

My husband recently called upon Alliance auto glass in December 2023 due to hate crime ending in my vehicle being vandalized for the 4th time in 2 months and once again Alliance came through like a champ helped us take care of the repairs quick and easy. No if and or buts very professional informative and educational. Made us feel like family. You are in great hands with Alliance auto glass trust there guidance and all will be well. I tried Alliance Auto Glass due to all the great reviews and I am glad I did!I own a 19 year old Toyota Tacoma that I religiously take care of. Got a crack on the windshield that could not be repaired due to its size. The Owner , Al, saw how clean my truck was and went out of his way to make it look great. He ordered a stock replacement for me that even had the factory tint strip on the top. His technician taped off the windshield frame to protect it during installation and got me on the road very quickly. Flash forward a couple months and my wife got a rock chip that I caught early enough to repair. I called Al, he said bring it in to assess. He repaired it himself in under 10 minutes and I was back on the road. People don't realize they have a choice when it comes to Auto glass repair and use whoever their insurance recommends. You do have a choice. Choose local merchants who are part of your community. It makes a difference for all of us! Thank you Al! The best glass shop around. Extremely fast service owner was exceptionally fair, all-around amazing shop. I would suggest bringing your vehicles here for any of issues you may have with your automotive glass. Only shop I ll ever bring any of my construction vehicles to get windows and windshields repaired.

I would like to thank Al and his son from Alliance auto glass. They are both very professional, and very genuinely good human beings. I had my glass replaced by Alliance auto glass back at the end of July 2023. The other day, while my husband was driving I noticed water dripping onto the floor inside the cabin on passenger side. I took my car to my mechanic who checked the AC to see if there was any clogs and he also checked the sunroof but all was in working order and he was unable to find the problem. I mentioned that I had my windshield done back in July and we recently had an enormous amount of rain so thought maybe something went wrong with the seal. I then spoke with Al who was willing to send one of his employees out to meet me but asked if I could bring my truck to his shop so he could have is technician check out my car in case it wasnt the windshield.We brought the truck to them the next morning, got there a little early (9:10 vs 9:30) and he helped us right away. He lent me and my husband his truck since we only had the 1 car so we could leave our truck with him and come back. By 10:03 I had received a call, it was not the windshield, they tested to confirm there was no leaks. They also tested the sunroof track which was working as my mechanic stated however it did have some blockage which they cleaned up for us although this was not the reason for the leak. They continued to check the car to find where the leak was coming from and found that the back up was around and near the airfilter for the cabin. They cleaned out the debris and water backed up in this area for us and all of this free of charge. These people are amazing, when I called SUBARU at the time I initially noticed the issue they wanted $175 an hour to look at car and find the issue on top of what they would of charged to fix. Al and his son went above and beyond looking for the true issue which had nothing to do with the windshield which is what they had initially replaced. Even after confirming this wasnt the issue they continued to look for the problem and help me when they didnt have to. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

Short review: great customer service, quality installation. Will recommend to friends and family, I will use them again.Long story I used safelite here and there and when I reached out for a cash quote it was quite expensive. So I reached out to small business owners Matt and Al at alliance, I have known of Al through all the charity events that he organizes through the car community so I wanted to see if they can do better on the price and I was very pleased.I had them come down and do a rear windshield last year on my prized 1998 bmw e36 m3. The cost was less than half what the big stores wanted and the job was done even better than my previous experiences with safelite. (Safelite cut into my A pillar trim on my truck once, never again)I then had them do my buddies girlfriends jeep. Fast forward a year later my track car Nissan 350z needed a windshield to pass tech inspection. Bryan came in and fixed my windshield in what felt like no time, he damaged nothing in the process and left the area clean and solid. Moving forward for both insurance or out of pocket jobs I look forward to using alliance and receiving top notch customer service.Thanks again.

The guys ordered OEM glass and came to our house to replace the windshield. Took just over an hour, and they did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

I dealt with Al and he was absolutely fantastic. I needed a new windshield for my commuter car without glass insurance and his price was $150 cheaper than another company that quoted me. He'll be getting all my business from here on out! Not to mention he sent his guys out to my house on Monday when I called on Friday!! A+++ .....oh and the work was great, no issues at all. I'm super happy.

Everyone should support a local business as wonderful as this. Call up, drive over and have a chipped windshield fixed in minutes. Why should you wait till the window has to be replaced. But When it does need to be replaced , this is the only place to call. Wonderful ,friendly people . Came in for a chip and al fixed it and it looks amazing. I HIGHLY recommend alliance. He fixed a whole windshield on another car i had and it was perfect. The chip was the size of a quarter and now its a lot smaller. Not totally gone but looks 100% better. I had a huge crack in my windshield that needed replacing. Called in and got my car into the shop right away and they did a great job. My insurance company was pushing Safelite, but found out I was able to choose my own shop. Alliance Auto Glass is a preferred authorized auto glass shop. Happy of my decision and will definitely be using them again for any windshield repair/replacement jobs.

I ve been driving for 22 years now and this is the first time I ve ever had my windshield crack. We reached out to Al at Alliance Auto Glass to get a replacement. He set me up for an appointment at my work so I didn t have to drive to the shop. The technician was on time, very friendly and very knowledgeable.
